Bell ExpressView Service

7 Picton Street is a luxury highrise condominium. As president of the Board of Directors, I can state that we have attempted to get Bell Expressview to upgrade their existing service in the building to H.D. We have attempted this for at least 3 years.

Bell made a half hearted attempt 3 years ago by installing wiring in our garbage chute (!). In addition to disabling some areas of the chute (and being contrary to City Bylaws) it didn't work. We had to have it removed.

Many, many attempts to call Bell Expressview (both from our Board and our property management company) have been completed unsuccessful.

As a Board we are contacting Rogers to have our entire building changed over to Rogers.

Bell's service levels are totally unsatisfactory. Attempts to contact them are hopeless.

Bell ExpressView ### service!

I moved from vancouver to just outside 100 milehouse , bc 1 year ago. As there are no cable lines where we live we signed up with bell. We were informed that the satellite signal may be interrupted during several thunder storms, snow storms etc. The truth is that all we need here is a PARTIAL cloud cover and we lose the signal. What a joke this service is. No wonder they force you to sign a three year contract with no way out. I've complained with no avail, the customer service rep stating that we were warned and her hands were tied.

WARNING TO ALL WHO ARE CONTEMPLATING BELL EXPRESSVIEW. DON'T GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR BUSINESS.

We have been told that cable TV is 1.5 years away in our area and I will dump bell satellite like like a women with crabs... (no offense ladies).

I cancelled my service in 2008 and Bell still claims they have no record of it, and has forwarded my account to a collection agency.Repeated explanations and letters have been met with the same response - you owe us and that`s that. I am fed up with them and am at a loss as to what to do about it. I refuse to be bullied into paying a bill I am not responsible for, but here I am, 4 years later, still recieving calls from a collection agency for a bill they say I must pay. This is corporate harrassment.

Bell ExpressView Customer service stinks!

On May 25th we tried to disconnect our Bell Express as we were moving. We were told we should have phoned before the 23rd because they need 30 days, upon reading the small print they were right but 1 hour later we were still trying to disconnect the service. They just did not want to disconnect it.

Now it is 27th of June and we still have not received our credit for 1 month so I phoned Bell Express and after much arguing the young lady put me on hold and when she came back on line said she had issued a cheque for 1 month credit which we would receive in 4 to 6 weeks., I then asked her why they just didn't credit my visa as it was automatically debited to visa every month and was told they don't credit visas. I then requested a supervisor, was put on hold for lengthy time. She pretty much said nothing and when asked if they would issue a cheque for 2% interest she told me they can't issued any cheques for under $10. Needless to say didn't get anywhere with the supervisor and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me.

My advise to anyone thinking of hooking up to Bell Express, DON'T, there customer service stinks!

i am a home owner and is renting out my home, i live in NFLD, my home is in tORONTO, can someone please tell me how can a renter get bell express view put on my home without me knowing? i called bell to get answers... did i get anywere? NO, they were verry rude!... and now i'm pissed...can someone help me?

Bell Expressview has given us nothing but grief since we left Kamloops. We had a credit on the account of which we had now lost 140.00 of the losing from the original balance of 325.00. Billing discrepancies, lack of service, delays in sending boxes back, poor communication dealing with India, bad staff attitudes in Toronto, Montreal. Rude staff, and EXPRESSLY POOR SERVICE! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMEND BELL EXPRESSVIEW FOR ANY SERVICES. Even if they do not provide any services at all and you cancelled from a botch install they still charge you 30 days service even if there is no service.
