Beats By Dre wireless headset

Bought Beats for my son as a Christmas/ Birthday gift. He had them a couple of weeks and a piece fell out- maybe a button, but from that piece falling out, the headset started to crack. We took it up to Apple to get it fixed or replaced. They shipped it out to repair, who came back and said it was a chargeable fee of TWO HUNDRED dollars!

It took me months just to get the money together to pay for headset! They said it was no under warranty to fix crack even though I explained that the reason it cracked was due to a fault in the headset. Poor quality, poor customer service and a scam to charge that much for a repair.

I have reached out to numerous people with a lot of run around and no resolution.

I will never again recommend BEATS to anyone and will be filing a complaint to the BBB. It is ridiculous that a multi million company cannot honor a warranty and replace a product. You should be proud to take advantage of people due to poor project output.

Beats By Dre earphones and headphones

I am so outraged by these products! Earphones my son wore maybe 3xs, left ear goes silent! My other son has headphones wore maybe 5xs and completely silent!
Both my boys serve in the army so wasnt convenient for them to get to an apple store for the warranty! We took them to a repair shop and were told they weren't able to be fixed! How is this possible for only wearing a few times? These products are expensive with a name that boosts "the best"... What a lie! Over $300 wasted on what? A name? A good product? Negative! [censored] product! Totally disgusted! Will be sure to persuade anyone not to purchase!

I'm very sorry that happened to you but I completely agree for the price your pain you're literally getting garbage you spend hundreds of dollars and they give you a 1 year limited warranty and even if you are able to use the warranty they don't do anything for you if anything they want you to pay to get it fixed I had no idea that Apple made Beats but when I found that out makes complete sense I've never heard anyone say how much they love the Apple products I'm definitely not going to let anyone I know by any Apple product

Beats By Dre beats solo hd 3

These were the second pair of beat solo's that I bought and they are the second pair that has broken on me. The right ear stopped working within a year of me getting the pair with my MacBook Air student package. Quite frankly im fed up with beats and even when I treat them with care and always put them back in the case somehow they always break down on me. I believe I deserve a new pair due to my two pairs both breaking on me and stop functioning within a year.

Beats By Dre wireless studio 2

Hi. I purchased a pair of beats studio wireless 2 for $470 because they are marketed for sport as weather and sweat proof. I have very rarely worn the headphones for sport maybe 10 times since I purchased them and have never gotten them wet in rain. But the pads have become rediculously worn. I contacted apple to try and get the headphones repaired to which I was told it would cost $370 for the pads to be replaced. I find this ridiculous when the repair is only necessary because of the poor quality of an already obscenely expenisve product.

Beats By Dre beats studio 3

My beats are not connecting to my phone through Bluetooth and they are fully charged. I don't know if it is something I did or if it is something with the headphones. I had left them in the car and I don't know if the temps fire had anything to do with the function of my beats and they are fairly new I got them in the 2017 Christmas and they have not had this problem ever until I left them in the car.

Beats By Dre powerbeats 2 &3

Have spent about $400 on them in the last 2 yrs. Have sent the 2's back twice because the mic stopped working. The third time they tokd me about the new ones that was suppose to be better quality. Had them for 7 months then the mic started with the same problem. Sent them back the sent me a replacement pair. Now the mic is not working again. Call to get fixed now they want to charge me to fix them. I have several different types of the beats and i have no problems with any of them. I am very disappointed with the product and the management team. What can i do to get Apple to look into this product

Beats By Dre head phones

Hello

I bought some white headphones and the paint is peeling off the ear cushions. I paid £130 for these, I wouldn't expect this to happen to them.

What can you do about this issue?

I would accept a cash refund or replacement product as long as the ear bits don't flake.

I attach a photograph for your reference.

Unfortunately I do not have the original purchase receipt but I bought them from Costco

Beats By Dre power beats

Third time having to send in PowerBeats wireless headphones. They don't turn on, gave us trouble a fews month after using them. I purchased these for my husband in May of 2018. Stopped working in July of 2018, got repaired. Stopped working again in Sept of 2018, got repaired. Stopped working in Dec of 2019, didn't follow up until Jan 2019. Other we know have experienced the same issue

Beats By Dre beats solo and beats x

My Beats solo stopped working just after the warranty expired. Like a fool, I bought 2 Bears X wireless for my daughters last July. Lu and behold, both the pieces do not work now. They primarily use it when travelling. Must have used it a handful of times.
Spoke with the Beats /Apple customer service rep. $129 to repair the solo and $79 each to repair the X. 50% the cost of the product. There has to be some legal recourse for ripping us off like this. A pair of $20 wireless earphones from TJ Maxx will do a better job.
I notice there are several buyers who are facing the same issue. Can we take a class action?

Beats By Dre studio2 wireless titanium headphones

Very disappointed with this product. My son got these last Christmas for them to only hold a charge after one or two uses. My son requested these for travel with his football and baseball team on long bus trips. Only to have them not work. It's very rare that he receives gifts that cost this much! So you can imagine my reaction when he is asking for a new pair this Christmas. I am very torn about purchasing your product again.
Especially when I can go to Walmart and purchase ear buds for a couple of bucks and they last forever. We have the original box and packet that the headphones came in because my son would use them and place them in the box immediately after returning home. They look BRAND new and hardly used at all but they do not work - holds NO charge.

Beats By Dre red solo headphones

I aaved up for yrs to buy these headphones. Music is my life it is all I have. I was in a major car accident and ended up loosing my job, house and car. I filled for disability and have been waiting for 4 years. So needless to say I have no income. Anytime I would get a couple bucks it went towards these headphones... They broke within less than 6 months
I cried... Literally. When you saved and saved for the product to break and that is all you had to make yourself happy, its devastating. I don't have my receipt or money to fix them. I never dreamed they would quit working. Specially paying so much. Only one side works. One unhappy client.

Beats By Dre power beats2 & beats pro

While I have had the power beats 2, well over two years now, they began to fall apart within the first year. I put them away thinking I could possibly fix them. The rubber has become really sticky and unpleasant to touch. After reassessing, I realize it's not worth it. In the trash they go.

I also have beats pro and the material used to cover the head band and ear cushion is rubbing off. They still work but look so gross I don't use them. I am known to care excellent care of my stuff and am quite handy at repairs but you can't fix poor quality and materials. $500. worth of earphones that wont last is not worth the money!

Beats By Dre dre beats solo 3 wireless

Hi there,

I bought the Solo 3 wireless Beats a couple of weeks ago. They have on multiple occasions ripped my hair when taking them off. For example, there is a handful of hairs ripped out of my head, even when I take them off gently. Also, they earphones actually hurt my ears after wearing them for 20 minutes, they dig into my ears which makes it uncomfortable. I can provide pictures of my hair in the Beats if needed.

I have been extremely frustrated with the product . The covers on the ear just slips off in just 14 months and I hardly used them . When I called them they asked me to take it to the store and they wouldn't help me ...they want to charge me $129 + shipping to have it looked at and replaced . My point is if it is a quality issue then I expect them to stand by their product and not fleece the customer . This was a gift from my wife and the Irony is I also gifted her one and this happed just a week later .
I called them on October 12th and again on October 15th . the serial number is FL6T7SN4H8VD and my case ID is [protected].
If someone responsible can open this file they can see the pictures of the defect as this was hardly used and is a manufacturing defect .

Beats By Dre powerbeats3 wireless

Over the last week I have experienced extreme disappointment in Apple support as well as the Powerbeats3 Wireless headphones. After speaking to a handful of Apple employees, I have gotten absolutely nowhere. After expressing my extreme disappointment with the product, as well as the way I was treated or lack there, of I am still in the same spot I started in. A product that is defective and no results. My headphones often disconnect randomly and I am constantly losing the rubber earbuds. On top of that, they are designed more so for a mans ear, with the latch not even touching the outer part of me ears. After dealing with Apple for days on end, nobody was able to help me or satisfy such a loyal customer. If this is how Apple treats their customers and respects them then I want no part of it. I feel undervalued and disrespected. All Apple could offer is repairing the product or sending me a new one that I don't even want. The AirPods that I suggested exchanging my defective beats for are $30 cheaper and Apple still would not entertain the matter. I guess they do not care about having customers that are happy and satisfied with their products. Today, Apple lost a long-time, loyal customer.

Beats By Dre earphones

I love my headphones but the peeling around the headphones are starting to come off and the inside is showing all the money I spent on them u would think they would last longer. Their white wireless headphones so u can see the peeling and it jus looks bad. I've only had them for a few months and I use them as I transport to my school 3 days a week. I enjoy them so much but with my small income I can't afford to replace them. Kinda sad about that.

Beats By Dre I have two different headphones by beats. neither one works. cord and cordless

I received these headphones as gifts from my family because I like to workout. I am a 53yr old woman. I take very good care of all of my Apple products, but the cordless one, just work deliver in sound through the earpieces any more.
The cordless one ... one of the earpieces became completely detached...
It's soooo frustrating. I enjoy working out, so my family bought what they thought was the best product and what a joke.
For me a resolution would be a full replacement of each with an explanation as to why this product costs so much, but delivers so little.

I received my package of beats from my mom for a birthday. But I didn't really use then at all until about a week ago and I used them every day i loved them I folded then up and put thenm in the case after each use. They worked great then I put then on one day and the left side don't work no sound at all. Beats By Dre beats solo 2

I purchased a set of Beats Solo 2 and Power beats ear buds on Black friday. I literally used the Solo 2 a few times and the leather ear phone cover is coming off. I purchased them around a year ago and don't have my original receipt. Who keeps all their receipts otherwise you will have piles of paper everywhere. It is a simple fix for someone who knows how to do it. They want me to pay $130.00 for this simple fix after I already paid over $250.00 for the head phones. The serial number is on the product and model number. That's my proof of ownership. They know most people don't keep their receipts that long and its their excuse not to warranty them and charge and absurd amount to fix them.

Yes if you give him the serial number they can find when you bought them there's your rocket science I need to be an [censored] they're already pissed off that they got ripped off you don't need to add fuel to the fire even if you're under warranty they still don't do anything for you I was still under warranty and they wanted me to pay more than what I paid for the product they're all around garbage in every way Apple just needs to rot in hell

I purchased a beats solo from apple store in November 2016. It stoped working and I can not reset it. When I called spoke I was told that I have to pay for a new beats and as it goes under repair, it will have only 90 days warranty.

I need it urgently for my online webibars and clients communication
