Beam Fiber / Internet Service not available since 5 days even after repetitive calls

I registered a complain to unavailability of internet on 26th of Oct’12 (Ticket number – 6499657), I was promised a resolution within 24 hours’ time. Today it is 30th of Oct’12 and still the issue remains unsolved. Meanwhile I made repetitive reminder calls urging to talk to the supervisor or else get an escalation number. I was provided neither. They said that the supervisor will call in half an hour time yesterday at around 2 p.m. but STILL NO CALL from their side. Moreover, I am asked to make advance payment every month and for the days the internet is not available, no discount is made in the coming month’s bill. Kindly request you to look into the issue and do the needful.
