Be2 be2 dating site - online scam

Hi there, my name is Chantelle Swart. I reside in Cape Town, South Africa and on the 03.07.2017 I paid R80 for a 1 month subscription to the Be2 dating site and then cancelled my subscription on the 01.08.2017. I received an email from them to acknowledge that my membership would only be cancelled on the 03.09.2017 however on the 04.08.2017 they deducted R1197 from my credit card. I feel I have been very unfairly treated as this subscription only cost R80 for 1 month yet after cancelling they charge this ridiculous amount. Please can you assist me with getting a refund. I understand the cancellation process takes time and hence my membership would only officially be cancelled the following month and I would have been happy to pay another R80 for the inconvenience but not a R1000. Be2 be2 dating site

I have to cancel my credit card in order to cancel my membership. Wow, this is absolutely horrifying. I cannot believe this from a dating site. Be2 dating site. There is no way to cancel online, but you have to pay online. I'm trying to cancel my dating membership, but it won't allow . Sent message to customer service email, but doesn't exist. Incident August 16, 2017
I'm trying to cancel from Canada
I have paid for 3 months starting August 2, but want to cancel as I find it to be a money scam only.

Be2 're €179.95 transaction

Apparently on the 14/7/17 I signed up for "premium membership" with Be2 saying website today 14/8/17 €179.95 has been taken out of my current account. I have emailed Be2 demanding a refund and have received no answer and when it tried to cancel said subscription on the log in it won't let me.

I want a refund Now I have not used said app and I have no intentions of using it either.

Im was a user of a daing site called be2 yesterday i was charged of a fee of €179 this is an outrage as ive deleted my account under 3 weeks ago & i want that money put backin my account urgently because ive a serious opporation coming up & need every penny i need & if i dont have that money back by wednesday my oporation & treatment wont go ahead..i also would like to say that its a terrible app for information because i should be able to contact your customer service team without using this..i am not the first user to complain about this & i wont be the last either if ye dont sort it out..my account name is ryan cooke from ireland..please i need tgat money 8n my account i beg thanks

Good day, My name is Sanri Wolmarans and I reside in South Africa. I have registered with a dating site called BE2 on R80 per month for 3 months. However today 7 August 2017 an amount of R1197.00 was transacted from my debit card without giving authorisation nor entering into an agreement. This is fraud! I want my money back. Be2 lost $299.70 from my card

Who are you. I have lost $299.70 from my card. I have sent emails to this so called customer service and it states on there page. That email address does not exist. I have sign up and had replys back about things n told would find answers on there page. I want my money back. You stole from me and many others this is theif along with many other chargers. I now can't find action with banks and need new bank cards.

Be2 erroneous deduction of an amount from my credit card

Good day,

My name is Shaafie Allie and I reside in Cape Town, South Africa. I have registered with a dating site called BE2 on a free access. However today 3. August 2017 an amount of R1197.00 was transacted from my credit card without giving authorisation nor entering into an agreement that such transaction may be made.

This is very concerning as I checked by trying to access the site since they deducted monies to no avail.
I immediately deleted my profile and feel that is site is unethical by deducting monies without the authority from myself.

Be2 wrongly advertised price and scammed dating site be2.com

They advertised on facebook to join for r29 (South african rand) per month. After I have registered they deducted almost r600 from my credit card.

I can see this is 'n scam website, it is like they use different pictures for so called subscribed users. More than once I tool screenshots of people with different profiles, different ages and different names with the same picures! This is insane and illegal. Someone needs to shut this scam website down! This is just wrong!

Be2 dating

I have received email from them saying they are getting legal action for none payment, , I was not able to cancel, I just joined for one month and now all the emails are coming in, anyone in Ireland have this problem, so I pay for one month and they take the money, so after few days when I logged on the terms came up, I have paid but could not use site till I agreed with terms, so I see the site is fake, pic are fake, there is nothing to do on this site, I tried to cancel but can't find where to cancel so I deleted the app, now they want 190 euro, , so my question where do I start date, they blocked me on my a cc so stil can't cancel,

Be2 limited payment options

I am writing to complain that I am unsatisfied with the response to the email I had sent, regarding issues with paying as a premium member.they said all the answers to my questions or issues, were on the website.i have become frustrated with trying to sort this out and I am tempted to give up on be2, as I believe that the email was also probly some ridiculous automated email.

Be2 this dating site has taken$246.58 out of my credit card account without my authorisation. this is illegal

I cannot contact this company in any way there are no phone numbers attached to their site.
this is a major problem with dating sites and completely aimed at vulnerable customers. something needs to be done about this
I found this site on my Facebook page and was tricked into joining for free trial and then I notice my credit card was debited.
this is a disgrace. so many other people I have spoken to have had the same experience.

Be2 my premium membership

Hello,

I have paid for this (have receipt) and nothing has been updated. I cannot find a way of getting in touch with the company directly.

Date of incident: 13/07/2017
Cost $169.99 - it looks as though its been charged to my iTunes account. I have since been in touch with Apple support who have refunded my costs. I'm not sure why it was charged to my iTunes account.

Be2 fraud credit card charge

I subscribed to B2 and they charged me without authorization and any notification in advance. I was supposed to use a free trial but one month later they charged anyway!
this is a total fraud and the denounce to the Police Department is going to be made.
does anybody know a telephoe number from this company to contact them by phone? I have tried to contat the client Department by email and an authomatic response appears immediately

Be2 business practice

Out of the blue I received a demand from a bailiff company based in Germany for payment of 260 euros for a subscription to the Be2 dating site. I have absolutely no recollection of this and have tried to obtain proof that I ever had a profile. They claim to have the IP address and my bank account details but nobody will give me any answers. In addition the email address that they say I registered with is not correctly typed so no previous correspondence either by mail or email has ever been received. I can completely relate to the negative experiences of others. They do not want themselves to be contactable...some transparency would make them appear less shady in terms of making phone/email contact visible on the website.

I would urge those out there not to use this company at all!

I join this mob on the 24/04/2017, since then I being trying to get in touch with them, with no luck I join in Australia, on Australian dollars YOU did not mention a rate exchange that is not legal (you have to tell people of the cost before they join second all your email addresses are not valid so I found that out reading the complain of other member they can not get in touch with you to cancel there member ship I want to cancel my member ship and get same of my money back thank,

Be2 stopzetting lidmaatschap

Geachte,

Reeds weken probeer ik mijn lidmaatschap op deze datingsite stop te zetten en blijkbaar is geen enkele poging mij gelukt dit te doen want vandaag kreeg ik op een stand van mijn creditcard de som van € 179.40 afgetrokken voor een nieuw lidmaatschap. Ik vind dit niet kunnen. De informatie die men geeft om je lidmaatschap stop te zetten is absoluut niet duidelijk en blijkbaar dus niet te realiseren via online. Verder ben ik over deze datingsite absoluut niet te spreken daar ik ondanks mijn pogingen geen enkel contact heb kunnen leggen. Er werd nooit op berichten van mijn kant gereageerd. Het geld is wel betaald maar geen enkel resultaat op een half jaar tijd ruikt naar bedrog, sorry
Gelieve zo snel mogelijk deze betaling te annuleren en zo ze reeds gebeurd is het geld terug te storten.
Hopend op een bevredigend antwoord op mijn schrijven

Be2 dating site

I signed up to the dating website be2.co.nz about 2 months ago and paid $40 with my credit card.
But today I found out that I had been charged $239.40.
I have tried to contact the website but only get automated answers back
I tried to fax them to terminate my membership but failed twice. I found 2 different fax numbers on their website.
I am still trying to get through to them but so far without success.

This site is a disgrace and a scam. They make it deliberately difficult to cancel your membership. I cancelled mine, and apparently they never received it. I never received any genuine messages. If you respond to a message, no response from the member who sent it. I believe they are all fake profiles.

A lot of people have the same problem with this Be2 site.
It has to be illegal to take money from people's account!
Is there anyway we..the poor saps that got scammed by this site..in getting our money refunded..especially as we did not want or click any boxes saying we wanted that amount of money taken from us when we had paid 5Euro for the month?

Be2 be2 online dating site

I registed for 6 months on December 30/2017. When I was sent the same profiles with different photos, I realised I was dealing with a fraud. Immediately I contacted Be2 to cancel my membership. 4 months later I am still being charged monthly on my credit card and cannot get anyone to answer my emails which are being sent to [protected]@Be2.com.au

I have deleted my profile but continue receiving contacts and have found they have re-activated it.

The most frustrating experience ever. Now have to cancel my credit card. STAY AWAY - save your money and precious time.
