I brought a deep freezer since about two years, about two months ago, it not cooling will I call the service, they send someone to check, these in two days, he advised to take to service station, they took it in 5 days, then start the problem, they stopped calling me, I call them every day, first answer was it cannot repair, it needs to replaced, we need from you to send some peppers, I sent it in the same day, it was in 28/9, I calling them after, they said it is in processing, in 10/10they said send the peppers again, it lost, I send it again, in 18/10 they said I'D cart, I send it, every day I calling them, they said we will calling you but they didn't, today 29/10I call them they said we give the money you spend since two years I said I need my freezer repaired or same one new not money, they said we will calling you
