Laptop battery was sent to Batteryrefill.com two months ago. Trying to follow up with status by calling and e-mailing has been futile.

I ordered and sent in my old battery to Battery Refil.com August 12. It is now Nov 7 and still no battery! I have spent 5 or 6 hours waiting on the phone for them to pick up! I did talk to a rep 4 times and each time he gave excuses about shiments and calibration. They also said my order would be shipped with " Urgent priority" 4 times. They never have ever responded to my emails! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
