Bath & Body Works Direct bergamot waters candle

Hello, I recently purchased a Bergamot Waters three wick candle from my local store along with some other scented ones. I was wondering if you have received any complaints about the particular smell not smelling as strong. One reason I purchase your candles is because of how strong the smells spread throughout my house within minutes of lighting the candles but I burned the Bergamot Waters candle and was disappointed that I didn't have a strong smell throughout my home.

Bath & Body Works Direct cashier

I was in yesterday oct.21/18 at the kelowna BC Canada location. At the till the cashier was EXTREMELY rude to me. Her name was Brina. I had mistakenly thought the candles were a different price I read the price on the 1 wick candle as opposed to the 3 wick. I asked her very politely to clarify the candle price. She just glared at me the whole time and kept rolling her eyes and just stopped interacting with me all together. After I realized I made a mistake I got out of line and went off to the side to pick what one I wanted (was a gift) .
I got back in line and said sorry to her and told her what I had done to mistake the prices. She wouldn't even look at me or aknowledge I was speaking to her. Kept smirking and whispering to the other cashier and again rolling her eyes.
I have never come across someone so rude in a store. I am a very polite respectful person as I too work with the public. This young girl shocked me with her behavior. Needless to say it turned me off the place and had my mom not wanted a candle I probably would have walked right back in her line and returned it.

Bath & Body Works Direct candles

I went to the store today 2 get the deal of the buy 2 get 2 free on the candles they was out of my favorite candle. So I walked around the store and found 4 I liked. The worker I'm assuming is the manager was a little mean and said I couldn't buy the candles and to just set them down. I'm assuming it was the new Christmas candles since it had a Christmas picture on it. The reason I'm mad is 1 why have it in the sales floor if it's not for sale. 2 no reason to be mean. And 3 I now miss out on the buy 2 get 2 and the 10 off 30.

Hi there!

My name is Kelsey [removed] and I am a long time customer of bath and body works! I love your products and cannot live without your soaps! I was very excited the other day to see the one day only sale of soap for $3 and I bought a very large order online and had them delivered to me. Unfortunately when they got here today, one of the soaps, winter white woods, had not had the top screwed on properly and it leaked all over my box full of soap. Is there any way I could get a replacement? The soap was only half full when I opened the box due to the leakage. I have attached a picture of this. I called bath and body works and they were so generous they did not only send me another of the soap that spilled they replaced my entire package!! Just another reason to love them :)

Bath & Body Works Direct employee/cashier

I went to B&BW to take part in the "in the stars" promo coupon. I grabbed $10 worth of product and took it and my coupon to the register. The cashier wasn't engaging at all. This made the transaction uncomfortable. I laid my coupon down and she didn't even acknowledge it. I was waiting to see if it was something she was going to acknowledge and grab from the back after my purchase was final. When I found out that wasn't the case and she handed me my back of purchased product, I asked her about the coupon. She then rudely mumbled, "that's not until November. It says it on the coupon. We don't even have the product here." It was a common mistake I made and I understand. But the way she let me know made me feel uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave. I made the purchase specifically for the coupon and in a normal situation I would have waited and made the purchase when the coupon was applicable, but I just wanted to leave after that exchange. I didn't say anything, I just apologized for the misunderstanding and left. She didn't say anything.

I would have told her to refund me “ALL” of my money and my coupons right there on the spot! And, the next time; I’d either go to a different store or make sure “she” wasn’t going to be waiting on me the next time. Another possibility would be, to respectfully adjust her attitude a notch or two; by getting her name & telling her how rude and disrespectful she’d been to you. Let her know that she shld have handled the issue differently the nxt time; she’s asked about a promotion/coupon. In the future she could do you a favor by allowing someone else to wait on you & let her know that you’d be writing a letter of discontentment about her behavior.

Bath & Body Works Direct customer service

I went into the college station, texas mall to purchase soap. I was never greeted and if I had a question as tion I was answeredvery rudely. I can drop two hundred dollars if I need soap which I desperately needed. I was argued with the cashier and did not appreciate that. Very poor customer service skills. The only thing I wanted was soap and did not get. I live 40 minutes out of town so it was a waste of time and money.

Damaged candle, tried email and 800number requested a callback received call back I answered immediately and was placed back in que with very lengthy que. not customer friendly. Have photos of candle in shipping box. Just want a response from someone.

Bath & Body Works Direct employee

I was followed around the store basically harassed by an employee there. There was no reason for this action. The lady asked if I needed help I simply said no but yet she still followed me around and being rude. I had my infant daughter in a car seat as well as her backpack diaper bag. I had a 10 off 30 coupon which I had given it to because I couldn't see myself staying any longer in the store

Bath & Body Works Direct employee on staff

There is a current employee that works at the Bath and Body works at the store located at 13123 Cortez Blvd, Coastal Way, Brooksville, FL 34613, that has been convicted of felony counts of burglary and battery this month. His name is Viet Lam. I will not be returning to this store until I know he has been removed. He is a danger to the community.

Bath & Body Works Direct candles

My son purchased me some candles, they were delivered today. I opened the box. Candles were busted. Glass was everywhere. I grabbed the candle, cut my fingers. It was busted inside the cardboard wrap that they were put in. This e-mail keeps saying if my complaint is not long enough, it will be unnoticed...is this for real? What else can I possibly say, the candles were purchased from your company, delivered with busted glass everywhere. This needs to be addressed ASAP

I was giving a bridal shower order some products candles and stress relief I have not as of yet receive my order I needed those 4 candles and 4 stress relief bottles. I have been a member for ove 35 years and spend over 280.00 per month I feel I should be compensated

Bath & Body Works Direct false advertisement

I placed an order, used the promotion FREE SHIPPING ON $40.00 use Code SWEEETFALL, buy 3 wick candles and get 1 Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin candle free.
My order totaled 46.54 and my bank was charged $ 51.00 . I called to ask why the discrepancy and after being on hold several times totaling 30 minutes, the representative told me my merchandise came from 2 separate orders, there fore I was charged shipping and I guess the $ 5.00 xtra dollars as a tip ? How many thousands of people do they scam daily for a few extra dollars. Horrible Scam. Very disappointed .

Bath & Body Works Direct false advertising.

Tonight I was walking past you store located in Wuaker Bridge Mall lawrenceville New Jersey and saw a sign out front. The sign read 5 for 25 hand soaps and lotions. I picked out five items and when I went to pay my total was double. They told me lotions were not part of the sale. I showed them the sign. They told me they don't sell that lotion. What lotion? The sign does not have a specific typed stated. Only hand soaps and lotions. Nothing else. I told them that's false advertising and he said thanks for your input in a very smug tone. He was the floor manager at 7:00 tonight 9-11-18. They said they would not honor there advertisiment so I left without buying my 5 for 25. Terrible customer service. I work with the public and the customer is always right, especially in this case. If nothing else you be polite and tell me who to contact next. He did none of that. Only saying thanks for your input. I will never buy from that store again.

Bath & Body Works Direct in store experience

Do not visit the bath and body store in lake success (1593)! Their store manager Carlos Ortiz is so rude and racist toward his employees of color. People like him should not be in positions of management. Just his tone of voice and mannerisms toward them drastically differed from his attitude toward his white employees. I was in the store for 30 mins and it made me completely uncomfortable. I will be contacting bath and Body Works corporate office

Bath & Body Works Direct limoncello order

I recently ordered Limoncello
In the tube. The offer said buy 3 get two free. I paid for three and only got four. So, only 1 free product. Also, the product I received is in plastic bottles. The picture depicted it in tubes, which I prefer. I wanted the body cream but received the lotion. I've tried other Bath and Body Works products. Most of them are very strong and extremely perfumy to the point of being offensive to me. I like Limoncello because the scent is lemony, soft and mold.

Bath & Body Works Direct bath and body works air vent clip

I purchased items over the past weekend along with a air vent clip. The second day I noticed the air vent clip had leaked all down my air vent onto my dash above my radio. As I immediately tried to dab it, it had obviously bubbled up and melted already. This has completely ruined my dash in a tremendous way. I will be taking further action immediately.

Bath & Body Works Direct car scentportables

My Glitter Square Scentportable was clipped onto my air vent (Nissan Altima)and it leaked all over. I thought maybe I had put the refill in wrong, but after checking it, I saw everything looked ok. I cleaned the leak up and it left a wet stain on the panel. I moved the portable to the other vent, only to get back into my car to go to work and see that it leaked all over again and melted the top coating of my radio dashboard.

Bath & Body Works Direct aromatherapy orange and ginger body lotion

I have used Aromatherapy Orange and Ginger Body Lotion (and often the body wash) for a long time. I love it! So for the past several years, my husband has given me at least six bottles of lotion (and sometimes body wash) for Christmas and again for my birthday (June) for a total of at least 12 bottles a year. Sadly, I have now asked him to stop doing that because as much as I LOVE the product, I am also that irritated with the delivery system. I am never able to use the final one-third/one-fourth of the bottle because the pump is completely ineffective at those levels. I sincerely hope you will consider finding another way -- or a more effective pump system -- to get the lotion from the bottle. If you do find a better way, I would again become a loyal customer. Just so you know, I am not someone looking for a free sample, but a 77 year old former customer hoping for a solution! Thanks for giving me a place to express my opinion!

Bath & Body Works Direct scentportable

I purchased a scentportable a few weeks ago from bath and body works. I placed it in my 2011 Honda CR-V and several days later the oil leaked onto my air vent and onto my radio. Dealer says it's 5000 just for new radio. I called to complain and they offered five dollars and play phone tag. Please don't buy this product. Many people complaining . Car value is down and they should take this off the market.

My daughter purchased a car scentportable from Bath and Body Works. It has absolutely ruined her dashboard of her 2014 Toyota 4 Runner. Now, I'm seeing complaints all of the internet regarding these. I'm attaching a photo. It will cost thousands to replace. I need Bath and Body Works to get in touch with me. There is no warning whatsoever about this. Bath & Body Works Direct employee treatment

I went into my local BBW, the kingstowne location in Alexandria VA, and was shocked to learn the associates have been without AC for 5 months. It felt like it was 97 degrees in the store. The associates we're all sweating and looked exhausted. The manager was passing around waters and sending associates to get cold air. I just can't believe such a great brand could treat their employees so badly. It makes me want to stop shopping there.

Bath & Body Works Direct body creams and body sprays

I used to love BBW body creams and sprays, but they've now changed the formula, and it's AWFUL! Instead of a tube of moisturizer, the body creams are now just expensive tubes of filler, which isn't even moisturizing! And the body sprays are totally watered down!

Give us back the old formulas with actual moisturizer and scent! I'm not going to pay an increased price for the old formulas, and I'm certainly not going to pay $15 a tube for filler!
