BCBG Maxazria Group Exchange/return

Hello,

I’m a loyal BCBG CUSTOMER for 9 years. I even worked for them for 4 years.

Recent I placed multiple orders and I had issues with 2 of them. For one order, Madison from customer support helped to exchange an item for a different size. For another order, I have a sizing issue and I tried to exchange that as well. Madison from BCBG said that she can’t help, that it’s finale sale (even tho the item it’s not anymore as finale sale). I’m stuck with an expensive item, it is very, very oversized. I asked to speak with a manager, I called multiple times - no answer. I need help to be able to return the item or exchange with a different size. As a valuable customer, I’m sure they can do an exception. Madison got an attitude at the end which I didn’t appreciate it. I’m trying to meet them half way but, their response is NO to all of my suggestions. Need this resolved. Thank you!

BCBG Maxazria Group Dress and purse in bad conditions

I ordered the Fallyn Flame Sequined Overlay Dress online and when I received it it looked worn or something, the skirt it's torn. also I ordered the Karena Beaded Satin Clutch and half of the black beads are not even on or in the plastic bag so I can go somewhere to fix it, i'm very disappointed because I often buy from these store.

BCBG Maxazria Group No Refunds or Replacements For Manufacturing Defectds

I purchased a dress from BCBG Max Azria's online store. The dress had care instructions sewn into the lining stating that the dress was to be machine washed, tumble dried and ironed. When I cold washed the dress it shrunk dramatically. I spoke with Customer Services and emailed them and I was informed by the CS Manager that the dress had had the wrong care instructions stitched in, but she would not exchange it because it stated on the website that it was dry clean only. Obviously I do not check websites when doing laundry, I use the care instructions on the clothing. They passed the issue to Operations who instructed Customer Service that they were not to give a replacement or take any further action and that they were not allowed to tell me why. I believe this may be because it was more than one dress that has this fault and they are concerned about having to replace or refund a large number of dresses. I am currently researching consumer regulations and laws to see if I have any legal recourse to resolve the issue.

BCBG Maxazria Group BCBG Max Azria Won't Exchange Full Price 1K Dress

Purchased full price gown to the tune of $998.00 in NYC at full price. I live in Colorado, where there is no Max Azria store.

Sent the gown back to the online division because I had no way of exchanging the item. Keep in mind this item was still listed on the web site for full price, 998.00.

Received a letter stating they would not exchange the item because it was not purchased online.

Called customer service and they gave me the runaround for 40 minuties; pretending to be waiting for a supervisor.

Moral of the story: Do not buy from this company, they are scam artists that provide zero customer service and refuse to exchange full price items. I'm waiting for items to show up on eBay for 25 cents on the dollar because I don't have any money left to buy their clothes.

The worst customer service everrrr. Rude..Unprofessional...Disrespectful..Uneducated customer service skill ..Stupid Ghetto.. Not only one representative but the whole team...That's all I can describe them. If they don't change that attitude, who the hell gonna support their business. First is only online store.. future .. go to hell

I was given a purse of theirs as a gift. The material is substandard. The black color on the suede rubbed off on my clothes, damaging 2 pair of pants. The purse was only used for 3 months and cost $258.
I emailed CS first, with no reply. Then I called the store where it was purchased and I was told their return policy required a receipt. I said it was defective... totally different situation than a "return". They said I had to call their headquarters.
I called their headquarters and got the run around again. There must be some place to report them. This is criminal.
If anyone knows how to report them, let me know.

I have ordered two different dresses on BCB Generation, got the Order confirmation and paid the invoice by PayPal. They sent to me (through BorderFree agency) only one dress pretending that the other dress is not in the inventory anymore, and tried to charge my credit card for the half of the sum, which was declined by PayPal. A few days later the second dress appeared on their web-site again, but this time with no 40% price reduction (as it was at a moment I ordered it). I asked them to fulfill their obligation and send me the second dress at no extra charge, they refused explaining that they didn’t charge my credit card, but just preauthorized. I will certainly never buy anything from them anymore! And that’s not all. Since the PayPal refused to accept their request for partial fulfillment of the contract and charge my credit card for unknown invoice (half of the sum), they sent me a warning message that they have difficulties to charge my credit card and I won’t be able to order anything else from them and BorderFree in a future! I assume this is a form of fraud, so somebody have to sue them and prevent other fraudulent actions of BCB Generation and BorderFree agency.

I advise you all to dispute the charge through your credit card issuer. They should be willing to open a dispute for you all. I too have made an order at BCBG.com which I am not happy with the quality of the dress I received. I offered to pay restocking fee or store credit with their customer service but they declined. I called AMEX and they are great to open up a dispute for me asking me to ship back the good ASAP. It is ridiculous that as prestigious they are, they do not even offer store credit. This is BAD customer service from BCBG.COM.
