Incompetent product container
Bayer home pest plus germ killer with sprayer is incompetent|. used the product once then the sprayer did not work, cannot get the big killer out of the sprayer|. I will have to come up with another method of spraying the product on my own which is very inconvenient:. I should not have to do this, the product should work correctly'. this is just another piece of plastic crap!. why companies are willing to add this stuff to their product if beyond me, . I have every intention on complaining about every product I buy that is incomplete and defective:.

Missing refund
I bought this product based on its money back guarantee. When it didn't work for me, I sent the proof of purchase inormation with my request for a refund to Bayer Advanced in early June. Three months and three phone calls later, I'm told that the refund is still "in process" and that no further deatils can be given on its status. This is unacceptable.

I have purchased numerous Bayer Advance Home Pest Control 1 gallon canisters. At least 40% of the sprayers don't work or break after several uses. I've contacted Bayer, but they are incompetent. It's been four months since a requested a replacement, and nothing but received but excuses.
