I ordered and paid for with my debit card for an item off ebay from this company. It said it would be delivered in one week, only coming from NY. I didnt recieve it, they said they would send out another one.. in the meantime they told me to wait more days. The tracking number given was not even legit. I called DHL trucking they had no record of it. I read on the internet I haven't been the only one to have trouble with this company.. I am now waiting to hear back from them.

This user is selling knock off chargers imported from china. They are the WORST SELLER on eBay, I've been using eBay for the past 5 years & have over 20, 000 transactions and I have never came across someone this untrustworthy!
My story is this. I orderd a charger for my notebook. I recieved a totally different charger then the one that this seller listed. It was not the charger that was described or shown in their ebay description, & picture. It was in fact a totally different "CHEAP" charger. It didnt even come with english instructions, & it seems to have a european plug on the end (I'm not really sure, all I know is that it wont plug into an American outlet). The box it came in smelled really funky (almost like a bad fart after you eat lasagna), and the charger was just tossed in the box with no shipping peanuts or anything (It arived scratched and weatherd looking). I contacted the seller and they told me "I send you no refund, you no like, you shouldnt buy, you no order from me again!". I'm very upset that I have been frauded by this evil seller! Do not buy anything from them, they cant even ship the correct item that THEY listed!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Rec'd the flashlight, but the battery doesn't charge. After reading these comments/reviews I'm just glad I got the item at all. It says it can "break a windshield", but it's too light for any heavy duty work and would break before it smash any window. Buyer beware.
Cheap quality that never worked right as soon as I got it. Now it doesn't work at all. Bad communication with seller and was pretty much told I'm [censored] out of luck. I took the unit apart and it was cheaply made and the battery used was not even half the power the seller advertised. Company is scammer and a POS
These guys are crooks, They sent me the wrong item and I return the item and never refund me.
I didn't receive Bluetooth headphones they was go to resend they but they didn't
I ordered an item and there was no such tracking number. I called the DHL that was supposedly deliver it to USP and they had no tracking number.. This company is not legit!
This seller on eBay (batterygallery) location: Nanuet, New York, United States lists one item and then sends you another. They actually sent me a second and it was the exact same thing. After this they offered to give me a refund. I thought ok maybe not so bad. Then they had the nerve to email me and ask if I would kindly accept less than half the original price. I said would you kindly ship the correct item. Now they say they are not set up to send to me once again. How can I help you now? I looked at their current listings and they are right now selling the exact same thing I purchased but never received. They even show more than 10 of this item available. I have called eBay and made a complaint plus I filed a case against them, however they currently continue to sell this item right now. A representative from eBay said if enough negative feedback was made then something could be done about it. Well if you look at batterygallery's feedback you will see this has happened to many other buyers. I'm not sure how many eBay was referring to but as of this posting batterygallery has averaged approx. 200 negative and 162 neutral feedback ratings a month for the past 12 months. They are not all for the same reason as mine but yet many of them have been. This is why eBay provides a Feedback profile and I highly recommend you look at it very careful before you make a decision to purchase from this seller. Buyer Beware.
The seller is indeed the worst I ever come across. Not only ### item, but also worst customer service.
