BeBe Bebe.com's Customer Service is Garbage: A Warning to All Shoppers

Yo, I gotta update y'all on my experience with bebe.com. So, I wrote a review on 1. 7. 2020 and I still ain't heard nothin' back from them. So, I had to call them AGAIN. And get this, they tried to blame me for using my own carrier to return the items. But, they were the ones who sent me the wrong label in the first place! They were straight up denying it and saying they sent me a UPS label instead of USPS. Like, what the heck?! I even had a screenshot of the label they sent me and my USPS receipt, but they still didn't wanna own up to their mistake. I had to talk to three different people before I finally got to the manager. And guess what he said? "There is nothing I can do for you." Are you kidding me?! They are a bunch of liars and their customer service is straight up garbage. If you're thinking about buying from bebe, don't even bother trying to return anything for a refund. They'll just blame you for their own mistakes and leave you high and dry. I told the manager I'm never shopping with them again and I'm telling all my friends to do the same. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

BeBe gift card/customer service

My dad purchased a gift card to me for Christmas from bebe.com of 100 dollars. He was supposed to get an e-mail with the gift card code. When no e-mail showed up I called customer service to sort it out. The first guy I talked to spoke so poor english it was hard for me to even understand what he said, but he could do nothing about it, I understood that much. Next time I called I spoke to James, at least I understood what he said but all he could do was send the e-mail again (big shocker, no gift card e-mail turned up) the third time I called I asked to talk to the supervisor, named Candy. I asked her if they are not able to give me the gift card over phone, that was not possible. I asked if they could not cancel the gift card and make a refund, that was not possible. All they could do was send the e-mail again. They do not seem to have any protocal for what to do if for whatever reason you don´t get your gift card. Any responsible company would make sure to take care of it, it seems like all the so called customer service in India does is answer calls but can´t provide assistance. The e-mails I have sent to bebe.com regarding this matter have gone unresponded.

He can have as much of an accent as he like, but then he should not have a job where talking very good English is so important, especially when you are talking to people from all over the world. He needs to speak so that there will be no room for misunderstandings. I don´t have a problem with customer service based in India, but this particular place was unable to provide service (not even answering e-mails). I´m all grown up thank you, I´m a traffic controller so I understand the importance of comminication very well, if a person can´t speak very well Swedish we do not allow him to work, there are many other great jobs for people who are not fluent.

I have no problem communicating in English, but it is very hard to communicate with someone with a thick Indian accent that speaks poor English, that is a fact and not a bashing. Money has been drawn from my dads bank account of course, it´s an issue because it is 100 dollars missing and BeBe has shown zero interest in resolving this matter

English is my second language, I speak excellent Swedish because I need to for my job that has to do with comminication in my own language. If your job is about communicating in English, your English should be excellent

BeBe customer service - false

I have placed order with Bebe online on Aug 30. 2019. They have good promo free shipping over $100. Today is sept 12th I still haven't received my order. I called customer service two times to find out what's going on... apparently the customer service is based out of Philippines. Seems like communication is a problem over there I was given wrong information over and over. Pretty dissatisfied with this customer service experience and also shipping. I hope Bebe can improve their service.

After I receive my order I will never shop again with Bebe

BeBe not receiving an order I paid for and no clear answers from customer service

I ordered a blazer on 8/1/2019. Today is 8/14/2019 and the order is still "unfulfilled". I sent several emails, but get generic answers, such as there are shipping delays due to relocating inventory. My order number is BEBE-119330. From reading other people's review on this complaints board I see this has been going on for over 6 months. I am very disappointed as I've been BEBE's customer for a long time. I put on hold purchasing anything from this store unless this issue resolves.

BeBe non refunded for 2 months!!!

My name is Amira Khozaim, bought a dress from bebe mall of egypt on 2nd May 2019 via visa card was costing 5000 LE, two days later i returned the dress because of a flaw in the material and the shop said that they will refund, but now after two months while i am paying my visa, i discovered that Bebe didn't refund the amount yet and still m paying interest to that amount. Upon contacting Bebe mall of egypt yesterday they contacted the accounting department (as said by the shop manager ) and replied that yes the refund wasn't done yet and they will contact me tomorrow (today) but no one called as agreed then i called the branch they changed thier reply that no the refund was done, which didn't happen. Now i need my money back cause i thought Bebe is a big respectful brand that wont do this to thier customers... awaiting your reply asap

BeBe dye bleeding off of underwear

I hand washed the underwear as written on the tag. All of the underwear had problems with the dye bleeding. The red was the worst. It bled onto other underwear that I had hang drying nearby. Then onto my new washing machine. Same with the black pairs. The pair that was a combo of pink with black trim...the black bled into the pink section. I'm very disappointed. BeBe not receiving items I paid for a month ago... disappointing I like this store

Order made on May 7th 10:55am for 3 items
i understand during this time period orders placed between 4/22 - 5/8 there will be a temporary shipping delays due to relocating inventory but delayed 7-10 business days. On May 16th 4:24pm I received 1 item i ordered "Wool Felt Floppy Hat Black" at $23.99
The other 2 items "Ribbon&Tassel Necklace $18.99 and Tassel&Ribbon Bracelet $13.99" have not been recieved yet now in 3 weeks. i emailed and got a response back telling be they will send a request to the appropriate department to check the status on my items. I fear the items will no longer be in stock or they will tell me its missing in which the return to my card will take another 10 business days. I have also called customer service and the employee"s name "Chroy" dont really know if that his name but he told me his supervisor was busy and couldnt come to the phone, he also told me the department hes sending my request to only communicates thru emails? Honestly I just want my items or at least know where it is? its disappointing because i really like shopping at this site since theres no actual store near me please contact at [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@yahoo.com

BeBe paid for an order from bebe and never received order / horrible customer service

On Saturday, March 30th 2019, I placed an order for merchandise. (Order No. BEBE-48715)

I ordered said merchandise with Express 2 day shipping for an event I am to attend on Friday, 4/5/2019.

According to the website, BEBE asks for 1 business day to process an order; therefore, my order should have been processed no later than Monday, 4/1/2019, shipped and out the door no later than Tuesday, 4/2/2019 and at my door step no later than Thursday, 4/4/2019.

On 4/2/2019, I attempted numerous times to contact customer service via email to no avail and no response to date.

On 4/3/2019, I call customer service and am told that my order is STILL in processing. They could not give me an explanation as to why and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist me. I advised that I wanted my order cancelled and not even that I received. I asked for the call to be escalated and that neither happened.

To note, my payment cleared from my bank account the next day; therefore, I as a consumer, did everything I was supposed to and have received absolutely nothing in return.

I will continue to share this experience with EVERYONE and will NEVER purchase from BEBE again!

BeBe dress

My issue is since 15/2/2019 when I returned black dress to avenue. Branch in kuwait, the supervisor told me after she check the dress that it is ok but we don't have cash money today 43 kd come tomorrow and get the money. Second day I approached her she told me sorry we can't change the money coz this dress is worn I told her no it does not anyway I asked her give me customer service number she refused at the beginning then she gave me a number which I tried for 4 days but it was wrong number I kept asking her that the number was wrong and I asked her I want to talk and complain to the brand manager she told me that no the brand manager can't talk to customers I was surprised. Then after 5 days she gave another customer service number which I kept trying to call and everyday they are telling the brand manager will call will call and my issue is pending since 10 days. My direct complain is on the supervisor and the brand manager who is not taking any responsibility and even calling the customer. I need a solution

BeBe this short paragraph does not explain in detail in which the manner I was treated but it gets directly to the point

On january 1, 2019 I visited new york time square I was so excited because I hadn't been in a bebe store in quite a while since they closed the one in norfolk virginia at mcarthur mall I enjoyed shopping in the store the associate was very helpful and I end up purchasing a sweater, a pair of jeans and a sequin romper I was unsure of the romper when I was in the store but the associate assured me that it was a cute romper but when I get back to the hotel I decided that I didn't want it so I ended up returning it to the store on january 3, 2019 as I entered the store I was greeted and asked could I be helped with something I said yes I have a return the associate yelled across the store to another lady I need you at the front when I get to the register she say what do you want.. I mean what do you need what can I help you with I said I have a return and handed her the garment I said the receipt is inside she asked me was anything wrong with it I told her no.. I said I didn't really like the cut outs I don't think it would look right on me she flipped the romper in side out and said i'm not taking it back it's dirty I was disgusted to see the inside of the romper during the inspection of the garment we found caucasian hair left on the underside. I did not wear it I tried it on in the store never took it out the bag other than to bring it back in the store to return it I am very disgusted and my stomach hurt to know that that garment was not inspected prior to me purchasing it but evidently it had been returned before because it wouldn't have been damaged and sold to me. I'm really bothered and out raged at the fact that I bought a pre-used garment I really expected more quality out of bebe.. A previous damaged garment and now is refusing to return my money and it was already damaged goods prior to my purchase.

BeBe poor online service. cancelled orders with no explanation

I've been a Bebe member since 2004 and today I experienced the worst online serve since I joined.

I placed 2 separate orders on Nov 19th 2017. I spent hours browsing the site and selecting items, only to find out the next day both my orders were cancelled. The 1st Bebe representative I talked to was very helpful. She informed me that my orders were cancelled because the order amount was too high (above $500) and therefore couldn't be sent to an address other than my billing address. I told her was not in a position to receive the order at my billing address. She then suggested to help me split the orders into 5 smaller orders, all under $500 to enable shipment to an address other than my billing address. After over an hour of placing the new orders over the phone, we found out these too were cancelled. She suggested I consult with my bank, which I did.

After my bank informed me they had no problem honoring the transactions, I called Bebe back. The next representative I talked to informed me that I could only have any order made sent to my billing address. And when I asked her why that was the case, she had no satisfactory explanation. She kept telling me that that's what the system said, from their billing department. Then I asked to talk to someone in the billing department. After a lengthy back and forth, she finally forwarded my call to a supervisor named Anya.

Anya immediately informed me that to prevent fraudulent activity, I could only have my order sent to my billing address. When I pressed on why, she said it was Bebe's new policy. I told her that it didn't sound right, because on the Bebe website they still have an option to ship to an address other than the billing address. At this point we were both getting quite agitated. I told her that I had been a Bebe customer for years and I had had orders sent to other addresses other than my billing address on numerous occasions. She suggested I was lying by telling me according to the system this was my first online transaction and it was suspect for being fraudulent. I was livid.

I told her numerous times that I wanted to file a formal complaint and how to go about it. She just kept on insisting that this was a potential fraudulent transaction etc. finally I got her to give me an email address I could send my complaint to.

Needless to say, I will NOT be shopping at Bebe ever again.

I purchased a pair of BEBE platform T-strap shoes that were sophisticated and complementary of the BEBE signature brand. I paid $169.00 and they are definitely “Show stoppers. I have wore the no more the four times over the past four years. I store them in the original box. I took them out to wear about a month ago and the patent-leather piping on the top of the shoes and was cracking and worn off 😫. I took them to a cobbler shop and they could not believe what the saw. They suggested I contact BEBE. It appears that the pipping was not the same quality as the patent leather used on the platform. I don't know what to do with these shoes. I'm embarrassed and highly disappointed with my purchase. PLEASE HELP ME! See Pictures attached

BeBe I want my money back

I have read all the reviews about you on this website and must say I am not the only one who suffered from absolutely same actions.
Just like many others I ordered clothes, received it and after trying it just once I returned those that didn't fit me. The shipping was at my expense, took several weeks to get an answer from you stating that the item is used by me and that's why it's not refundable. I was like whaaaat? Yes, I put it on, but like I said I did it just once, or how would I understand the dress was too small for me to wear it? What would you suggest? To keep it and give my money to you as a present? No way.

BeBe $153.14 merchandise credit deactivated

On 3/25/17, was in Northpark, Dallas Texas. Was checking out, mgr Aubrey said my merch credit deactivated, she called corporate c.s., stated would replace immediately. I asked why they did that, response was, after a year they do that. Well, I was dealing with my mom's passing, shopping wasn't on important list! Called multiple people at different levels, got 3 different stories where my card is. TODAY 4/19/17, now told used at closed store, Stonebriar, of which several employees caught stealing...also, know Randall mgr fired Northpark stealing merch credits, should have been jailed. Then mgr at Dallas Galleria, Amber, fired, stealing clothes, ahoes, bags, jewelry. ...I was in that store, saw another employee buy clothes with stolen cards, sales girl turned around returned for Bebe merch credit! !
Now, they can't tell me I bought fringe booties, cuz, I can't wear heels...lol! SOMEBODY IS LYING/STEALING FRAUDULENT USE OF MY $153 14, as a long time top rated customer with more than 8 yrs of loyalty, never but once get my Bday rewards, not getting rewards for spending as mysterious disappeared. ...NEVER EVER GET THE REPLACEMENT. ...STILL HAVE ALL RECEIPTS WITH TRANSACTION DATES, #, AMOUNTS...
NO WONDER ALL STORES ARE CLOSING, FRAUDULENT ABUSE, FILED DISPUTES...
AGAIN, MANNY MASHOUF, CEO doesn't care or have a clue...

BeBe don't count on being able to return your item to them if you don't want it!

Bought their 'Ottoman and Mesh' dress online. Opened the package, but did not try on because it obviously was too small. Packed it back up, tags intact and in the same new condition it arrived in, and shipped it back.

Got an email from them stating that the dress had "scent and stains". That is completely ridiculous --I didn't even try the thing on!

This is a huge red flag to me that perhaps this company wants to discourage even legitimate returns. Solution: I'm not going to buy from them in the future.

BeBe these guys are the worst

I have ordered a dress from www.bebe.com website and paid some extra for 2 day delivery. Mt order did not arrive and I contacted Bebe customer service to ask what was going on. They said they had some difficulties with the delivery and asked me to wait. I did not want to wait any longer and asked them to cancel my order. They agreed and later I received a cancellation confirmation and was promised a refund.
Time passed but there was no sign of my money and when I tried to contact Bebe they ignored me. About two weeks later my order arrived.
I have nothing else to say. These guys are the worst.

BeBe my money no product

I purchased a coat online they said there were 4 available I paid $209 the next day I got an email stating my order was canceled so I then called my card the money was gone but no product I have been going back & forth between Bebe and Rushcard still nothing this happened 8/30/16 it is now 9/9/16 I think the government should do something about outsourcing these companies take advantage of Americans because we can't get to them meaning we can not just go to the office and demand proper customer service they are getting away with way to MUCH‼️

BeBe handbags

I ordered 3 handbags..Same purse in three colors his website was very nice.. sent a message to him to confirm what i wanted . He confirmed the order. It took over 45 days to recieve my order wrong items very poor quality..i contacted i offer... they just said said try to work with vendor... he did not respond ...the vendor also said they took pay pal.. allways use paypal they protect u.. it came time to pay they said they did not take pay pal i should have known better... offer does not support pay pal as most of the vendors are scammers!

BeBe return process

Bebe return process is a total nightmare! Wanted to return two items because the ones I received were too small. So I contacted customer service and they said that I had only 21 days to return and since there was only 5 days left they were not able to refund me. They said that I can go to a local Bebe store and return there. Please, remember that I purchased online.
So I did as they said and found a local store. I went there and said that online rep told me to come. They said that they did not accept back any purchases which were made online. I reminded them that it was their rep who told me to do so. Store employee was so rude and nasty. She raised her voice at me and said that she doesn't know anything about that and asked me leave the store.
I came back home and contacted Bebe again and spoke to another rep, who said that it was obvious that local stores do not accept online orders back. But the previous rep said the exact opposite thing! Are you kidding me? These guys gave me nothing but headache! Never again!

BeBe absolutely terrible experience

Made an order and purchased some clothing from Bebe company. When I received my order I immediately contacted Bebe customer service and said that I wanted to get a refund. I decided to return everything because things were too small and did not fit. They said that they cannot accept the return because everything I bought was on final sale. I went to their website and found no information about any sales.
They said that there was a sale but they needed to update their site info. I insisted and was very pushy and in the end they finally agreed to refund my money. So I sent everything back and was supposed to get a refund but no.
Later these guys from Bebe told me that my refund was rejected and that they're sending everything back to me. Cheaters!
By the way, never got my stuff back. Terrible!

BeBe did not allow to return the defective item

Ordered one item which was on sale and it arrived damaged! I immediately contacted Bebe support and asked for a refund and they said that they can't give me one since the item I bought was on final sale.
Then they gave me a run around and in the end said that they can offer me a discount on my next order. They did not allow me to return and I was stuck with a defective item which I could not even wear!
I refused and did not accept their discount offer and told that I will never order from them again! Terrible company!
