Baymont Inn & Suites customer service

I wanted to inform you of my experience at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Charlotte NC. July 26, 27and 28th I paid for my stay with my debit card and each time it was deducted from my acct, which I have proof of that. Two out of the 3 times i spoke with the manager to make payments.But on July 30th there was 2 debited transactions one in the amount of $62.24 and $124.48 which made my acct in the negative. I was told my card would be refunded and charges would be place on my boyfriend's card. I asked why and showed her proof of paymts that was debited from his card on that day. At that time she said she couldn't deal with it at the moment and told me to have him come by to see her when he get off from work. He called to find out what was going on and there was some confliction between him and the manager. She was unprofessional and when he told her he never disrespected her, that she was not going to talk to him any kind of way and that he was going to get corporate involved she changed her attitude. I just simply want to correct the issue without the terrible customer service. It didnt have to go the way it did. I would truly appreciate this matter resolved as soon as possible.

Baymont Inn & Suites refund

Hi we stayed at the Baymont inn Los Angeles on the 18 July 2018 and they took two payments when we only stayed for one night in one room I have requested a refund twice and emailed the manager a MR quereshi and still no reply the receptionist advised I would receive the refund within 4 days on the 18 th and I still have not received it - he had made a mistake in booking two rooms and cancelled the other room and said he will send refund but has not. We checked in after 9pm. The room was not to a standard there was a leakage and the owner was not available to speak to I have emailed twice and on tripadvisor hoping for a response I would like my money back that you should not have taken in the first place

Baymont Inn & Suites the front desk lady that works 2nd shift

I have been staying here for over a month now because my house caught on fire. About 3 weeks into my stay the older lady with glasses that works second shift front desk got very rude with me and started talking down to me. I was using coupons which has no date you can or cannot use and she stopped that. Then today the housekeeper that I have had since I been here informed me that she told all the housekeepers to not give me anything or take care of my room. I am very respectful, pay for my room on time and never have any issues. I feel like I should get the same treatment that ever guest receives at this hotel. My room is clean and everything and it just makes me very upset that I use my hard earned money to be treated unfairly at this establishment. She talked down to me and had me in tears the day that all of this started. She had me crying for about an hour. I have never been treated like this and do not deserve this kind of treatment. But I have no where else to go right now.

Baymont Inn & Suites check inn

I went to check in and was openly discriminated against based on my skin color then was told I had to pay an extra 100$ because I booked the room online even though they got my money. They at this point refused to return my money as I was no longer going to stay at this motel. Fortunately expedia handled the problem and got our money back and put us up in another motel

Baymont Inn & Suites room

We checked in on 7/19 the toilet was gross and plugged they sent some one to clean the only reason I rented that room was because they had hot tub went to use had no water no one could help us we went to go down to front desk the elevator stuck for 5 min with us in side I complain at least 3 times and did not even receive discount on room I think I should have gotten a better deal then ok sorry our service sucks have a good day

Baymont Inn & Suites dirty room; no elevator; inadequate beds

Stayed 7/21-22, 2018. Arrived 9:30 pm and clerk was seated behind desk at his computer and never stood to welcome us. Was extremely slow. Asked for two beds and when we arrived in room found only one bed and a sleeper sofa which was extremely uncomfortable. He gave us inadequate directions on how to get to room which was on the second floor (NO elevator) and we are disabled making our climb upstairs very difficult. When we asked him for a change, he would not comply. The room was dirty, poor lighting and had a bad smell. I would not stay here or at any Belmont Inn ever again.

Baymont Inn & Suites billing

I stayed at Jackson/Ridgeland, Mississippi Baymont Inn & Suites through a travel package which was paid in full before I ever arrived at the motel. When I checked in the front desk required a credit card be on file. When I checked out, I confirmed that all was paid in full prior to my arrival and that nothing would be charged to my card. They confirmed the room was paid in full in advance.
When I got home, the day after my check out, my card was charged for the full amount of my stay. I called and confirmed that the room was paid prior to my arrival with another credit card. They apologized and promised a refund in 7-10 days. This went on until finally on June 6 I went to my bank. On June 14 the money was returned to me. However, on July 17 Baymont in Ridgeland, MS took out the money from my account for the room again. I am again in a battle to reclaim my funds.
Worse nightmare ever. They do not call me back.

Baymont Inn & Suites horrible service

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody! Before we even arrived to the hotel they tried to charge our credit card $593 which our stay was only $546 and when we brung it to their attention they only said "my bad, it was a misunderstanding" plus we left 2 days early and they refused to pay us our pro rated of 177$ Which the lady said we'll receive it in 5 days but when we called the supervisor says their keeping it because of a tub that was ALREADY stained and for a towel I used to pick up a spill. Never heard of a hotel who charge for dirty towels, aren't towels suppose to get dirty. Plus the pool was always filthy and they never changed the water! The housekeepers couldn't speak English and barley cleaned the rooms! They need to be shut down or give better service and stop scamming people.

Baymont Inn & Suites false advertising of room, and cleanliness

I would like to speak with someone from corporate about a complaint I submitted over a week ago. Case # 4048694. I am not happy with how this has been handled. The room was completely unacceptable . Not only was it advertised to sleep 5 and didn't, but between the stained bedding, mold in the shower, blood on the bathroom floor, and stuff stuck to the shower walls the condition of the overall room was terrible. The manager contacted me via email and said she would give me 10% back pre taxes and a discount on another stay. Seriously!? I have pictures of the room conditions that I have attached. Please contact me so we can get this resolved. Thank you so much for your time.

Baymont Inn & Suites rooms

I checked in on 7/6/18, my first room 325 had urine right in front of the toilet! We were then moved to the 4th floor room 425, left for the evening and returned to our room having 2 water leakes due to the rain, which got all over my belongings. Went to complain at the frontdesk, and the lady says out of her mouth we have leakes on the 4th floor, and they are working on it, so why would you rent these rooms out! I want my money back !$149.00!

Baymont Inn & Suites unethical behavior; unauthorized credit card charges

I am Rowana Whitford and had a horrible experience at this establishment. On 6/18/18 I along with my disabled sister rented a room in Kalamazoo, MI. I checked into the establishment at 5:00 pm and was assigned to room 220. Approximately 45 minutes later, the a male attendant, by the name of Ruemonte H. was banging on the door and stating he was coming into the room, I responded "No you're not". My disabled sister was partially dressed with no shirt on, her breast was showing, due to being int the process of changing her clothes. The Ruemonte H. stated he aggressively stated he was coming into the room or I was not going to be allowed to stay. My sister was recording this incident on her phone, due to his poor behavior and to prevent him from telling a story that was not true. Ruemonte H. was attempting to intimidate me, he was acting out as a bully and I felt threatened. Per Ruemonte H. stated there was a complaint from another customer about loud noises coming from the room I was in. I am a Federal employee and always respectful and professional. During the verbal altercation, I informed this attendant I had to use the restroom, he refused to leave so I proceed to walk past him and close the bathroom door. The was still open while other residents watched. Ruemonte H. this stated "Because you'e making all of this noise, I will have to get the resident a free room, you're costing me money". Ruemonte H. then stated he was going to call the police and have me removed from the property. I told him to refund my money and I would leave, he refused and stated "I'm not giving you anything back". After Ruemonte H. left, another employee walked past and she apologized. I finally left the property angry.

I was treated unfairly, disrespected, embarressed and humiliated. Being a paying customer, I have NEVER received this type of poor customer services. On 7/2/18, I contacted a corporate number, the representative stated, I have been placed on a "Do Not Rent List". According to the representative stated the attendant stated there were several complaints about noise from my room, he along with another employee came into the room and witnessed this incident. I was told that in order to get a refund from a room, I was only in for 45 minutes. I needed to take this up with the hotel in Kalamazoo. The story the attendant stated was fabricated. The treatment I received is being minimized and if I am liar, which I am not. I have stayed at various Baymont Hotels without any incidents, until recently. My voice is not being heard. Per the call with customer service rep. she wouldn't hear my side of the story. According to the customer service rep. Ruemonte H. stated he was with another employee when he came into the room. That a a lie, the employee came after he left. I still have the video if you need to view it, showing Ruemonte H. poor behavior and that he was alone in a room with two women, one partially naked.
The Baymont establishment located in Kalamazoo has shown poor customer services. Prior to Ruemonte H. barging into the room, he never called stated there was any concerns. He never offered additional options to move to another room.

I would like my name to be removed from the do not rent list and my money refunded. The staff should be trained on addressing customers in a respective manner as well as cultural diversity training. It is unacceptable to barge into a room while my sister was partially naked. In this day and age of the "Me too" movement, Ruemonte H. was wrong to enter into the room, seeing my sister partially naked and making her uncomfortable. It was also inappropriate for him to remain in the room, after I stated I had to use the rest room.

It would be kindly appreciated if someone would contact me back.

Baymont Inn & Suites charge

My family and softball team stayed st the Topeka ks location June 8th and 9th. My son had an accident with his colostomy and got a little stool on the sheet and comforter. I contacted management and let them know. Nothing was said at the time. I get a charge of $42 for what they said was blood. It was a little pop and I want a refund. This is ridiculous and I along with the team will never stay at another facility. This was for a wheelchair softball tournament meaning that my son has a disability. I will take this up with a higher authority if need to be.

Baymont Inn & Suites customers services/ room hazards/ cleaning & staff

I've been here for two weeks they have made us move rooms 3 times... Getting into the bed I was almost stabbed with a used insulin pin.. Bed bugs... Broke lamps or just no light bulb in lamp them.. Refrigerator duct taped as a fix. Tv remote has clear tape holding batteries in battery acid leaking out... Bathtubs dirty... Door lock broken.. Air conditioner vent looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years.. Wall basbored detached from walls. Mold in coffee pot.. Electrical cords not covered or just hanging from wall.. I have took pictures.. I ask baymont inn & suites do you care for you customer's.. Your customer's satisfaction and health should be everything this is you business..

Baymont Inn & Suites owners, cleanliness of rooms, horrible experience

Reserved rm #112 Jacuzzi rm., was given key, and it was occupied by another guest, owner failed to put block on rm. I was moved 3 Dr down #116, walked in and immediately was horrified by the state of rm! Left rm for 30min to check pool out, went back to rm was unable to get either key to work, front desk clerk after multiple attempts finally got it opened. Asked to speak to management, and never heard from anyone, front desk clerk returns to ask if I'd like to move again to rm.120 I did for the 3rd x in 45 min! Rm. Wasn't much better! Next morning I spoke to owner at check out, and all I received was an I'm sorry! Really? The furniture was urine stained, bathtubs were dirty lamps broken, shades stained, remotes had no back, table had some type of substance on it, holes in ceiling, furniture was torn, cig holes in bedspread, screws openly showing in walls, paint missing from walls, lights dirty, bathroom ceiling looked like it could fall thru anytime, dr. To our rm looked like it had been kicked in! And no one wanted to help, or offered any compensation! Never again, we have never had such a horrible experience!

Baymont Inn & Suites unhealthy environment & unethical behavior

June 16, 2018, Conf # 81707EC005929.
Extremely noisy, AC did not work, MOLD and hair ball in shower from previous guest.
Told hotel staff but they would not credit my room. Rude staff. Said I should have known about the mold the night before. What I should have done was stay at the Marriott or Hilton. I will next time!
Asked assistant manager for credit, she (Shieka) said no. The manager (Phillip Patel) would not speak with me.
Is this Baymont's policy to put their guests health in danger and treat women like they do in India - 2nd class citizens?
I want a full credit please. My cell is 770.329.6904.

Baymont Inn & Suites I am complaining about the service and upkeep of the hotel

I made a reservation for the Baymont wyndham hotel in Smyrna, ga. When I first got there I was skeptical, for it to be 100 a night, but I decided to give them a chance, that was a bad decision.The whole hotel was extremely hot, they even had The windows up in the halls. The first room I was put in had dried blood stains on the sheets and also wing sauce all on the side of the sheet and mattress, I called and asked if we could switch rooms I was first told that he could bring me a clean sheet, ?. Then as I explained he said he would be up to see. He did and then switch me to another room looking and sounding aggregated . The second room he asked us to check it out, it had koolaid stains it seemed on the sheets and pillow cases, a fake eyelash by the sink, I told him this wasn't clean either. My daughter said mommy we can't sleep in here if the room is like this no telling what other germs it may have. He then let out a loud sigh and said sometimes we wash the sheets and they dont come clean, bit itd clean and then walked out and shut the door. I told my kids to gather their belongings, which was their phone cause we still had not unpack the car. I explain to the gentlemen that we would not be staying there and left. I called booking.com and they attempted to call the hotel and straighten things out, however he was not friendly with her, she then stated for me to get another hotel, I did 3:00 am which was across the street, as I was doing this I learned they had put two pre authorization holds on my account one for the whole weekend and another no one could explain, which caused problems in getting a hotel elsewhere, . My bank told me to go back to him to inquire about the charges, when I got there he was even more rude not only to me but also my bank who he told something was wrong with her system, i was in tears at this point, he didnt care at all. Thank God for the hotel we end up staying in and booking .com who assisted me in getting a room . I travel alotz this was the first and worst experience ever. I only sent some photos which still doesn't give the full detail of the nastiness and the first room I couldn't go back for pictures since he told us to come out

Baymont Inn & Suites customer service complaint

Again I'm submitting my concerns about the lack of authority and conviction from management here at Baymont Inn & Suites (Reno Nv). About two weeks ago I took my concerns of the possibility a staff member entered my room and left a plastic bottle with urine in it. I say staff member because they all have keys to the rooms. Management said the lock log of my room would be checked to see who entered my room that day. I have not heard one word since two weeks ago when I complained. Every time I return from going somewhere I feel the need to look around my room to search for anything out of the ordinary, like another bottle of urine. Someone violated my dignity and somewhat caused some fear for my safety and the property i own.

Baymont Inn & Suites staff and room

Family reunion arrived Memorial Day weekend. Staff seemed irritated. Front desk staff snapped at my family. I wasnt expecting the white staff to be nicer than the black staff but that is what we got. Not sure black lady was happy with her job. We were not happy with her job. Saturday night I see a black lady with a wire hanger looking like she was breaking in a room. Very scary! This is not what we signed up for. This is not what I expected. I have stayed at this hotel in 2013 and we had 5 rooms. Everything was fk w that visit. We will not be back. Thank you.

Florence South Carolina chain was the worst hotel of the chains. If I didn’t have to work, I would spend my days boycotting this site.

Baymont Inn & Suites credit card charge

I booked 2 rooms at the Norcross, Ga. Baymont inn and suites through Expedia and the rooms were paid for through Expedia upon check in. When I checked out the next morning I was told I couldn't get a receipt because I went through a third party Later in the day after I checked out my credit card was charged $72.37. I phoned the hotel 3 days later and they said there was a mistake and they would reverse the charges. 3 days later and it hasn't been done. Honest mistake or shady employees! Not happy!

Baymont Inn & Suites low pay, poor management, rude employees

Hello! I am a current employee at baymont in manning, sc. I have been here less than five months and already experienced enough problems to be concerned.
1. We get 10 cents raise every two years and workers who have been there for almost ten years earn less than $12 an hour.
2. Assistant manager has to buy few office supplies from her own pocket. There have been few times when she was put to work 1st shift (7 am-3pm) and called at the last minute and said she will be late (she was by two hours and it wasn't the first time). Not only that, but she always calls in the last moment and asks for someone else to cover her shift, because she has constant family problems.
3. I get at least one complaint every three days about dirty sheets, plumbing and general maintenance problems along with rude employees. One time I had to fix the toilet and clean up, because it was 2 am and there was no one but me, and it was a full house.
4. Some housekeepers don't show up when they are scheduled. One of them called the manager 'stupid' and they got into a huge argument. She still works there. There have been more than enough times when housekeepers stole personal items out of the rooms. They know that manager would never fire them, so they know that they can get away with it. Tv remotes are absent from the rooms.
5. Manager sets up his own schedule and if he has last moment plans, he calls the night shift and asks to come in. Goes on vacations every month, so four of us have to pull doubles sometimes, instead of him hiring another worker. If we have problems or questions about work, he directs us to assistant manager, because he 'doesn't know all the answers'. There were at least three times when I had to stay extra thirty minutes to an hour until head of housekeepers will get to work. Manager at that time told me to stay at the front while he drinks his coffee, even tough it was is shift and mine was over...
6. One of the receptionists has been getting complaints every year for being rude, ignorant and racist. When I worked with her on a busy saturday night, she was extremely rude and sat at the desk, listening loudly to music and texting. Morning after I told about the incident to my boss and he talked to her about it and how it was me who complained. Since then every time her and I switch shifts it gets awkward. Other employees told me that few people who tried to apply for my job had to quit because of this rude worker. And since one of our work responsibilities is cleaning, she never does it, because she is best friends with manager's wife who once told me and other housekeepers that the wife 'doesn't know [censored]'. I was nervous to tell my manager that.
7. My manager never fires anybody. One of customers made a complaint in front of me and my manager about the rude coworker (#6.) and he didn't fire her.

Please, this motel needs an inspector to come and see how bad things really are, or other manager, who knows what he is doing and who is there at all times, not just in the mornings.
