BBA Service

My elderly mother is on medicare & Medicaid and has United Health Care. She went to Blome Family Dentistry - Lincoln, NE due to issues with loose teeth and her partial bridge. It was decided she needed dentures on top and replace some teeth on partial bridge. The dentist called me directly in August because the extractions were not fully covered and said if she allowed Blome to remove the teeth her out of pocket would be $500. I said we'd come up with the money and they could schedule the appointment. The appointment was not scheduled until beginning of October 6th. I spoke with Samantha in the office and who ever the other billing person is and they explained I'd need $300 down for her appointment on 10/6 and we'd setup payments for the remaining $200. On 10/6 we showed up paid the $300. Office manager explained to the gal that took the money that they didn't need to see my mother's insurance she's all set. Appointment went well. and she was scheduled for impressions on 10/20. They called to make sure I was making another payment before that date. I made the $100 payment and setup the last payment to come out on 11/1. Today I received a call from Samantha stating that we owe another $400 because her insurance ended on 8/31/2023. Even though I spoke with them 3 times about this out of pocket of $500. If they only would have verified her insurance the day of her appointment of close to it they woudl have known this if its even true. Per my discussion with them originally she could go somewhere else to have the extractions covered. Which we would have done if they said it was $900 to extract. This is horrible customer service and not performing proper due diligence to ensure coverage before proving out of pocket cost to the family. Now of course they don't want to even continue without this additional monies.

Desired outcome: To follow through on the out of pocket cost they provided. They never said this could change.

BBA volvo manhattan scam

I am extremely frustrated with the negligent service of The Manhattan Volvo. I have leased 2019 Volvo XCM-90 on 6/29/19 and on my way back home the car stopped every time I stop in a traffic light, I have to restart the car again. The car returned Volvo Manhattan to check on the same day and Volvo Manhattan said there is no problem with the car, just give the car some times to update the programs.
During the weekend, the Engine alarm signal became permanent, side and front sensors did not work. I returned the car to check on 7/1. Volvo Manhattan rent a car for one week to me from 7/1 to 7/8. Now I have no car, I have to pay for the zero car lease. The workshop supervision informed that they changed the Gearbox/Transmissions.
Volvo Manhattan refused to replace with another zero cars or terminate my lease.
Now, I can not go to work or live a normal life.

I am still waiting for the US. Volvo action with the malfunctioned car.

BBA No receipt of ATM pin

It pains me to write that I am extremely frustrated with the negligent service of The AXIS Bank Ltd GK1 New Delhi. I have opened a bank account in your branch GK 1 New Delhi on 22nd April 2008 ( having number [protected]. Despite a dozens of phone calls, emails written letters and personal visits to your branch I have not yet received the PIN for my ATM.

I have received the so called 'welcome Kit" after running piller to post (which was delivered to my other address as per the convenience of courier person.) Due to non receipt of PIN my ATM card is useless and I am not able to make any transaction.
