Subjected scam / ripoff
i sign up account at bedabox forwading company on dec, 2 2016. account number US16SA0024.
and i have 2 shipment delivered to bedabox on dec 14 and dec 28,
i pay for service and shipping fee USD 87.65 on jan 13, then bedabox give me my shipment is on the way via USPS Express Mail International with tracking number EC201286438US.
till now the shipments not moving in Florida. i still waiting.
on Feb 08 i have ship again my package to bedabox,
bedabox lock my account for no reason, he take my item and money, and he give me fake tracking number for my first shipment. and locked my account when my packages has arrived at bedabox.
i just want clarified from bedabox about this.
Not received my refund / no reply to my emails
I Sipped two laptops with Bedabox service from USA to Sri Lanka via DHL eCommerce. Both packages were lost. for the 1st package since I didn't put insurance I only got USD 100 as a refund. So I lost 300 USD there. For the 2nd one since I insured it Bedabox already got the USD 500 from the insurance company. But sadly now they are not replying to any of my email. I am asking them to please refund my money as it is hard earn money. Really disappoint about there services.
If Bedabox CEO Jan Bednar seen this complaint please react on this and let me get my refund. Thanks.

I don't understand what is going on and why my items are not delivered yet. I have placed my order with BedaBox about three months ago and purchased two products.
I'm shopping online for ages and it never took so long to deliver!
Wanted to get some information about my order, but they did not reply and it seems like the provided phone number is invalid, because I can't reach anyone from BedaBox by phone either!
Don't know what to think, but seems like this is a scam company. Beware!

The process of delivery was frustrating
I ordered some items from USA shops, but these sellers didn’t send orders to my country. I found the website www.bedabox.com. The total sum for their services was really large, but the delivery took over a month. The customer services didn’t communicate within this month. I just waited and hoped to get something from them. It was really unpleasant and nervous for me to wait. Don’t advisable company.
They didn't deliver order within 3 weeks
I won’t use the website www.bedabox.com because I wasted too much money and time. I bought some items from one of US shops and choose the website in order to get these items. I paid for their services, but the seller told that the delivery would take 2-4 days, but after 3 weeks I still heard some fake promises. Unprofessional, slow and not recommended company. So, share this info.

They take order and payments and stop to communicate with you
I shipped some stuff through the website www.bedabox.com. It was real scam and waste of money. They simply took my order and asked to provide payment. After that I haven’t heard from them. Total rip off and the company is really bad, so don’t use it and post comments about it. Avoid it or you will lose money and time. As well as it would be really useful, if other people post their comments about it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Thank you for your "HONEST" review. What you say doesn't make any sense, because we don't take payments for orders in advance. What does that mean? That you never used our services and NEVER ordered anything through BedaBox. It's sad that competition has to go and do this kind of thing.
Please provide me with your BedaBox ID (I'm guessing you don't even have one at this time) and I would love to help solve the issue you currently have.

agree.. Dont ever used bedabox.. They scammer.. Like boxhop.Com.. They take my money and give fake tracking number.. ... Separated this... They are real scammer.. Don ever used bedabox
Now this is a false and untruthful statement coming from "lavast" .. I started using BedaBox recently (april 2015), and they have an extremely responsive and friendly support. No issues whatsoever.
