Belk / in store purchase

As a elite customer card holder, I pre-purchased a designer purse and about $500 worth of clothes on october 24, 2016 at the new belk store in mobile. I arrived to the store at 6am for additional shopping and to pickup during the charity event. I stood in line for over 90 minutes to find that only had my purse. They lost the rest. They young lady was very rude!! I also went back to find a few items they (Because some were sold out) and I stood in line for an additional 44 minutes just to be told that the registers went down. I waited for an extended 15 minutes then I left. I have never been treated so badly. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible!!
