Beko tumble dryer

My tumble dryer has cause damage and could of kill me and my kids. I put the tumble dryer on and after 5 mins my son went in the kitchen and said mum smoke is coming out of the plugs. I run to turn electric off. I pulled out the tumble dryer and the plug was burning hit and burn and so was socket. I had to call an Electrician to come see and he said the socket was fine and it was the tumble dryer that cause this. If we was up stairs they would of been a fire with me and kids in the house or even if we was out my house would of gone on fire.i want someone to contact me asap before o go higher as this is no joke with my kids in the house.

Beko deep freeze/ power alram

I create a ticket for the new deep freeze power alarm appeared on front screen, and one of beko technician visit my home with new "board" to be replaced to cover this issue but he confirm that new "board" not working and he wait to arrange another visit with new board and after one week no one come and I call the call center and he confirm that new board and the visit will be arranged within a week and after this week no one come again and I call the call center as and surprised by his feedback that case closed with comment of "board" replaced which didn't happen and till now no one can cover my issue which consider as big fetal mistake and bad customer experience 😥😥

Beko fridge freezer poor or non service

My Fridge freezer became faulty on 9 Aug 2017. I reported it to BEKO service on the 17th August via the shop where I bought it. They assured me that the "Engineer" will be at my house within 48hrs. Alas nothing as yet not even a call to inform me of the delay. Because I am unable to attain the -18deg my food has now been "Spoilt". The Fridge?freezer is only 9 months old, the shop highly recommended BEKO for value and service. obviously a sales tactic.
BEKO NOT RECOMMENDED!

Dear Sir,

I am live in Egypt and had bought BEKO mini bar 120L in 2 July 2017 (ser#:[protected] ... prod#: [protected]...prod code: TSE12340 S...Model: S54121...Class : T ... Type: I )

I have not received the egg tray, called BEKO Egypt several times and told them that I did not found the egg tray inside the minibar, (that 23 days ago), they said "ok we will send it" and no action, called ... and called .. and called.. so they called me and said" ok we will send it but you have to pay the cost of tray" I said "why that you have to pay for something you missed it is your fault?!".. after week they called me and said "Ok, we will send it in warranty" .. that was 2weeks ago... and still nothing happened till now... I was discussed with my friends and said my experience with BEKO ... they all told me why did not asked us .. the BEKO has bad after sale service... don't buy this product because the dealer in Egypt is very bad response .

Please help me

Beko beko fridge freezer serial number [protected]

My Beko Fridge Freezer stopped working on 28/06/17. I rang to report the problem and arranged a engineer visit to see what the problem was as it's still under warranty. Having lost approximately £150 of fridge/freezer contents I awaited the engineer visit. The engineer visited on 04/07/17 and informed me that the compressor had seized and he'd have to order the part and book another engineer visit but could not do this until 13/07/17. I explained to him that this was an unacceptable time frame for family of 4 to wait for a repair, and had to borrow a camping cool box from a neighbour. He told me I'd have to raise the issue with Beko customer care. Many frustrating phone calls later with no help from customer services I awaited the visit from the engineer on 13/07. He arrived only to be told that the new compressor had failed and we should contact customer service to arrange a replacement. I did this and spoke to a lady that said she'd received the engineer report and it had been passed to another department for them to authorise a replacement. She told me to call back the next day which I did. I was then informed that another replacement would not be offered and it was beck policy to arrange 3 engineer visits. I was left totally bemused by the lack of customer support. I am still waiting for the engineer to contact me and still have a fridge freezer that's unusable. having to make two supermarket trips per day, purchase a mini fridge at my own expense whilst working full time makes it difficult as you can appreciate. As the item is still under warranty I feel I received an appalling level of customer service and the issue is yet to be resolved. I would like the item replaced as is suggested in the second engineers report. I feel the issue has been very poorly handled and the time frame that I've had to wait is completely unacceptable.

Beko customers service

I'm from Jordan, I bought washing machine from week ago, but no one from your company in Jordan come to set it, and I tried several times to call them but no answer.
However the other trademarks take 2 days to set their washing machine in the client home. What I can do, all clothes still on the basket, and it's summer time, you know what summer means allot of dirty clothes

I have Refrigerator from 2008 as product very nice but i have problem from 2015 in the electronic part no one from beko egypt fixed yet i bought samsung one coz the dealer here very bad i send the Refrigerator to normal shop here he discover which part want repace it i called service center they answer by ugly way really i sorry the i have product from your company

Beko refrigerator model gne13260x

Dear Beko,
I bought the previously mentioned model of a refrigerator from Cairo Egypt on the 10th of August 2016, on the 10th of June 2017 it stopped working completely without any obvious reason.
I contacted Beko Egypt next day on their hotline 16165, they registered my request and next day they've sent a technician to my house.
The technician could recognise the place of the problem and told me that a piece (electronic board) should be changed, he took a photo of that piece, also of my guarantee certificate and sent an email to the company ( Beko) the same day.
Next day I called the hotline to follow the case as I live in Sharm El Sheikh ( very hot at the moment) and I have 7 months old baby, they told me that very soon the piece will be sent to you.
I've been calling them everyday now and made many complains because they've never gAve a date of when that piece should arrive.
Today the 20th of June I've called them again and after a long conversation they've accepted to refer me to the man responsible for complaints department who told me that the piece is available in cairo but I have to wait till they complete the shipment to Sharm El Sheikh and he doesn't know when ( his name is Islam)
I would like to complain about the customer service of Beko Egypt as they don't take customers' complaints seriously, they don't have a system, they don't have real informations to tell, all their answers are vague regardless the customers' suffering

Beko washing machine repair

I bought my beko model wm74165w on the 4 January 2017 and 5 months later the door exploded shattering glass around the kitchen.I rang beko on the day it happened 29May and they arranged an engineer to come on the Friday 2 June.the next day a phone call to say can't come will come on Monday 5 June.the engineer said his report would take a couple of days then someone would get back to me... nothing! I rang on Monday 12 June, Tuesday 13 June and finally Wednesday 14 June to be fobbed off with computers going down bladdey blah.I am still no nearer knowing as to when my machine will be fixed or replaced.I will never buy beko again and will tell everyone not to either.terrible service

Beko Deep freezer

It has been along time as we submit a complain and steel no Spair parts avaliable in country. Also my deep freezer still at granty but it is stop Wark due to need a new compressire. I'm appreciate your support in order to get it fast or get me a new one

Beko Bali - refridgerator - gne v321apx

We bought our American fridge Freezer in May 2014, about 3 months ago we started noticing the front of the freezer section under the water dispenser bubbling up. It has now spread across the sides, photos attached.

You state the product is a quality appliance which should give us many years of service. I'm sorry to say this is far from the truth in this case. I would like Beko to replace or refund us for this product.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Beko Washing machine

I have a 10 month old Beko washing machine model no. WMB91233LW
It has stopped working it is still within the years warranty and they are unable to get a service engineer out for 10 days although their website claims
Beko will endeavour to ensure:
Your engineer will be with you within 48 hours* of receiving your call
Your engineer will be fully qualified to repair your appliance
Your engineer will only fit genuine Beko spare parts
I have a 5 month old baby in the house I am in a rural location with no access to a launderette they still are unable to get anyone out sooner although on my original call I was advised on Monday 3rd April I would have an engineer out on Thurs 6th April . Now all of a sudden there are no engineers available in my region until Thurs 13th April.

Beko Poor customer service

My Beko washing machine has an internal smell in the drum. Contacted customer service 4 times, engineer came 4 times, tried all methods to remove the smell with different industrial cleaners, cleaned filtered after being told only solution was to get a new machine I was later told beko would take NO responsibility to exchange the machine it would be up to Argos whom I bought it from! Who made the machine BEKO so why would Argos have to exchange it! Pass the blame.. Well I spent £2000 on Beko appliances for my house and believe me I won't be buying Beko again after this service.. Extremely disappointed!

Beko Cash back offer

I purchased a Beko American Fridge freezer in September 2016, this was with cash back offer of £200, I have tried contacting Beko on numerous occasions at least 6 by email, asking Beko to confirm when & where the cash back refund is, I have checked & re checked my bank statement -PayPal- credit card repeatedly but can not find any reference to this amount !.

Beko Washing machine

Model: WMB 751441 LA

From very early on our Beko washing machine had problems. Small at first (like the clothes not spinning as dry as you would want) then progressing to worse over time. We alerted Beko of the issues and we had their serviceman over many times to replace various parts. Nothing resolved the issue and after the 2 year warranty period ran out their serviceman simply stopped responding to my calls and emails (thanks Waiheke Appliance Services) and Beko simply washed their hands of it (excuse the pun). A sad end to a sad machine - which I see they've now stopped making...no surprise. This is more about Beko however...they do not stand by their products. Buy elsewhere or you will regret it..

..in the end our machine had smoke rising from the digital display...which was obviously incredibly unsafe...Beko and their service people seemed unconcerned

Beko is theft.
i had a washing machine and a separate dryer about 8 years and i did not have any problem with those. therefore, i decided to buy the new INVENTION, washer dryer from the same company. mostly because of new space and good short options of the machine.
NIGHTMARE! NO MORE BEKO.
according to guide book the machine capable of washing heavier clothes than drying them. even with this stupid option, i bought it.
the big problem is the machine even does not wash one normal shower mat, a pair of socks and one T-shirt.
the drum is really drumming! shaking like a jackhammer. it is not a joke or metaphor. in one occasion, the machine jumped out of CAGE!
so, i fastened the machine to sides cupboards.
floor?! is spot on. level. perfect.
the noisy pump which changed by BEKO engineer. but still is not silence as they introduced to consumers.
contacted Beko about the machine but they said the machine does not have any problem because they have been tested before giving out.
well, it would be obvious react.
what i want to say is that consumer is the one who pays for everything. whatever the item be we have bought and the item will not go back anyway. this is not producers faults. it is the Consumer Rights Act legislation. the law let them do the business this way. all i want to say i am not going to buy BEKO anymore and i suggest NO ONE should buy BEKO.

Beko Fault washing machine

Beco customer service refuse fix or exchange my faulty waching machine bough from Tesco direct.
I have reported that I need an engineer on 31/1/2017 still waiting of faulty nearly cost the fire after finishing washing smoke came out.
I am not happy with customer servise they not helpful sending from one to other. No respect at all. 2 weeks and counting when my waching machine will be replace. I prepared take to court if I have to because both sides have done anything to resolved a situation.

Beko Beko washing machine

very disappointed with Beko, our washing machine which broke down just after the 2 yr warranty ran out so called technician only to be advised that the motor is gone and i need to purchase another motor..my warranty ran out Oct and this is ridiculous that a washing machines motor is only built for just over 2yrs. I wont be buying Beko again or nor will i be recommending it to anyone!

Beko Dishwasher

Never buy a beko product ! I will never again...

Beko has shown to be an abominable company. So many complaints in the same vain... Customer service, technical support, engineers not to mention replacing faulty products!
Beko you are a fake and you lie! Telling retailers we turn engineers away as you don't want to give an uplift number to the retailer so they can replace a product and in our case the dishwasher concerned is not yet two years old, therefore, it comes under your guarantee. We've had 4 engineers who have not managed to fix our dishwasher. Its' clearly been established that the machine is not fixable yet a report is not filed to release a new machine. You make fake engineer appointments meanwhile time is lapsing. Beko you are transparent - at one point telling the retailer our guarantee has run out, however it hasn't as our machine wasn't delivered until 7 weeks after the date of purchase!
I have wasted so much time on resolving this issue for 2 months and still you fail to deliver - still confirming fake appointments with the retailer. This won't go away #consumer rights act!

Beko Fault on new induction hob

I purchased a Beko Induction hob on 22nd August 2016 from Currys in Aintree, Liverpool.

Due to kitchen renovation the hob was not taken out of the box nor fitted until 22nd October 2016.

After reading the manual and trying the hob for the first time I noticed that the font left hand ring was not working.

I called Beko to say that it was faulty when it was delivered but because I had had it over 1 month they would not exchange it but said they would send an engineer out to fix it.

I also spoke to Currys and they stated that due to me having the hob for over a month, even though it hadn't been fitted, it was not their problem but Beko's.

I contacted Beko again and they said they would send an engineer out to have a look at it.

He was due to come on Tuesday 25th October, but I had a call from Beko to say that the engineer was ill and there was no one else that could cover his visits. It was rearranged for Thursday 27th October.

He arrived on 27th October and said, 'yes the hob is faulty and will need a new part, I will order one'.

I received a call from Beko on 31st October to arrange for the engineer to come and fit the new part. 2 days later on 2 November I received another call from Beko to say that the part hadn't arrived and will have to cancel the engineer until it arrives.

In the meantime I am still with a faulty induction hob that was faulty from the time it left the manufacturer.

It is now 7th November and I am still waiting for Beko to contact me with an appointment for the engineer.

At no time have I had an apology regarding the fact that I was sold a faulty product.
When I asked for a replacement they refused outright and said it is not their policy to replace faulty items but to send out an engineer to fix them.

I am really disappointed and upset with the way that Beko and Currys for that matter have treated me.

I have paid in full for product that is not working and Beko have not had the decency to try and sort this issue out quickly or with any type of explanation.

I would like a replacement hob as I think I have waited long enough and also have been very patient.

Beko Washing machine wm74145

Good morning sir or madam
I am very concerned about the purchase of the above product from you, the machine has broken down on the 23-10-16 ( 7 weeks from purchase). On the [protected].40 an engineer attended too carry out repairs he diagnosed it needed a new motor, new control panel and DC board. As of the 28-10-16 the repair parts are still yet too arrive, we are now looking at possibly a delivery of parts at the earliest on the 1-11-16 which could then mean a repair by 3rd or 4th of November. Having purchased your products before, infact we have a Beko dishwasher and tumble dryer at present.
I find this very worrying and it is causing a great deal of hardship too our large family as well as cost of sourcing outside laundry facilities, I do hope you can reaffirm our faith in your companies products by resolving this matter swiftly and favourably
