Be2 billing

I was signed into this site this month for $24 as offered on their website but dam goodness me I was charged for $299.00 and this is so sad and makes me gutted. I am a widow who worked hard for my life and this is what we get from these site.
I want my money to get refunded asap, and also want to close this dam account from this site. I am sooo sad to see how we have been treated as human being.

Hello

have you contacted the company? Email them on customerservices@academicsingles.co.nz and advise them that you want your membership cancelled immediately. If you don't they will debit your card again automatically once your membership expires. Once you have emailed them, make a copy and ring your credit card company. tell them you want to dispute a charge on your credit card and they will tell you how to do it. You will need to send them the copy of the email you have sent to Academic Singles that you have disputed the charge with them...You will need to cancel your credit card.

Please contact Academic Singles to cancel your membership. They ignored my cancellation email and tried to charge my card the second time and started sending me threatening emails but if I hadn't cancelled my card, they'd be charging me $269.70 every 3 months. Good Luck!

Be2 not able to delete my account

I am a premium member and want to cancel the membership and delete the account but am unable as your site won't allow me to do so. I hope you can resolve this for me as soon as possible as I will be seeking advice on this problem if you fail to do so. I have tried to delete my account on a number of occasions without success as the site directs me to cancel my membership first and then delete my account but it refuses to cancel my membership at all. It is possible the worst site or app I have ever seen with no costumer service options available on the app and what help tips are available on it aren't much good as you cannot do any of these functions on the site anyway. I do hope this can be resolved asap

you need to log into the website. Click on the profile icon in the banner.on the next screen select 'settings'... scroll right down to the bottom of the screen and you will find 'delete profile"...

You MUST cancel your membership though. If you don't, they will keep charging your credit card even if you've deleted your profile.

customerservice@academicsingles.co.nz they ignored the email that i sent to this email address but at least I have sent cancellation. You might want to copy collections@be2.com as they will start threatening you for payment. Write to be2 then go to your credit card company or bank and dispute the charge as this is a scam website. good luck!

Be2 unauthorised withdrawal from my account and trial membership that can't be cancelled

I signed up for a month's trial membership with be2. After a week or so I realised i didnt like the site and wanted to cancel it but couldn't work out how to, there was no option to cancel anywhere on the site. Yesterday almost €200 was withdrawn from my account without authorization. I'm furious about this as I am a single mother with three children, it's 2 weeks before Christmas and I had €400 in my account to last until end December. They have robbed me of €200 and I need it back

Be2 billing

I signed up this morning for only 6 months at 9.99 per month and was charged for TWO YEARS!
I demand a refund and want to cancel my subscription completely. I have filed a complaint with PayPal.
I'm a chronic illness patient who may need to enter hospital at any time. Be2 took an unauthorized amount of money, money I use for the insurance excess I must always have at the ready.
I NEED A REFUND OF MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

Be2 payments and threats and misleading users

I signed up with an introductory price of R150 and ended up paying more than R2400. The site is misleading as it provides you with matches that is not even close to what your preferences are. Photos of woman that does not fit the profile is used and in some cases the same photo used with various profiles.

The bank details was apparantly incorrect and to date, after various requests to supply the details they have on record, has not provided the information. The acount was locked and you are not able to verify the details.

The lawyers firm that the case was handed over was also making ‘threats' of if no payments are made courts cases etc will follow.

From a customer service perspective I rate them a 0 (zero). No attempt to keep a customer but rather chase them away.

Be2 refund my money/scam

I signed up to be a premium member with be2, as it said 1 month was 24.99NZD. You took $99.96NZD from my account which I didn't authorise and I want my money back and my profile cancelled/deleted. I'm having trouble finding an email for customer service to have this resolved and I have other bills to pay.
This is just a scam. Give me my money back.

Be2 I wish to cancel my registration

I have recently joined Be2 and I wish to cancel my registration. I am a single mother and when I signed up it said it was $12. I have now been charged 299.96. I am most upset and I have bills to pay and need to put food on the table! I wish to cancel this immediately and am within the period of time that I can do this on your terms and conditions. My name is Fleur Harpur from Nelson, New Zealand.

Be2 requested unsubscription not acted on

I requested in writing as per instructions for unsubscription to this website after realising the payment was not a one off payment but a 6 monthly payment. This was in April 2017.

I have now been charged a further payment of $299.40AUD in October 2017.

After complaining about this I was told I did not do as requested, however I believe I did.

I request my account be stopped including all further payments and my account be deleted.

I also request refund of $299.40AUD.

I suspect that my husband still married / not separate might me a member on your site.

He told me that he cannot cancel the account, is already chatting with a lady from Randburg Johannesburg area.
This will only mean he is putting her in the middle of a marriage.

Ive registered as a premium member, can't really unsubscribe, no response from customer service I've send mails and fax, they just got 179.94e from my account. That's an unauthorised transaction and i want my refund. I'm not even using the service anymore. I've notfied them that I am about to delete the app and my account, but I can't really delete the premium membership.

Stefan. You are not the only one. I have also had the exact same amount of money taken from my account by this scam website. You may not get your money back, but phone your bank and ask them to block be2.com from taking anymore money from your bank card. The bank will definitely be able to stop them taking more money from your account.

Be2 scam

A few days ago I received a 'match' for a HELEN. Last night I received two matches for a MEL and a MANDY.
The details, including ages, our profiles, eye colours, occupations, race and religion are all different but the picture is showing the SAME lady.
How can this happen, hence my question, is this a scam? This is not an isolated case, but I just deleted earlier 'double ups'.
My search parameters clearly show 60-78, looking for a female from the Northland area, not Auckland, the rest of NZ or even Australia.
How/why is this happening? See pics below.

be2 s.à.r.l. misleads the customer by showing a price and charging 20 times that amount against the customer's bank card; there are fake profiles in their web and their customer care service is not answering properly any of the questions and claims the user files. be2 s.à.r.l. even boasts that they are not refunding the money, clearly going against EU regulations. VIQ: SUE & DENOUNCE THIS SCAM

Be2 it's not free

Who in the world would be crazy enough to pay for talking to people? They could have made up different options if they wanted to limit something. Maybe I would pay for an opportunity to send more messages. For instance. That would be more profitable. Plus there are tons of similar sites that are free. Why would someone pay more? It doesn't make sense.

Be2 dating site

Took a one month membership since I only wanted to try it out and then cancel. However, there is no way to cancel the membership on the site. Here is the message:

Status of your membership:
Premium member, 1 month membership
You bought your membership on .../2017. Only as a Premium Member can you benefit from our full service offer and get full support with finding a partner. You can not access your subscription settings yet. This function will be available when we have finished processing your payment. This can take up to a few days.

I have never been able to access these settings to cancel. I have now been billed a huge amount of money and I am told I was supposed to make a special request by email to cancel the membership. There is no easy way to find the email address in any case to do this. I had to search the internet to find the address:

"...sent us a signed cancellation request, please send it again and we will update your account..."

There is no consumer protection with this company and no way to cancel a membership. A scam. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.

Be2 customer service, lack of response

I have sent several emails asking for the precious steps for cancelling the premium membership, but they have failed to furnish me with the details I need cancel the membership.
I want to delete the profile, but I need to cancel the membership before I can delete this.

Please either cancel my membership or send me the fax number or email I need to contact to cancel the membership

If I do not hear back I will be getting in contact with customer care regarding your service ..

Be2 an unauthorised amount taken out of my account

Hi there

A received an email from be2 Dating Site saying they had an offer on for £3.95 a month for 12 months which totals £47.40. I checked my bank and they have taken out £179.88. I have googled this company and it says they are based in Germany and its a scam. A lot of people said they never received their money back even though it says you have 14 days for a refund. I first signed up to said site for 5 Euro. After a month I e-mailed Be2 to inform them I wanted to delete my account.
Got e-mail stating account could not be deleted. A week later 179 Euro was taken from my account. After endless e-mails from me asking for my money back..I got no response and my account was still active online. Yesterday I tried to open my online account with Be2 and was informed that i needed to pay 1 Euro for a week to access my account! What do i do to get a full refund?

Looks like ive been scammed like everyone else. Is says I have premium membership and cannot delete my account until I delete the membership. Problem is there is no way to delete it. Only a faulty link available on their site to deleting your profile.

Can I be advised what it is going to look like when they start taking my money out of my account? I will have them blocked. Thanks
