Be2 taking my money

I sign up for 5 euro and affter they take 100 euro
And now i m getting emails from them to pay another 100 euro for what? I didn't subscribe for that! Its possible to go to court? I cancel my credit card
I hope i get my money back... I try to contact them, no chance...
How its possible to ger rid of them?
I want to be let in peace
This its to most bad internet experience i had...

Be2 unethical behaviour

A dating website which hooks you in with a free membership offer -
Hi

Jsut received a letter of demand for 183 Euros for a supposed premium membership fees i have not signed up for.

I tried to cancel the membership, but no joy and based in the claim below, i can dispute this.

I have not signed any contract and an email address is not a signature, neither is an IP address when wifi is used.

I have been handed of to a collection agency without any prior demand for payment. According to The Consumer Protection Act in South Africa, this is not a legal binding contract.

Please advise as their are quite a few people lodging complaints about this conmpany and the scams they pull

Be2 cancellation of account

I sent an email as directed on the website to [protected]@be2.ie to cancel my account on 7th September...i also cancelled it on the actual website. I have been charged 99.99 euro on the 7th September. I have sent 2 emails to ask for a refund and my membership to be cancelled but have had no response. I am extremely angry and would like this to be resolved immediately.

Originally joined 08.08.2018 clicked for a one week sub 4.99 but they took 19.96, I swallowed that loss. I emailed them and asked them to delete my account which they have done and i can no longer access it but today 06.09.2018 they have removed a further 99.99 today. I have rang my bank and they are putting stop on any further payments to BE2.

There are too many fake profiles with NO pictures and very few in my area

I thought I was paying 4.99 euro in fact you took 19.96 from my bank account

I will cancel my bank card if I have to to prevent further monies being removed I WILL NOT BE HELD RANSOM TO YOUR SERVICE

I have been screwed by your trickery thievery and stealing from my disclosed credit card details where you stole from it you stole $300.00 And you stated as I understood from your disclosing a mere 27.00 $$ but instead you have taken from this credit card $300.00and you refuse to admit it and you refuse to refund my stolen sum
Blumin he'll this is your fault and your living information by stealing more than is what you said
Now a police fraud investigation is being undertaken against your bad conduct and behaviour and lies and I do not want this on anyone who suffers relationships and depression and stress and who gets sucked in by your false future solutions and lies of help troubled individuals so you should do as honourable fair reasonable and without negligence refund her full amount as you full tilt have stolen from her

Be2 unauthorised charges

To whom it may concern,
I subscribed to Be2 for 1 month. After that month I did not renew my subscription, yet R999 was withdrawn from my account without any authorisation. I have also tried deactivating my account without success. This seems to be an ongoing trend with this site and I am not at all amused. I expect this money to be returned immediately, and all trace of my account and details removed. The customer care details on the site are useless, and when I try to cancell my account completely I was supplied a form to complete and then fax - no one faxes anymore, and on top of that the number doesn't work!
I would also appreciate it if someone could get back to me.

Be2 misleading cost information

I signed up tonight about an hour ago on the understanding that the cost was $19.99 for one month subscription but my account has been charged $79.96.

You should have made it clear that this was not Australian currency.

I want to cancel my membership immediately and have the full amount refunded as I have a right to with any cooling off period - especially when the advertising is blatantly misleading.

Be2 unsubscribed but still trying to get payments.

Deleted profile and unsubscribed after 1 month. I am still getting notices for payment and getting told they will follow up with a debt collector. Looks like I know have bad credit which is effecting other things in my life. This is not fair . No one seems to be contactable. I have only just signed in to the sight to see what was happening today. I of course thought it was all shut down but instead it says they have frozen my account until i pay them money owed .Which I dont as I stopped all this months ago.
I do not owe them $307 NZ and I need my credit rating restored.

Threatening solicitors letters

Be2 are now threatening me with court action if I dont pay 50€, when I joined about 5 years ago I paid for one month, as the month was coming to an end I couldn't cancel as I didn't want another month so to cancel I had to write to them giving all my details, address, dob etc , now this is where the problem started they now have my details and are now presuing me fir 50euros as they are saying I didn't cancel on time , using their website u cannot cancel online you have to write to them.

Now I'm saying to this scamming company I will see u in court, as I want my day in court to highlight this scam . Its disgraceful that you are trying to scam vulnerable lonely people this way rather then making it easy to cancel online. Bring it on be2 I'm in contact with hundreds of others. This has to be highlighted.

Tried to cancel my account from website but that was impossible. Contacted the customer service and was asked to send documents to cancel my account. Lured in with free trial, could not cancel the order. Got charged for first month crazy money, no reasoning with customer service, has to cancel my card, they send me even higher bill for second month. Pure scam

I only subscribed for 1 month and yous took $99 of my hard earned money I want my chang back please why are you steeling from me I've read other complaints about be2 how 1 person subscribed for a month and yous stole $200 and something dollars dishonesty will catch up you sooner or later so do the right thing BE2 and things will go well with you oh also you should be able to see everyone's pictures if you've paid a subscription that's what all other dating sites do I've never come across any trouble with dating sites till now yes your the first be2 come on and do the right thing?

Be2 cancellation of subscription

I emailed asking for cancellation of subscription. Be2 is trying to charge me for next three months and are saying that they will not cancel membership until payment of some $300 is made for next three months which I am not interested in using the for! Which means they will try to keep charging $300 every three months. Copy of their last email attached. This website is a SCAM! How can we stop them?

Be2 unauthorised charge on my credit card.

I registered for dating services from 2nd April to 2nd July 2018.
On 11th June 2018 i cancelled my registration and deactivated my profile.
I followed all the instructions given on your website to cancel and deactivate my profile.
All communication ceased therewith.
Why am i being billed on 2nd July 2018 for S$299.70.
You have no right to do this billing.

Be2 unauthorized charges to my account

Good day money was debited off my account on 26.07.2018 without my authorisation by this company, they have no right to violate a person in this manner, I want a refund with immediate effect.

I have opened a case of fraud as well against this company, I need this money of R999.00 returned into my account this is theft you cannot do this without a persons authorisation.

Be2 be2 misleading payment information

I created a profile on Be2 dating site and quickly deleted it and emailed a complaint to them as I realised when it got to payment area the clearly stated price for 6 months would cost £7.99 which of course I thought this was a great offer only to find out as I was making the payment that it was the stated price per week and they attempted to take out just under £200 out of my account.The transaction was unsuccessful as I did not have that amount in my account and it was only after this failed transaction that I looked into it further and realised that it's £7.99 per week for six months and not £7.99 for six months that they advertised I was appalled at this hence this complaint.

Be2 cancellation of membership

Good day hope u will be able to assist me in cancelling my membership in may 2018 I subscribed for a trial period to be 2 dating site and pay the 90something rand u guys were charging - almost immediately thereafter I tried to cancell my membership on the site without success and sended several e-mails to the customer service e-mail. I never agreed to any payments going of my account and see that in june and july b2 took 490 of my account without my permission
Please help me cancell this as I cannot afford and will have to go to police if not sorted - I registered under e-mail [protected]@gmail.com - madeleine schultz - regards

Be2 dating service subscription fee

Be2 tried to deduct money from me after a three month subscription. They say i owe $318.70 for advance on subscription for next 3months plus late fee as they couldnt get money from credit card. Now they are threatening debt collection. Has this happened to anyone else? I havent used the site since first signing up months ago.
I didnt realise subscription was automatically renewed at the start of the next three months. I intend to cancel credit card so they do not withdraw money from it.

I have had an unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account of $299.99 via my debit card by BE2 on 3/7/18.I would like my e mail acknowledged that it has been received and the full amount refunded and returned to me.I have contacted my family lawyer, my bank and also in talks with a local New Zealand consumer programme"Fair Go" so copies of my e mail are also being forwarded to them to take appropriate action on my behalf if i do not get a reply.
