Do not order from this website! They are real scammers! I have made an order and purchased something from BatteryClerk website. After I paid I received a tracking number and all the necessary confirmations. When I wanted to track my order I found out that the number they gave me was invalid! Then I contacted USPS and they said that they did not get anything from BatteryClerk.
I've tried to contact BatteryClerk but everything was useless, they did not reply. I already gave up and ordered from another site. And what a surprise, yesterday I finally received my order, like only three months passed. Terrible! Will not order from them again!
Ordered a battery for my son's scooter they said it would take two days . Week later still haven't sen it they blame fed x for loosing it . Said they said they send a new one out. And what the [censored] I'm still waiting DONT ORDER FRON THIS SITE...
I had the same experience. Website says they ship same day if ordered by 2pm. It's been 10 days on my order and when I inquired was told they don't have any batteries in inventory, they order them after you place your order, and their supplier had not even shipped to them. Do not be conned by the so called 1695 customer reviews on their website, all very favorable- if you read them they are written in broken English, probably by the same guy. Independent websites like jabber and this one contain all negative comments, and BBB says they have multiple consumer complaints they wont even answer. I'm going back through my credit card co. to try and get refund and will call NJ Consumer Protection when they open up [protected]).
BatteryClerk also operates on Amazon under the name of BuyClerk. On the Canadian site there is no mention that the prices shown are in US dollars, yet it is indicated shipping is free when over $125 CDN dollars. Even during on line processing of purchasing there is no indication you are buying in US dollars. You only find out when your credit card shows it. The product is shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Phone calls are answered apologies are made, promises that the Canadian site will be changed, but that's all been #### to date.
These bad batteries are shipped from Ottawa Ontario. Thought Battery Clerk ships form more than one place in Canada and is one company Please explain?
