BeBe don't shop here!

Ordered an item from www.bebe.com and it arrived damaged! I immediately emailed their customer service and said that I want to return the damaged one and get a refund. They said that their policy does not allow them to do refunds and offered me a discount on my next order! I said that I don't need their discounts and that I want only my money back. They said that it was their final decision and that there was nothing they could do. I'll never order anything from them again!

BeBe cancelled orders

I love Be be stores. I have ordered online a couple of times with no problems. I have long time been a club bebe member.

This time, I ordered 2 dresses. They took the money out of my checking account, then emailed me saying that my information did not match and they cancelled the order. I called 2nd time, same thing happened. I gave them one more chance, again happened.

I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money to be refunded.

I will never again shop online with this company and the way I feel now, I doubt I will in one of their stores. Extremely disappointed.

BeBe not refundable

This is my worst purchasing experience. I bought a dress for $72 last week. It has 60% discount and it was a good deal. But later I changed my mind since I could not wear that long dress for the outdoor event I am planning to join. So I went into that store -- Bebe in Great Mall, Milpitas, CA to return it today. Only at that time they told me that I could not return the dress, even though I have only got it 1 week ago. I did not wear the dress, it has all the tags on, and I have the receipt. They told me this is a FINAL SALE. How could I know this is a FINAL SALE! Nobody told me when I bought it, and there is no sign in the store saying all the dresses with discounts are final sales and could not be returned or exchanged. Although the Manager agreed that I could exchange the dress since they also have mistakes, but only today. I could only randomly pick up something I might wear, but I do not like. They could not just force me to spend $72 within one afternoon in a small store. #1 As a customer, nobody, or no sign in the store shows the dress I bought would be Final Sale, and could not be returned. #2 Although the Manager kept showing me the notes on the receipts that Final Sales could not be returned. This is still not my fault! I only could get the receipt after I made the purchase. It means after the purchase is complete, I could get the message that I may not be able to return it only on the receipt (You could not assume all the customers will read your receipts after the purchase, as most of the customers won't read it in fact). You could not just show this message in such an obscure way after the purchase is complete. (Cashier in other stores usually tell me if that is a final sale, and not returnable.) #3 Maybe the store in Great Mall is some special store, or you have your rules and policies. But you could not assume every customer randomly entering into your store knows everything about your store, and you do not need to explain your special policies. They did not tell me before my purchase. They do not have any signs in the store! I have my rights to get what I deserved in other stores.

BeBe manager evening of 4/24/15

On 4/24/15 there were two people working. The manager and another young lady. The young lady was more than helpful but the manager was rude and had a major attitude. She refused to use a coupon or even suggest offers that were available. She put my clothes back on the rack before I made my purchase and I had to ask for the clothes from the other associate because they disappeared. She even saw me trying on the outfit, so she knew who they belonged to and never bothered asking or checking before she proceeded to put them away while I was standing right next to them taking out my wallet. She was so rude that after I made the purchase I came right back in and returned the items. I would only buy from Bebe online, if that. I may not at all. She left such a bad taste in my mouth for Bebe.

BeBe rude

i had gone in a 2b bebe store in a mall called stonewood in paramount. i took two blouses to the register lady andshe charged me for them, but then i told her in that same moment as she was charging them that if she could cancel one of them because i forgot i didnt have as much money as i thought i had. then she looked at me funny and took both blouses and put them on a different counter as if she was angry, and i was standing there like what are you doing? i only said one, and i had told her that i only said one and she said that i didnt, that i said both of them. and im like noo! why would i waste my time and yours like that? and she didnt say anything and made like a pissed off face then she put the blouse in the bag angrily almost roughly and almost threw me the money in my hands and i reaally wanted to say something like excuse me i dont need your attitude but i decided to leave it be...therfor my complaint is that the customer services in bebe stores should be more professional and not rude! because i always shop in bebe stores and this is the first time ive had to complain about them.

BeBe gift card returns/exchanges

I was given a $50 Bebe gift card for Valentine's Day 2012. I used the card to make a purchase in early March. I received the item and it was nothing like the photographs or the description so I returned it. It's now mid-August and I still have not received a replacement gift card. I've called numerous times over the past several months and I keep getting the runaround. According to their customer service representatives, my replacement was lost via UPS and an investigation had to be opened to look into the shipment in order to verify that the card was not delivered. Unfortunately, I've been told this the past 3 times I've called (in the span of 2 months). Every time I've been told that someone will be getting in touch with me about the status of my replacement card, yet no one has ever called. The only thing I get is an automated e-mail with a survey attached (THE NERVE!). Also, the last time I called (08/09/2012) I was hung up on 5 times! Every time I called back, I had to give them my name, e-mail address, home address, transaction I.D., etc. I am fuming mad and will NEVER patron their store or order online from them again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced as a consumer.

BeBe return policy

Purchased what I thought was a new dress. When I returned home, I found the dress had a hole in it and it had been worn. I called the Wellington Mall Store and explained. I also stated I was leaving for a week and wanted to know my options. They assured me I could return the item within 21 days. I attempted to return the item and was quite honestly treated horribly. She accused me of wearing the dress and told me an exchange was my only option. I purchased the last dress and an exchange was not possible. She threw the dress in the bag and told me she refused to process a return. I called the corporate office on 2 different occasions thereafter asking to speak to a Regional Manager. To date, no return calls have been made. This is not the only time I've purchased items that either are torn or break (especially the cheap jewelry) I do not recommend this store as their main concern is their bottom line dollar, not the customer.

Exactly, what does being unemployed have to do with the horrible return policy & the way the store employee's treat their clients, who by the way, contribute towards their paychecks?

I had the same problem today with my return: nasty attitude and they told me that i have to purchase something at the store. Since I didn't have time to shop, they told me I can't return an item. I will never shop at this store again!

BeBe return policy is do not take returns

Having worked at Bebe (and having run away from there in 2 weeks), I know that their return policy is pretty much to avoid returns at all costs. I took the risk anyway and placed 2 separate orders on their website. One order was for 2 dresses - when I took them back to the store, the store manager took 1 back, and refused to refund or exchange the other. She claimed it was a final sale even though that was not stated anywhere on their listing or my receipt.

The 2nd order was for 1 dress that I sent back to bebe.com. Didn't even try the dress on and knew I didn't want it as soon as I saw it. I've now been waiting for 6 weeks for a refund and they keep giving me the run around. TERRIBLE experience and will not shop here ever again.

I used to buy from Bebe all the time. It was my number one store. Everything is made sooo cheap now. My jeans rip and fall apart after a few months. This never happened before. Everything is MADE IN CHINA! what happened to the quality? I never shop here anymore because they jeans cost $100-$190.00!

Wow. I also purchased my wedding from Peridress. They made and sent it to me after promised days! It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price!

I ordered my wedding dress from Peridress. I lreally oved the dress Peridress sent to me. It is well made of good satin fabric. The perfectly cut silhouette is so simple, even more beautiful than the picture on their website. When I placed an order on the select wedding dress, I felt a little bit skeptical about its real quality when reached. As result, it took my breath at the moment of unpacking the express package! Now my friend in the accompany of purchasing the dress was considering her wedding dress also from them, not only for excellent dress quality but also for nice and warm hearted services! We will highly recommend the online dress boutique to all relatives who had wedding plane in the next spring!

BeBe false advertising/customer service

I was a frequent customer at Bebe in Chinook Centre, until one day when I was shopping at Bebe and they had advertised for "Buy one get one half off". I went to make my purchase and the sales associate/manager told me the sale had ended yesterday. After I showed her the sign that was posted on the store window, she still refused to honor me the discount even though there was NO expiry date on the sign. This just goes to show that Bebe = false advertising and that they mislead their customers.

So hard to find a good customer service nowadays in department store especially Bebe store
I never ever thought I would write a complain on this website but oh well here I'm
I currently live in redondo bch California, unfortunately there is the only Bebe store in this area, horrible manager ( she is black very rude n disrespectful ) . N management even worse . I had ordered 4 difference size of jumpsuit online and they charged me for $18 shipping which is fine. 2 weeks later I received all but 2 really bad condition ( stitches incomplete ) well .. Wondering did they inspected before shipped out to customer ?
So I had been calling back in entire month with difference 4 managers spoke with me. Promised will send through my email a return labels ... N guess what ! It's been over 1 months n I still had not received it any thing on my emails !im tired n sick of this store ... I will never sppend a penny here ! Shame on u BEBE .. So pathetic n such a liar

I can't believe that the Store Manager still there, she was so rude many times with different client and very unprofessional. Be careful when you are returning and item, she doesn't even look at you in the eyes or say hi to you or ask you if you want to exchange it for something else. Poor customer service!and of course bad Management!

I thought the law read that if the sign was still showing "sale" or "deal" that the business had to honor it. On several occasions I have taken the "sale" tag off the object and taken it
to the register and said, "You have to give this to me at this price because you were still posting it." I have always gotten my way. Now I know you couldn't take the store window to the register with you, but had you said you were "quoting that the law states that..." I wonder how they would have reacted. I'd really like to know what an attorney would say about this, or someone in law school studying this kind of thing has to say!

BeBe does not honor own exchange policy

Bebe does not honor thier own return policy. If you make a purchase with a coupon, you can not exchange that item for a different size unless you pay full price for the exchanged item. They have also shipped damaged items.

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I JUST GOT THREE PAIRS OF SHOES AND ONE OF THEM WAS SCRATCHED BIG TIME, THE OTHER TWO WERE MADE WITH BAD UGLY MATERIAL, AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF "SALES" PRETTY EXPENSIVE THOUGH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, AWFUL

BeBe bad service

I had made a $1000 purchase at a BeBe store a week and a half ago at the NY ShortHills Mall store. After taking all merchandise home, I then realized Some of the clothing did not fit well. Since I live in NY, I decided then to return at the Fifth Avenue store instead. Not only did the sales and manager refused to take the items back, they also had a terrible attitude, which was not needed. They told me that if I was only returning one garment, they would be happy to refund me. Anything above, I have to make the hr and half trip back to the NJ store. The whole situation is ridiculous. There is no such policy written on the invoice. Since policy does state that return is only allowed in 14 days, I am now left with no choice to FEDEX all my returns and hope that they will take care of it. I will never spend another penny in this store and I can guarantee not one of my accquaintances will either.

THE WORST SERVICE OFF ALL TIMES! After 10 calls 17 emails I still don't have my refund from returned dress March we are now in mid june. ! I PREFER TO DEAL WITH CHINA THAN BEBE!

I had a bad experience at BeBe crabtree mall Raleigh, the supervisor two on December 23rd evening was so rude, I don't I will never ever go to that store. She was very arogant, impolite, she doesn't need to work there. I am sure she run off a lot of customers with her bad attitude. I hate the store just because of her.

I bought a sweather shirt 1st time i wear rip i go to store its been a wild worker rude said there is no prove of purchase like hello i didnt still it! I cant find dam receive its a defect item i paid with my credit card rude worker got my number its been over a month i have not been called yet i went back ask manager wich was denied then she came out told her she said store policies told her i want fhone number call bebe.com she said she wasn't allow to give me no # they were only for her use excuses for everything bad attitude of some make them all look bad service suck every time i went inside store rude employees whatching you like if your a thief ! But here fresno there is no other bebe store i feel like there races all mexicans & they say no speak spanish hope they close them down or change employees every time i went rude rude rude but i always went because i like bebe but not employees spoke to manager she didn't even apologize she didnt care.. hope who ever is incharge will put end to these...

Complaint to the Topanga Mall Bebe store.. I honestly hope management sees this so they can do something about this. Honestly I get that people do get tired after working long days and etc., but if you're going to be straight up rude to the people who are going to buy from you and who help you earn your living, then don't work in a place where you are working with people and expected to have good manners and customer service. You'd think this was a no brainer, but today I went to Bebe to buy a dress. I'm a small person and wear a size XS-XXS in Bebe clothes. I picked a few things out and, don't get me wrong, the people were very nice. A little hawk-ish as they kept checking on me every two minutes, but nice none the less. So I went in and tried a few things on and fell in love with a black, sequined XXS dress. However, this dress had one sequin that was half coming off and I really didn't feel that I should pay the full price of a dress that was not up to those standards. So I asked the lady who was helping me earlier if she could check to see if they had an extra in the back because that dress size had fit me so well. She then proceeded to ask me "ok and if we don't have it, you aren't going to buy anything, right?, " and I said "I'll look around a bit more, but I really love that one, " and she walked away. I literally watched her walk back to the counter, put the dress on a rack, and not even look. I gave her a few minutes because I figured she was just helping someone and she would get back to it. After a while, I went up and asked if they had any more and she just said no. Like when was she going to tell me they didn't have any left? I get that it's really disappointing when you've helped someone and they just walk out and don't buy anything, but I was seriously interested in that dress and right when I said I wasn't going to buy anything if they didn't have that dress, she just stopped helping. I'm so disappointed and Bebe has lost my support as a customer.

They took my money also off my GIFT CARD and I called Corp so fast on them because they kept saying I didn't use a gift card and they was telling me they put my money back on my card, , Well 2 weeks went by and still no money or a new GIFT CARD. So I card them again and a different person tell me she don't see where I ever used a GIFT CARD or when they done a refund by to a GIFT CARD. So I got so tired I called Corp and I'm telling you they really do help you out and get to the bottom of it. Don't let them give you that 1800 number, well if they do give you the 1800 number, Just listen to the options and I think when you press 4 it takes you to Corp, Call them with the store number or the store phone number so they can get to the bottom of it and they also Handel online issues also. And they do call you back and give you a case number so you can call them back if you have any question's or concerns. I hope this help you guys!

This complaint is for the Bebe store located in Estero, FL. I decided to write this complaint after many bad customer service experiences I got at this store. Here are 2 examples: I needed to make a return. Associate informed me that only managers could do returns, and told me I had to wait for the manager to get back from her lunch. Huh?! I couldn't believe they made wait over 30 minutes, with my 2 year old baby! Another time, I called to ask the associate to check if they had an item I was interested. I had the SKU number from the website. She says: "I am in the middle of counting my register, can you call back tomorrow?". They are never interested in helping their customers.

My sister in law got some bebe gift cards for Christmas a year ago. When she went to bebe to use them a day or two after recieving them she bought a few items with the gift cards one of which I loved which was a black wool pea coat with sequins on it. After paying she asked how much was left on her cards, the sales woman took the cards and said nothing was left on the cards. The woman seemed honest so she took her purchases home with the reciept. That very evening she found out the sales woman was lying and that she still had a balance on both bebe cards.She called and complaind to the company, Then to the store. My mom went the next day to pick up the gift cards from the store.My sister in law was very upset, almost in tears when she found out this dishonesty that this store did to her. But she was happy to ge the cards back before they were spent by whoever kept them.I was completlly shocked that a store like this could lie about the gift cards. If they weren't caught I bet they would have gone on a shopping spree at there own store with her gift cards and not felt guilty at all. What a shame that is how how they do buisness.they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope other bebe stores aren't like ths. I still love the sparkle clothes there.

I purchased a jumpsuit and shoes in chicago location. I tried to return a jumpsuit and shoes at woodfield near where I live but they wouldnt return both items. I brought the tags with the jumpsuit. I told the sales person that I tried the jumpsuit on again at home and noticed was too tight when sat down but fit ok standing up. I was told that I couldnt return shoes because I didnt have the box. I left box at store in chicago because already had two bags of stuff and couldnt carry more. Now I have to go back to chicago to return shoes and hope they set box aside like they said. I will probably have to sell both items online. I'm also going to get rid of anything I have that has Bebe on it. I will never shop at Bebe store again. I'm going to tell everyone I know about Bebe horrible customer service and return policy. Buyers beware!
