I order £300 worth of products 4 weeks ago now and I still havent received them. They were supposed to be sent by EMS courier. It states that it will arrive in 10 working days but it hasnt and when I track the item it doesnt appear. I have now been told that they have been sent HK post which takes a really long time. Why have I paid for EMS and it has been sent HK post. This website is a scam and I would be really careful using it. When I ask them about my missing packages they do not reply to my emails. I am now taking legal action.

BRUSH111.COM IS THE SAME SCAM! I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PACKAGE OR A TRACKING NUMBER AND ORDERED $179 WORTH OF PRODUCT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SITES!

sorry, i would like to tell everyones that www.ebeautyonlines.com and www.beautyonlines.com are the same company, and they are scam and fake website. They want to stole your money from your pocket.

For anyone who wants to buy anything from this website I ask you to be very careful. Here is my story with beautyonlines. I have bought $181.00 usd worth of makeup from this site. Before I did the payment I emailed them to check wether the makeup is real Mac (not fake) and they said yes it's real pls don't worry. So I did the order and waited for 12 days until I received it. When I was checking the products I realized that some of them are not the ones that I had ordered (9 products).

So I emailed them to tell them what happened. At first they replied saying that we can't do anything just keep them and we will try to giv u some discount on next order. I did not want that because it wasnot my fault. And Iam not gana make another order I hav already spent so much money. I emailed them after this and they just ignored me. Im realy upset with how they treated me. They don't care. All they care about is money. I have the right to recieve what i have paid for. I will never buy from them again. So pls be careful before you consider buying anything from this site.

Kaelyn Chen! what legal action! i can take legal action too! for sending so many wrong items and some of my order is not arrive! no refund? we pay for this? what services you provide? you don't have the right to sound. we are the one should sound.

Are you sure you didn't get the order? You need to delete this message, if not, i will take legal actions.
You have already recevied the order, but you told us you didn't get it, Could you show the proof? we can supply the tracking number which you has already sighed for the order.
