Your LNV Corporation as well as your other shell companies is all a sham of which you are a vulture funder and a vulture investor of hedge funds on the secondary market (after syndicating) putting yourself in a senior position to STEAL homes---Beal just recently bought a property in Dallas TX which is the largest real estate transaction in history in Dallas County TX. He has purchased a home (right around the corner from his buddy and cohort crook George W. Bush)----who when president said there would be a "bail out" of which he knew Beal would benefit. Beal's 100million dollar home was bought with dirty money---fabrication of documents (false claims entered into governmental offices around the nation as well as courts), fake notarizations, fake documents, robo signed affidavits by DRUNK BRET J. MALONEY, judicial abuse of process and bribery with political favor or $$$$, massive legal abuse of process paying off ### attorneys and utilizing all means to win wrongly displacing the young, the old, the sick, , MONEY LAUNDERING of HEDGE FUNDS, ENTERING COUNTERFEIT NOTES INTO COURTS OF LAW AND THEN SEALING, ALL EQUATING TO GRAND LARCENY, offshore accounts in Dutch territory, selling to yourself VIA YOUR NUMEROUS SHAM COMPANIES, when rate of exchange increases, TAX EVASION, association with defunct Jenkens & Gilchrist and its illegal tax shelters associated with Deutsche (OF WHICH A BOOK COULD BE WRITTEN)---utilizing Dovenmuehle (alias MTG operations) as a conduit, international transactions WITH NO SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION, misappropriation of money equating to hundreds of thousands of dollars, ad nauseum. we are facing the same problem with beal bank and mgc they forged documents with robo signers and fake notorys to foreclose on us the judge didnt even look at all the evidence we had to prove this just sided with beals lawers a sale date has been set even when we have a court date for reconsideration they will not win without a fight from us beal is a cheat and a thief we need to find all people who have been victims of this man and file suit against him and his bank

The above complaint is just one of many that have been filed in courts and with law enforcement. Andy Beal knowingly uses forged mortgage related documents and the LPS service providers connected with the crimes of Loraine Brown. (The U. S. identified co-conspirators in her crimes and he is one.) His attorneys all abuse the judicial system and routinely commit fraud upon the courts. He intimidates his victims and makes extortion threats. He has a factual history of forging signatures on notes homeowners never signed (Sarich case in WA) and goes after non-loans or paid off loans when he knows these are not valid collectible debts (Stommel vs LNV in Utah). We have evidence that indicates that he is laundering money he collects from homeowners overseas to avoid paying taxes and to support illegal gambling. He creates hundreds of shell corporations and uses many to foreclose on properties to make it difficult for the government to discover how many fraudulent foreclosures he is committing. Last week he threatened Oregan grandmother with a lawsuit if she did not remove an image she had created depicting Beal as a "bully". Although numerous reporters and people in authority told her that she was protected by the first amendment freedom of speech, this Oregan grandmother could not risk being the next victim and she cowered to his demands and removed the image that she had created.
