Beach House Assisted Living — payment not received
This company is in turmoil. We provided services to this assisted living facility, and they have not paid their bills. They do not dispute the services with us. The accounts payable department promised several times to send us payment for our services and has not followed through.
The executive director, who was in charge of the facility, has departed since we provided the services. Supposedly, they are going to have a new management company which is their excuse for not paying the bills. This must justify why they are totally unresponsive, do not tell the truth about sending payments and then do not follow through when they promise to send us a check number of the payment.
This is a disservice to the elderly who live there as well as to the honest vendors who provided them with services.
