Bedworld.net Bedframe and headboard not delivered

[Order #BW-143335] (7th November 2020)

One bedframe and headboard was delivered early November 2020.

But they sent two left sides of the bedframe, so the headboard cannot be fixed on the frame!

The delivery guys wanted £20 cash to bring up the stairs the items. On my invoice it dose not mention that I need to pay the delivery guy cash. Was happy to transfer the amount to bedworld directly but they refused.

Tom from bedworld he is the line manager, said that I do not have to pay the delivery and it was at this time also discussed about when the second bed comes that I will not be charged for the guys to bring the items up.

Over 2 weeks ago now, a delivery guy came on a Saturday 6pm and he refused to bring the items up. I explained to him that Tom said he'd update the delivery situation so I wouldn't have to explain. The delivery guy refused to bring the items up and left.

Since then, I have not received any calls from someone about my outstanding bedframe and headboard. I am a very concerned that bedworld have done a runner with my money!

This is a very serious issue, please advise and contact me to sort this out.

Bedworld.net Order 123926

I placed an order with your company early august. The mattress was delivered on monday 17th august 2020. When I met the delivery driver downstairs, I looked at the mattress and said to him "this isnt what I ordered".
He then advised me to contact the company as this was the mattress on his list.
I called the company number and the automated systems said no calls were being taken. I searched and found the brent cross store and called them. I spoke to 'maddie ' who advised that I email [protected]@bedworld.net to explain that I received the wrong order.
I emailed them and received an email asking for photographic evidence. I took the pictures straight away and sent it to the above address with a screenshot of the online matress that I thought I was supposed to receive.
No one responded, I called the store throughtout the week to explain no response was being recived, each time speaking to maddie. I eventually recieved a patronising email basically telling me not to email as it would go to the bottom of the queue and woild be contacted soon.
I then revived an email on thursday frim [protected]@bedworld admotting that they didnt have the bed in stock and would exchange for anothe mattress. I asked how long the exchange would be and no response was given. By this time I had totally lost my patience as it seemed only one response per day was given. I emailed on friday to say I did not want an exchange and want my full refund back. I then got an email to say the 'faulty' mattress would be collected. The mattress was not faulty, it just ismt the one I ordered!.
Another email and phone call was sent today to say it would be collected this thursday but it has worried me again as the call operator referred to the mattress as faulty and I can see on you site that a charge will be made if the matress is faulty! Which it is not and is a fault of your own so im expecting my full refund. If I do not receive my full refund. I will be going to the ombudsmen.

Bedworld.net A bed ordered online

I ordered a bed from Bedworld. They said it would take up to 14 days to deliver which is fine. When it came to the delivery date they said their van has broken down and that they cannot driver. This was on 3rd August 2020. They said they would call and discuss over the phone that day but we did not hear anything. We then tried to call several times and they declined our calls. We have sent multiple messages and emails and heard nothing. They then said they would deliver on 5th and we waited from 7am-7pm again and there was nothing. They again said their van was broken down. (This is apparently a huge company across the whole of the UK which I find very hard to believe they have one van). We finally managed to get through to them by message and they said that they tried to deliver the bed on Wednesday which was not true at all. I have since read hundreds of 1 star reviews saying that the company scams and takes people's money. We do not want the bed anymore as people say that they finally receive the ‘brand new' beds and they are in awful condition with marks and scratches. We simply want our money back.

Bedworld.net Chelsea small double divan bed

I ordered the bed above on 24th May 20
For £246
On 7/6/20 I received Utopia sml dble divan with a 4'6 mattress.
They asked me to email proof of wrong mattress!
My teenage daughter has been sleeping on her floor for one week.
7 emails they would deliver correct mattress.
No mention of bed.
Today 14/6/20 van electronics broken I helped! Wheely bin used, one man no PPE or social distancing. Mattress packed in 4'6 plastic so doubted correct mattress.
Man struggled to bring mattress to door.
Shambolic!
I have the wrong bed with a different mattress.
Awaiting for reply and full refund

Bedworld.net divan double bed and mattress

Hi there back in March this year we bought a divan double bed from you with a mattress, it was only a cheap one around £200 my partner spent on it, and I know you get what you pay for but this item was absolutely awful, first off when you laid on the mattress you could fill every spring not to mention there where no clips to keep the bed together, so needless to say it kept coming apart, on many acassions my partner tried to contact bed world to complained and he wonted to return the bed and get his money back, we had a three month approval on this bed too but your company where having none of it and it became impossible to return the bed, you even told us we had to pay for it to be returned which was somewhere up north (Doncaster if I remember rightley) before you would refund our money.
My partner was told time and time again a manager was going to call him yet this never happen, so yes when he did finally get someone on the other end of the phone he blow them out the ground, mind you it wasn't a manager he was talking too.
Today I decided to despose of the bed myself and put it down to we have lost our money totally, but why I have decided to write you a email of complaint is because this item was really poor workmanship I broke that bed up in 5 minutes flat and yes I did take pictures of the bed broken up, we where actually sleeping on cardboard(as you can see in the picture enclosed) totally appaling, I'm really hoping someone will contact me on this matter because I really do not know how you as a company get away with selling absolute rubbish like that!

Bedworld.net Double bed

I bought a double bed last Jan 2016 and I paid over £400 with mates as well. I am very disappointed as the slats underneath are snapping and the plastic bits that's hold them in place are nearly all split. For the money I paid I didn't expect this to happen. I am a single mum and I saved for over 6 months for my bed. I can't even sleep in bed now as I just fall through every time I move so I am now sleeping on my sofa this is just not on. Yours sincerely

Bedworld.net Uncomfortable bed

I bought a bed from the Bedworld.net with the understanding that I shouldn’t pay until the following year. I had no problems with paying for the bed. I was pressured into buying a bed that was very uncomfortable. No one in the family could sleep on it.
