Junk Windows and Crap installation
They are just about the worst people to deal with! They didn't install my windows or sliding glass door correctly and I had to call them several times to fix it. The ruined the whole look of my house with the junk work that they did. The sales guy comes in and tries to sale the top line windows at a ridiculous price. You turn it down and he calls back saying we are having a sale and knocks a couple thousand off the price. He doesn't tell you that it isn't the window he first quoted you. Then another guy comes out and measures for the windows but never talks to the sales idiot on what size, so he just does what he wants and never gets a customer approvel. The installation guy comes in with a bar napkin of where the windows might go, but no real drawing. So he puts them in without window frames or water tight seals so everything leaks. He comes back out and uses a case of caulk to fix the leaks and calls it good. Are you KIDDING me with this crap work!?!? Bee window has two idiot Smith guys that own it and they are nothing but greedy men taking advantage of a women. Never get anything from this company because it will be a nightmare for you!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I agree, they did a great job talking about how great of a product and job they do. We had windows, siding, gutters, and gutter monster installed. Took over 10 months to try to correct our siding and gutter issues finally without any response back (after talking with Pam Faber about the issues and never fixing the problem). I hired another contractor and had my gutters, gutters monster and some metal work riped out and redone since Bee Window would never repsond and correct or problem. So I ended up paying two contractors to get the job done and had to redo everything Bee did. Lesson learned check reviews and don't pay until they correc the issue fully and to satisfaction. 100% satisfied is not followed by Fabers Bee Window as they state.
Oh i know they didn't girlfriend. nuh uh!
