This company is unprofessional. You pay for your items to be shipped with in the estimate days they offer for a additional price and its like they don't even acknowledge you. Beautifulhalo has the worst customer service. They have people talking to you that don't understand much english. This was my first time ordering from them on march 19, 2017 and I will never come back or send anyone to get any products from this website. Currently I am waiting on a reply on my refund status.

I HAVE PAID FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO BE PROCESS IN 3-6 DAYS. YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN OVER THE LIMIT AND IM STILL WAITING.
