I ordered a new charger for my HP laptop

computer. When received, it was the wrong one. I requested a RMA number to return it which I did on 11-18-10. As of 12-09-10, I have heard nothing back from this company.

    The same thing happen to me. I called them 5/04/12 and they said they would email instructions and a RMA numbers within 24 hours. I have yet to hear from them. I also sent them an email which they said would speed things up and still haven't heard from them. When I talked to them on the phone they said they had the correct battery but didn't know what it was selling for. No satisfaction from them and getting the run around. Now I am out the cost of the battery and have no use for it.
