Bath & Body Works Direct vanilla bean body butter

When I paid $43.91 to recieve 3 shae body butters, 2 lotions, and a body mist. When I received my package EVERY SINGLE body butter and lotion was broke and oozing lotion out of the bottom or the lid! There is lotion all over my perfume! One rose lotion had a broken lid and the other was broke at the bottom of the bottle getting EVERYWHERE! It was all over the box as well! The box is brown from lotion sitting in and all over it for multiple days! I am NOT happy with the way I received my package! It is totally unecceptable! I can't use these products when they are broke and leaking out everywhere! Half the product is already gone from leaking overwhere and on the floor when I pulled it out of the box! I would appreciate my money back or new product!

Bath & Body Works Direct customer service from management

Im beyond upset I was trying toBUY candles to stock up . Also theEmploye here at Downey Stonewood Ca store number 80042 told me they were on sale for 2 dollars 💵 & since I'm trying to stock up I had a total of maybe 15 candles because that's all that was really left, they denied me the price trying to charge me 10 dollars each when clearly it stated 2 dollars the manager Theresa was very rude & spoke to me as if I was bothering her. I would like to speak to someone pls & get my candles for the honored price, when trying to take a a picture of all my candles she quickly told her employee to take them to the back to storage so that they wouldn't be sold, which doesn't make any sence, I was there at this location for almost an hour trying to find my scents nonetheless spend 20 minutes in line to be denied the price as shown & only to be talked to as if I was stupid .

Bath & Body Works Direct my manager is not replying to me and I haven't heard that I am fired. I need to know what my next steps should be.

Hi there, I am "currently" an employee at the Gresham Bath and Body works as a seasonal position. I have not heard from my manager in three weeks. I have reached out and contacted him by email twice. He has not been scheduling me or replying to my messages. I still have personal items at work. Wanting to know if this is legal of him to do and what my next steps should be? Thank you.

I received my order today. I retrieved it from my deck right away because it was so cold out. The bottom of the plastic jar which contained Vanilla Bean Noel Super soft Body Butter was broken. It appears to me that it might have frozen during shipment. It was not left out at my house. I retrieved it from my deck as soon as I heard UPS leave. I would very much like a replacement. Thank you!

Bath & Body Works Direct doubly bubbly cloud bath

I recently bought 4 of the above product, it was 75% off. I am an avid bather and love my bubble baths. When I saw the name of this product I knew I had to purchase it and was looking forward to my bubble bath. Unfortunately my experience was dismal. When I used it for the first time it,
produced a smattering of bubbles (very little) and within a few minutes they disappeared. I am always pleased with your products but this one disappointed me. I feel that the name of this product is very misleading.

Bath & Body Works Direct lotions/body cream and bad customer service

You guys just put out the semi annual sale. I buy for me and my daughter. A customer of 22 years since I was my daughter's age. It's very disappointing to go in the store and all scents lotions are not even put out for sale. I understand all won't be put out but what was supposed to be put out wasn't there either. They had a majority of sprays only with some shower gel and barely any lotion. They had a couple of bottles of body cream. It was like they were expecting you to purchase all the spray and keeping all the lotions/body creams inside the white cabinets up under what they had out on the floor. While telling me they had to get the ok from corporate to put anything out on the floor for the consumer. I witnessed the cashiers taking what lotion/body cream was out and saving it for themselves. This was disappointing to say the least. I literally had a body cream which was the only one in the whole store in my hand, and one of the floor girls took it from me and told me her and another girl had been looking for it. Called the girl on her headset and verified she found it for her. I was appalled! On top of that I use body cream because your lotions contain Parabens. I shouldn't have to feel like I have to make a sacrafice to buy lotion when I really want body cream. I'm not sure why you guys are putting these cancer causing ingredients in the lotions charging less but charging more for the body cream which doesn't have Parabens. I've been a customer for 22 years since Country Apple was a hit, and not sure if it's worth me spending my money for cancer substitutes because the originals are never there. You guys have compromised the loyalty of the consumer for a short cut in the product which is a definite health risk. Ok top of that when I want to go buy what's healthy for me I can't because your employees want it for themselves. I'm so disappointed and hurt as a long time loyal customer. I don't feel like I'm appreciated as a customer especially when I spend several hundreds of dollars in less than a years time.

Bath & Body Works Direct energy orange and ginger lotion

I received my lotion yesterday and it was shattered. I have attached some photos of the bottle in the cardboard sleeve. I could not take out of sleeve. It was very cold outside I don't know if that caused it to break or not.i would appreciate it if you sent me another one. Thanks very much!

Bath & Body Works Direct pkg id #[protected] order #[protected]

I recently placed a large order with bath and body. When my pkg was delivered I noticed the box was in bad shape and was fearing the worst ! One of my candles was not placed securely in the brown cardboard protective wrap and was smashed to pieces -it was bubblegum 3 wick candle #[protected]. This is my favorite candle ! Also secret wonderland, fine fragrance mist #[protected] was broken. The little spray top was broken off and cannot be put back on. I would very much like to have theses items replaced and sent to me. I can send back the broken mist but the candle is too badly damaged -I had to throw the pieces out. Hi, I'm so disgusted with how we have been treated for the past month ! We shop there all the time, its our favorite place to get all of our lotions, body wash, sprays . all of that ! Or should I say it WAS our favorite place ! When did your outstanding customer service become replaced ignorance?
The first complaint is in the Chinook center in Calgary Alberta, we went in there on a mission so that I could get the whole line of the "moon light path" as that became one of my new favorite scents and I was also on the hunt for the whole line of Paris one . I don't remember the name but I brought an empty bottle . NO ONE greeted us, NO ONE told us about the sale NO ONE was helping anyone (except for the people at the till paying for items) they were just talking to each other ! We asked how the sale worked and the one said " there is signs everywhere" and she turned back to carry on the conversation with her co workers . then we were walking around looking and there was a girl unpacking some boxes and I had asked her if she knew where the new product lines were that I was on the search for ...AND SHE LOOKED AT US AND LOOKED BACK DOWN ! I was floored and I said to my friend" WOW they are doing awesome today lets just go " and the girl looked up from the boxes and laughed and said " thanks for coming in ladies"
When did that behaviour become ok?
Then a couple weeks later we went to the one in our town Lethbridge Alberta, we went in there to buy gifts for 4 people plus stocking stuffers . again no one greeted us, and when we asked the first girl a question and her response was " I'm busy " . so we walked out !
Then today, like a fool, thinking things have gone back to normal. I was sadly proven wrong ! Just ignorant staff all around ! One lady was sighing every time this one customer asked a question as if she was the biggest issue in the world !
I cannot believe this is what it has come too . you guys should be ashamed !

I was n the south common Edmonton store yesterday. The lady there was so helpful and kind willing to go above and beyond. The Sherwood park mall location I’ll never shop at. Was there at Christmas and their attitudes were snobbish. The sales were not the same as the emails. I tried to explain this and they said your getting the US emails. I said no it’s the Canadian site. I left and went to Londonderry mall. The manager was very professional at customer service.
I do notice what they advertise online isn’t always the same in the store. They put the bottom of the barrel stuff out on the bins. Ended up buying the buy 3 get 2 free hand soaps. The 2 bottles aren’t really free. They charged me $4.50 for all 5 bottles instead of $7.00 each. I spend too much $ at this place. Think I’ll start looking else where.

Bath & Body Works Direct order #: [protected] only received one item of multiple item stolen I had ordered on 12/26/2017.

I recieved my order yesterday which was 12/30/2017. I went to open it today and was very upset when I got a box about a foot and a half long and about a foot wide which only carried one bottle of lotion in it. It also should have had like 4 more lotions, one fragrance and hand sanitizer. Why did I not get these items, and why the one bottle of lotion? This is the 4th online purchase that I have made that this has happened, and have never complain until now. I understand it's busy during the holidays, but it seems like my order always no matter what seems to get messed up somehow. I'm very disappointed because I love this store so so much, I even said to myself (I bet I didn't receive all the items I ordered.) before I had opened the box. And what do ya know, I was right. I live about 3 hours from an actual bath & body works store, and my online orders mean a lot to me, but not as much when I never get everything I have ordered in one order. 😣

Bath & Body Works Direct register associate

I went into your Woodland Mall Store in Grand Rapids Michigan. I had great service looking for what I wanted and even found a used product in the wrong bin that I wanted and the store gave me a deal! I loved it!

When I went to the counter to pay for my purchases your service desk girl didn't greet me nor speak till I spoke to her. When all done with the sale I happened to look down at the small register in front of me and realized my email was wrong? I said"wait a min, was that my email that just came up wrong?" He response "I don't know"? I said in return "could we possibly look at it and see? I'd like to get the emails, I've often wondered why I don't get emails from your store"? And her response "you will have to do it next time you come I have a long line of people behind you I don't have time to fix it for you right now."
Okay...so there was a line, but really? There were several employees working that day she was the only register working. She certainly could have handle the situation a bit differently?! I work in service myself and know you take care of your customers and treat them with respect and dignity. If not as a business you FAIL! I know I am only 1 customer. But, I will never shop at this Bath and Body Works store again. I will purposely go to another or I will buy off line. Which in return she hurt the other businesses because I would probably buy from other stores in this Mall.

Bath & Body Works Direct service from foysth il store

I made an online purchase with Bath and Body for my team's Christmas gifts. I was disappointed with a few of the scents and didn't want to give the items anymore. Additionally one of the candles was damaged during shipping. I waited until after Christmas to return due to the holiday crowds. The manager Gabby was rude about having to give me cash back and out of her drawer. She left Jess and Sheila to deal with me. Jess didn't know how to issue the return since I paid less for one item and more for another. However I had my receipts. She made the
Comment that a manager/Gabby should handle this return. Sheila was extremely nice and took over the transaction so Jess could help other customers. She acted more like a manager than Gabby. Needless to say I was not a happy customer even though I returned my items I was made to feel like I was ripping off the store cause they had to give me cash back. Definitely wasn't taking a gift card for a $115 after she was rude. Gabby needs some soft skill training or maybe to be a shipment coordinator that stays in the back room away from the public. She's a great example of why people shop online. Not to mention it allows me other choices besides bath and body. I truly hope someone does something with this complaint. Kuddos to Sheila who never lost her cool and remained friendly and helpful to a grouchy customer. My apologizes to her. She had the shadow of a true leader unlike Gabby who just had a title and one that isn't deserved.

Received my. shipment today of lotion and wallflower refill and a rose gold dual snowflake plug in, which the plug in should have been packaged a little better or bubble wrapped, because the rose gold snowflake on plug was broken and missing part of flake. My package arrived in a timely manner and I have never had problems before with your product. Thanks

Bath & Body Works Direct hand sanitizer holder key ring

On 12/21/17 my sister and I went to the bath and body store in the mall at Shawnee Oklahoma. Another sister had a stroke 3 months earlier. And on 12/5/17 she fell and broke her hip. She had been wanting one, Of the little pink backpack key rings that would hold her hand sanitizer and change for the snack machine and lipstick, etc. she wanted to attach it to her wheelchair so she could keep up with it, as she is in the nursing home. They only had one left and the zipper had a problem. I asked the manager (Sue Mellinger) if I could buy it at a reduced price since the zipper was messed up. And she told me no. I explained why I needed it for a certain persons Christmas present. She was very rude and said no that she was going to damage it out. I asked her what "damage it out" meant and she said cut it into pieces. She told me to try another store. I live 40 minutes from any bath and body. I was so embarrassed trying to deal with her and I felt like there was no reason for the attitude. I just needed a Christmas present. Thank you so much for your time.

Bath & Body Works Direct wallflower refill bulbs

When I returned home from purchasing refills I placed bag with refills on my expensive dinning room table. Unknown to me that one was not properly packaged - I went to move the bag and one of the bulbs was not properly packaged and leaked out and ruined my table. It stripped the complete portion of my table down to the bare wood. And we are breathing these fumed on a daily basis when we plug them in? What is this product doing to our lungs - if it can eat and melt away what it did to my table? See photos for a shocking surprise of how harmful these products are.

Bath & Body Works Direct everything

I look forward to this all year long! & today when I go to order not only will the coupons not work I could deal with that but the supposable"flat rate" shipping would not work i'd saved & saved for this day to come been talking about or for months! And now you all took that away from me! Thanks... Not! I always buy enough to last all year even bought a few on cyber monday then the one place I wanted to go on my birthday 12/20 was to one of your stores! I'm so disappointed it's not even funny! Now what am I supposed to do i've missed the sale and everything because of no cooperation! You can check my order history i've ordered many many times in bulk on this sale day & black friday until now and you all have ruined that for me hell I even sent a email hours ago hoping you would at least attempt to help me so I didn't miss out and nothing! Bath & Body Works Direct the service

Hello, I am appalled at the way I was treated today! I went in to exchange two body sprays both priced at $14.00 and a hand sanitizer priced at $1.75. I was told that I could exchange them for any products equivalent up to that amount. I collected all my items and went to the register. After talking to 3 separate employees with each having vicious attitudes towards me, I was told there was no way they could give me an even exchange. That made no sense for I was retiring $29.75 worth of product so I should be receiving that product worth back! I was there for over 20 minutes trying to understand why this was so with your rude employees only telling me no. I left the store being mistreated and with nothing I was satisfied with. No customer should be treated that way. What ever happened to the customer is always right?
