Bath & Body Works Direct / missing merchandise in my package.

I received my order in the mail today 1-1-18, order #[protected] Package ID#[protected]. I noticed that one of my items was missing Item #[protected] Vanilla Buttercream Hand Cream. I would really like the item sent to me as that was one of the items I was most looking forward to This is the first time this has happened to me with Bath and Body works. I have been buying products from you for at least 10 years. I would really like the item I bought sent to me or a refund of the product.
