Bell Cell Hone / Refusing to disconnect the Bell account in spite of repeated pleas
Unfortunately I have an account with Bell Mobilty, which is one of the gravest mistakes I made!!
My contract got over a year ago, one of the sales persons did call regarding extension, which I mentioned I was not interested in. I had to continue with it as it looked as though there was no other alternative, as no body really did follow up.
A few months ago I requested them if could disconnect the same, they said I have to stay with for a month, which I don't see when it comes to their policies of addressing other issues. They also mentioned they have no policy of giving a reference number for disconnecting a line, which does not sound professional. The staff whom I spoke to were very intimidating, barking, monotonous and discriminatory. I had to hang up as it was irritating. It looked as thought they were doing us a favour by being their client
Finally we have requested for a months period for which they have posted a huge bill, but we are still groping in the darkness as we really not sure if they really mean to disconnect the number or play the same game.
Its unfortunate that an organization of this sort behaves like a leach when it comes to losing customers to their competitors and does nothing about Customer Service!!
Its high time you changed your policies & procedures to enhance some form of Customer Service if you have to keep your customers!! If you work out the logistics toward s a better Customer Service it might work out to be only half the time & effort put for dealing complaints.
