Need a recall everyone has been having similar problems of them eventually no longer working, I myself can deal with minor glitches like the volume playing up or my apple music not responding properly but when my headphones decide not to connect to anything and refuse to work, that is when it becomes a problem, they falsely advertised them as workout headphones but in actual fact they break after a few sessions at the gym, as soon as any sweat gets on them it's game over, these products need recalled and fixed so that people who have paid good money for them can either receive what they are paying for or have their money returned to then buy a product that actually works and does what it's meant to on the box for longer than a couple of months

Beats By Dre repair/warranty department

So, on the 22nd of may, my beat2 wirless buds decided to stop working. On the 23ed, I started my claim. I was told by the 1st tech I spoke with, that id be receiving a replacement pair by mail, w an empty box, to return the damaged ones. Cool. Perfect. Simple... A week later, I was left scratcging my head, wondering where my headphones were. I finally received an empty box, a dayblater. I called again. The 2nd tech explained that the first tech was wrong, and I needed to send my headphones 1st, and since they didnt tell me that, they would need to send another box? So, I mailed out my headphones the very next morning. Now its the 9th of june. I still have not recieved a single email, as your reps managed to goof that up, too. I will never ever recomend your product to anyone, as ill make sure to let everyone know how bad of a product you carry, and how your costumer service is even worse.

Beats By Dre zero support, inferior product

We bought beats headphones for our disabled teen son, who enjoyed them while they lasted. Beats headphones cost $300, & in our case they lasted 6 months until the thin cheap plastic topmost piece snapped. We called beats support & were told to send them in for a promised replacement pair. We spent $35 in shipping fees & they were returned with beats stating they'd been subjected to unreasonable wear. We protested, and beats changed their mind, telling us to send them back for new replacements. They were returned again with beats citing the same reason. Again we protested, again we were instructed to return them, and again they were returned to us as is.

Three months have passed since our first contact with beats. With no fewer two dozen phone calls and endless "hold" times, we've spoken with 14 "support" people, traded a dozen emails, explained the situation to them ad nauseum, and even written company president luke wood - absolute silence has consistently been their response. To add insult to injury, after we volunteered to pay for the repair, beats says they do not have a repair facility, but hope to have one up & running "in a few months". We've even gone so far as to write dr dre himself on facebook and twitter - not surprisingly without any response.

If you want to pay top dollar for an inferior product, have it break because of poor design & cheap materials, and experience complete and total frustration, runaround, excuses and total incompetence, then by all means buy beats by dr dre headphones. Otherwise you'd be better off taking a very close look at the competition. Beats electronics, and especially beats headphones have absolutely zero "support". This has got to be far & away the absolute worst business model, bar none, ever.

I will add that after dozens of phone calls and emails prodding, pleading, and sending the headphones in for repair not once, but FOUR TIMES, Beats finally saw fit to replace them, after more than 3 long months. The experience though was nothing less than supremely frustrating, exasperating in fact. In the end, they did the right thing, but not until we jumped through hoops on fire. Hang in there, Pablo, and make some noise, they just might start to listen.

-I also purchased faulty headphones from these numbskulls---paid about $25 to ship them back under warranty for a new pair---I've been waiting since June 2013 ---I have called about 6 times and it's the always the same nonsense---w're sorry, pls be patient-----they have now had them longer than I did-----what a bunch of useless twits----I'll never buy from them or any of their associted companies...pablo 15nov12

The company has very slow response,
I have been requested help for my earphone as it was spoiled like 2 weeks ago
And I have yet received any response from them,
It's 2 whole week, aren't it ridiculous?
Still pending...
My suggestion is avoid buying the beats as it is very overpriced and has poor customer service.

I have several sets of beats, different varieties. This pair I haven’t used much at all and the fabric is already starting to separate on the ear piece. These have not been damaged in any way, so I’m really surprised. For the price of beats, this should not happen.

The product is falling apart, ear tips braking of the glue, ear hook broke. I had the product less than 6 moths.

My headphones are 2 years old & I've taken great care of them. Actually this is my second pair after having my first Beats headphones for 4 years. I'm disappointed to find that the cover material over the padding has come undone. I'm unable to use them comfortably. Is there a way these can get fixed? Basically I have a beats solo 3 and I already had a problem in the beginning that didn't work the Bluetooth so I went to the apple store and they gave me a new one..
Now the beats is not working the other side, it only works one side..
Hope you guys will take care of it..

I sent my headphones in and they said it wasn't covered by a warenty it was I sent in my proof of purchase and they sent it back and said I had to pay 79 dollars to get them fixed

I've purchased two pairs of wireless headphones. Both pairs have had issues with the sound. Neither set is currently in working condition. When the first set broke, I purchased the second one only to have the same problem. Is there any way to get this resolved? Thank you.

I buy one headset souq here that one Amazon company one month after color problem now one side speaker not working I hate this beats head set not response that company also I think this head set duplicate. Please respond take any action.

After using my headphones while I was working out they began to control the volume itself and stop working right. The microphone also became muffled and I couldn't talk through the head phones. Finally one of the eat pieces camel off and brake after being used. Is there a way to repair them or get my money back?

I was wearing them one day and the head phones made a very high pitched noise and then it shocked the inside of my ear
