I would never buy from this store again. I ordered a four-piece king comforter set, and took one piece out to see if it matched the walls and carpet. It didn't. They would not accept a return because they said it was a "custom" order. All I did was check "four-piece set" and add it to my cart. There was nothing custom about it. I even offered to pay the shipping both ways. I ended up donating the set to charity.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY ADVERTISE FREE SHIPPING BUT YOU ARE GOING TO GET A "SURPRISE" WHEN THE SHIPPING CMOPANY WILL CHARGE YOU 20% OF YOUR PURCHASE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SEARCH FOR A BETTER STORE!
I ordered bedding from Hallmart and did not notice that standard King size they called "customer made", so no refunds and no returns.###! Fabric extremely poor quality! NEVER will suggest anybody to bye from them! Do not trust picture! Color is different in reality!
Wow - terrible customer service and terrible product. I ordered 530 thread count egyptian cotton sheets at $150/set - they are horrible. The worst sheets I have ever had and in my attempts to contact these people, they just ignore me. Last resort - complain in public.
Stay away - Terrible customer service. They say they will replace poorly packaged items but I am just getting the run around.
OMG! I just started this process with return.
Horrible experience! I was lied to by their customer service representatives in regards to why my bedding had not been delivered three months after ordering the item. I finally cancelled after I was given the run around for three months! Stay away, they do not deserve your business.
I have had nothing but great service from them. I shop from every month!
