Beats By Dre powerbeats wireless 3

I purchased my headphones from John Lewis in May 2017 with a 2 year guarantee. I recently contacted John Lewis technical support as the headphones, which have hardly been used, have fallen apart due to no fault of my own. The part which goes around your ear has snapped of when i took the headphones off charge which i cannot believe as with the money paid for these headphones you would not expect this to happen at all! John Lewis were helpful at first and collected my headphones for repair to then try to charge me £127 to repair the headphone even though the fault was not mine at all. I am disgusted with the service I have received in regard's to these faulty headphones. I have spent almost an hour on hold to john Lewis trying to have this fixed speaking to a number of people and getting nowhere.
I have also seen online that this has happened to a number of peoples products and I am appalled at the standard of this product, absolute waste of my money as no one will help me. I would like this complaint raised and looked into. Surely you cannot leave your customers this unhappy. I had trust in your brand and that is now completely lost.

Yep Apple and Beats are absolutely garbage they don't back up there warranty whatsoever even if you're under warranty and it was proven that was a manufacturer default they still want to charge you to repair it how is that even a warranty there scam I want Apple and Beats and everyone involved rot in hell

Beats By Dre beats by dre headphones

I've had these Beats by Dre headphones for a few years now and have taken very good care of them. I have always stored in case and leave out in sun. I'm so bummed cause they still work but the material around the headphones are so sticky and coming apart! They are impossible to wear now. You'd think for over 300$ you would get a material that holds up. I have had many headphones from previous years and none of them have this problem.

Beats By Dre wireless earphones

I got the beats at Christmas of 2017, and they recently broke at the beginning of July. I didn't do anything to make them break. I was charging them for like 10 minutes. I came back to turn them on and they wouldn't turn on. I thought it was because they weren't charged yet, so I let them charge for like 20 more minutes. I came back to try to turn them on and they wouldn't turn on. My phone is currently about to break so the headphones you plug in don't work with it right now. So I was counting on these headphones to work. Is there anything you can do, thank you so much.

There is nothing you can do they will not help you whatsoever even if you're under warranty I'll just try to charge you to repair it most likely more than what you paid literally actual garbage has more use then their product it's just a scam

Beats By Dre powerbeats3 wireless

I purchased a pair of the powerbeats 3 by Dre wireless headphones and they stopped working during my workout. They just shut off, and I know they were fully charged because I just charged them before I left. I came home to charge them again. They were on the charger for 4 hours and the red light still did not come off. Now they will not turn on. I called Apple support and there is nothing they can do because the serial number is unable to be read! They are within the 1 year warranty, and now I'm stuck with a pair of beats that do not work. This is the second pair that I have bought because my first pair wouldn't reset. The serial number needs to be provided on the beats someplace where it will NOT wear off and will be readable before a year! This is ridiculous and SO frustrating.

Beats By Dre beats pill is junk

I purchased a Beats Pill 3 years ago and have barely used it. We never left it on the charger and always took great care of it. I got married last Saturday at an outdoor ceremony and took great care in choosing my songs. We had the beats charged and ready to go and as I'm about to walk down the aisle it died! After looking into it after the wedding we have trouble turning it on and off and it's basically junk! For as little as we've used it and for the money I am so disappointed and obviously can't get my wedding day back. At this point I would never buy another one and just wanted you to know.

Beats By Dre powerbeats3

I am contacting you due to the poor quality of headphones I have received in the past year. I got wireless Powerbeats3 headphones two times as a gift since last Christmas. The first time they broke within one month and the second time they were stolen in a different country.

This upsets me because I highly enjoy the quality of sound your headphones have. Because I love the superb sound quality, I would love to get another pair of your headphones over any other brand. I do not want to write a poor review due to quality malfunctions I experienced.

If it is in your best interest I would greatly appreciate a new pair of Powerbeats3 headphones sent my way. I am a loyal customer to the Beats brand however I have been disappointed lately.

Beats By Dre power beats

Both over ear supports have fallen off. Apple not interested as out of warranty. Offered second hand pair at near purchase price new. Shocking quality given cost. 10 pairs of Beats and now considering Bose - at least you get the quality for the cost. Since the Apple takeover quality dropped off the scale and trying to find an email address to complain to is impossible. Perhaps Apple / Bose are not interested in feedback ? Their feedback page informs you that they do not respond ? Not liking what your hear Apple / Beats ?

Beats By Dre powerbeats 3

I purchased my Powerbeats less than 6 months ago for $200. I called apple to have them service them under warranty; they wanted to charges me 100 + 6.95 shipping. I refused to pay and the first agent kept acting like he couldn't hear me and that the phone was going out. I will never buy anymore beats. The agents will tell you there is no one else for you to talk to because they are a senior advisor and they must obtain payment to proceed.

Beats By Dre power beats wireless

Hello

I have purchased my power beats by Dre wireless twice now the first pair completely stopped working and I didn't say anything thinking I had a faulty one and now my second pair have completely broke right at the ear piece and I am very gentle when using. I have referred over 20 people to purchase these since and feel my hard money of $600 have now gone to waist. I would LOVE an exchange if possible as I use these on the daily and would love to continue but refuse to spend another $300. Is there anything you can do for me as I am super disappointed by this.

Beats By Dre brand new beatsx

I recently received my brand new beatsX in the mail on april 13th. I love them! But the ear bud cushions that automatically come on the actual ear buds were not on them, nor were they in the package anywhere to be found. The size is the ones that are the size right before the large size. And all the other sizes are either way to big for my ears or too small. All im asking is for that set of earbud cushions that I am missing that never came on the actual earbuds. I ordered them through best buy.

The man also posts pictures of him holding an assault rifle in a threatening manner.

Beats By Dre powerbeats 3

I spent 200 dollars on a pair of headphones. 2 months later they stop charging. Drove 90 minutes to the closest apple store and was told they have to ship out to be assessed. They tell me it takes up to 2 weeks to get them back or a new pair... I thought consumer law was that they repair or replace and if there is a known defect they were required to replace. How is it our responsibility to be without what we as consumers spend our hard earned money on

Beats By Dre headphones 🎧

My bother purchased the headphone 🎧 two years ago for my birthday. At first they worked just fine. Last month it stopped charging. I bought a new plug. I took the headphones to the apple store. $400 gone, will never purchase again or any dre beats for that matter. And just in case anybody was wondering, no they were not abused in any way. I take very good care of my stuff. For $400 you would think they would be made of better quality & actually last, just my opinion. I'm a united state marine. I travel a lot. I had a pair of boss headsets since 2006. They still work. Apple was going to charge me $200 dollars to fix them. My name is rose poinvil. I can be reached at+[protected]. Beats By Dre beats studio wireless 2

Just over 1 year old. Wont charge at all cost me well over 400$ and they are a paper weight now. You will not fix them due to them out of warrenty by a month. You want over 200$ to fix them and your custom service said they are worthless. I am a repeat customer already owned the 1.0 studios they were just as junk as these. I will never buy another beats product again and I will tell everyone I know they are absolute garbage. If you never fix them or at least give me a discount on repair, you will lose a customer that has spent thousands on your company. Also I am getting rid of any other apple products I own and will never buy from apple or beats again period! Your overpriced garbage is disgusting, 900 billion dollar company and you wont even give me a discount on repairs, your entire company is a pathetic, greedy piece of trash!

Beats By Dre extreme dissatisfaction with technical customer services!

A customer's complaint to be forwarded to the most responsible person!
Subject: extreme unsatisfaction with services in istanbul!
I have purchased a beat headphone set (model solo 2 / serial - code number: 0888 [protected]) from the d&r shop, nisantasi-cities branch on december 31st, 2017. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the jack connection of the headphone and the sound would come only from one side - either one! I have brought it back to the d&r shop on january 14th, 2018. They told me that they couldn't change it and they had to send it to the repair services of beat. I should admit that in my previous experiences in the us, when such a problem occured the product would be replaced instantly with a new one! Anyway, I have given my brand-new headphones - and never heard again! In the meantime I was called once to be asked for my email address (which is [protected]@gmail.com).
On january 31st, I went back to the d&r to ask what was happening with my brand-new headphones! I was taken to the shop manager who wasn't helpful at all and clearly stated that this wasn't their problem and it was the customer and technical services of beat who were responsible and that they wouldn't expect any response before three weeks! When I insisted on getting my headphones, his only response was simply to say that he would call them the next day and then would inform me. As expected (or rather as should not be expected) I was never called back, despite that they had my e-mail and mobile phone number. At that time, I was going on holiday for three weeks and I was wishing to have my headphones on this long trip and for the many flights that I was going to have - which in fact I had and just returned last night.
So far, I still haven't been contacted either by phone or email regarding the fate of my headphones, which I had no chance to use properly!
I don't believe writing a complaint letter to your turkish distributor or technical customer services would be of any use at this stage and wanted to write to the most internationally responsible person in charge who hopefully will inquire about this unsolved problem - so that no other people may experience something like this again! Therefore, I would simply ask you to pass this letter to whom this person is as I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with your representatives in turkey as well as your one of your dealer-companies, d&r. Besides, I certainly will be happy to find out what has happened to my headphones!

I received wireless beats headphones as a gift and after 3 weeks the ear phone material has came undone in the seam. I am not happy and can't believe this happened. I have purchased these before and never an issue until now. I need these for work/ and now I have nothing/ the store will not return them and now I am left with no headphones.

Beats By Dre powerbeats wireless 2

Good day

I am from south africa and purchased powerbeats wireless 2 earphones to use for gym. Its been 4 months and the earhooks amd volume buttons rubber starts poping open and exposing the metal pieces in the earhooks. I never misused or damaged the product, and followed the care guide. It was sent from istore for repairs, but rejected as they say its physical damaged.

I paid a lot of money for this product and feel the workmanship is very bad. Not as durable and nice as they sell it to be.

I feel that beats can replace my product as its cleary a workmanship issue. It seems to be an issue with all the powerbeats wireless 2 devices.

Good day!
I am jericho job f. Tanael and I come from the philippines.
I am writing this letter because I have a slight complaint about one of your products namely; the beats studio 2.0. Before anything else I would like to say that I personally love the brand and I think that the sound quality of the headphones you provide are amazing. With that being said i've had 2 pairs of these headphones in past couple of years but I have to say that my complaint would have to come from the ear cushion. I've noticed that within a short amount of time they end up deteriorating and the leather ends up crumbling. I personally think that it could be due to the humidity within the place where I live and if that is the case I think that it would be better if you could make better ear cushions that could combat this problem. I was also wondering what the brand could do about the current situation.

Barely months into use, the headphones stopped charging, and I returned them to the store here, who sent this to dubai, but they returned it back mentioning that water had entered the headphones, causing the damage! But if I have specifically bought these headphones, which is supposed to be sweat resistant, then it is a manufacturing defect! I have been refused a new set of headphones because of this reason, despite having a 1 year warranty.. Not expected at all from a reputed company such as beats!

The least I would expect is a replacement of my headphones, or a compete refund...

I contacted your online customer support yesterday evening. My beats 2 stopped charging. This happened in december 2015 & apple gave me a brand new boxed & priced with their one year warranty. Your customer support told me that in uk it is under warranty for two years but when I sent them the receipt they pointed out a date (when I bought the first one) & said it is outside warranty. I tried explaining to them that mine was totally new in december 2015 but they still refused. Appalling response from a supposedly good brand!
