Baskin-Robbins uncleanliness of tables, play area and ladies toilets.

My friend and I attended Baskin Robins around 2pm today (10/08/18) with our daughters. We always enjoy attending, having an icecream and the girls love playing in the soft play. We were there for around 1.5 hours, and in that time we also attended the ladies toilets. Throughout the entire time the tables next to us which were not occupied were not cleaned, the floor around these tables was filthy with litter. The toilets were an absolute disgrace with overflowing sanitary bins, a blocked sink and dirty nappies just placed on top of them. The soft play area was also filthy. After visiting the toilets my friend and I with our daughters left. Considering baskin robins also serves food I wonder how clean the kitchens and staff who are preparing the food actually are. I have taken photos as proof of how filthy it was during my visit. The baskin robins was on Southend seafront Essex.

Baskin-Robbins insults from tamara s..

Placing an order at the drive thru window, when a cashier said to me and my 85 year old mother. "CAN'T YALL COME INSIDE FOR ALL THIS". I am 55 year old woman, with 37 years of customer service, and I have NEVER written a complaint, but this time was clearly different. The lack of training displayed by this Tamara S, is appalling, and I, SADLY, WILL NEVER PATRONIZE DUNKIN DONUTS/BASKIN ROBINS AGAIN.

Baskin-Robbins service

I was in the drive thru for 25 minutes i then called and asked why the line was not moving i was then told by an employee that they where training a new employee. When i finally placed my order of 2 ice creams one of which was a 1 scoop of chocolate fudge and the other was a double scoop of rocky road and mint chocolate chip. When i pulled up to the counter to pay my total was $7.49 and i asked for a manger. The girl told me there was no manger in duty at the time so i then asked for the person in charge and then a employee by the name of Jared came to the window and i asked what was taking so long and i told him the customer service was horrible and that i am a store manger and this was unacceptable. He then just stared at me and said "oh well" i then said the least you can do is compensate your customers for waiting 25 minutes in the line. And he just continued to stare as i handed my card over to the lady to pay for my ice cream. I then asked for corporate‘s number and when she came back she then said " we don't have corporate‘s number " so then i asked " well then can I have your store managers number because this is really unacceptable" they continued to say they where unable to give that information out so i had them take down my name and phone number to be contacted back. I then asked for the store managers name and i was told " Bally " and "christy" when i was handed over my ice cream i asked the girl to put lids on the ice cream and put in a bag. She did . I then drove off to my destination. And when I reached my destination and open the bag I then found the two ice cream‘s with lids on them but no spoons in the bag. Then I called back to the store and Jared answered and I told him that there was no spoons and that I had already reached my destination he then just said sorry and hung up . I was extremely dissatisfied with this customer service that I received today I have never in my life received customer service where i waited so long and got nothing in return but rudeness. This occurred 8-4-2018 at the Baskin Robbins located in Carson city Nevada on north Carson street. I do not intend to go back to this location as i have been before and have recieved excellent customer service.

Baskin-Robbins ice cream

On July 31 of 2018, I ordered a Banana Royale. I Got 2 tiny scoops of ice cream while the girl forgot to put whipped cream and nuts. I asked about that and just got whipped cream no nuts. It's run by young kids who are untrained. I just paid and got out of there before I had a fit. They don't give you what you pay for and I feel very upset about getting ripped off. I have never felt this way about Baskin Robbins in my life.

Baskin-Robbins scoop vendoring

Good morning. Had a bad experience while visiting your outlet in Axis Mall, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata. On 28 Jul 18 I bought 3 scoops regular. The quantity given was very less and while I asked the vendor what is the quantity that is supposed to be vendored in regular scoop, he told it was 150 ml. This is incorrect as in regular scoop 180 ml is to be vendored. It seems that the outlet management or the vendor is fleecing the customers. Please take some action. Thanks

Baskin-Robbins for not carrying about the customers health issues

Today, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 around 7 : 15pm I went to the Baskin & Robbins / dunking donuts store location : 4152 Atlanta HWY, Loganville, Georgia, 30052
With my 2 boys to get some ice cream and have some quality time in the three, as we always do, anytime we go in there, the staff open up a new cane of ice cream for us, because, both of my boys have sever peanuts allergies, to the points they carry on theirs epi- pen with them anywhere they go, so, today as usual, we asked for a new cane, and, the whole staff members refused to do so, telling, us, they don't use the same scoops for all the canes, that, if, we, want the ice cream, we, should get the small pints from the other freezer, I tried my best to explain to them about my boys allergies conditions, and, they wouldn't fallow through.
And, let me tell you, again, the only reason why we always go there is because of thta particular treatment, and, for the whole staff to refuse to help us with that today was very disappointing for us ! I simply felt helpless and, my kid's felt really hurt ! ( imagine kids with ice cream ) and, for someone to deny them that !
We were really looking forward for that, specifically with this heat wave right now .
As, a customer, I want to know if that's right, I mean the way We got treated !

Baskin-Robbins insulting commercials

Why do you have to go so low as to have a twiirkking ice cream cone..We shut off the commercial because we have kids.Very bad image to set for our youth today.
I can tell who you are trying to sell to.Since when does a company have to do anything but sell a great product with out showing garbage to familys.Maybe your waiting for "POT" to become legal to attract the pot heads.

Really? Do you think a twerking ice cream cone is representing your company in a positive way? I THINK NOT, I have been a BR patron for many years but after seeing this disgusting commercial I will not support your company any longer... Very disappointing for your business to have stooped so low to make a dollar... I remember when children were the priority for your company... You should be ashamed... Eryn

Baskin-Robbins baskin robbins ice - cream

We are having baskin robbins at ramada hotel mahape from last three years but the distribution is not up to the mark, they keep on changing every 3 months..They are very much of money concerned & just like to take order on phone but never visited to do services or check the condition of the fridge... even I had a registered a complaint dat the fridge lock has been broken but no proper replies given..

Baskin-Robbins terrible customer services

My husband and I went in the Baskin Robbins store on Bayfiled st in Barrie on Sunday June 10 at around 9:30PM. We wanted to get 6 ice cream for us and the children. We started placing the order as go through the flavours available. When we give the order for the fifth ice cream, the girl serving us became very impatient, she said to us:"you should give me the order all together, not one by one, this is the forth time I am opening the freezer." she slammed the freezer door close as she talked. we had no idea why she got angry at us. I didn't know that customers can be treated rudely because they ordered too many ice cream. We ended up get 5 ice cream instead of 6. We were rushed out of the store by the employees. it was one of the worst customer services I ever encountered. We will not visit that store again

Baskin-Robbins store / customer service

Lights were out on the ordering marque we were told to use our flash light. Gave them another chance this time I was there and with only one worker in the whole store he was extremely busy I waited over 15 minutes for him to tell me they did not have what I wanted when I said I waited 15 minutes for that, , he replied " you could of called " and hung up the speaker. I drove to window and asked his name he told me I did not need to know his name and shut the window. I phoned the manager the next day she did. It want to hear the complaints just kept saying how busy he was then ended the conversation. Very poor business!

Baskin-Robbins caramel cappuccino blast

I go to dunkin everyday after 8pm sometime close to 9:30pm. Address: 1890 GA-20, Conyers, GA 30013
I order the cappuccino blast. twice a week im told that that location is out of vanilla ice cream. the lastest I was told this was 5/5/18. an old employee started back working at this location and I told him this location is always out of vanilla ice cream. he informed that the location isnt out of vanilla the staff is just too lazy to go in the freezer to get it out. so when this location doesnt have it I drive to the other location in conyers

its a shame to have lazy employees working. I drove 5 minutes to the other location and sat at the order speaker for 5 minutes. there was a car at the window. it was 9:45pm when I arrived. the car was sitting at the window for 5 minutes and no one acknowledge that I was at the window. both locations close at 10pm. so because no one attempted to take my order I called this location and after the phone ringing for 1 minute an employee answered. I asked were they open he said yes but they will be closing in 10 minutes. I said I know im at the speaker. he apologized and said he was sorry he wasnt alerted that someone drove up to speaker. yet another lazy employee allowing several cars to sit at speaker without taking orders. there was 3 cars behind me and I made him aware of it. I guess they were going to let the store close without taking my order. this is horrible service

Newest commercial... tacky and nasty! Naked butt ice cream cones twerking!
I have thousands of people on my facebook... my people are now boycotting B and R's... the immoral tacky commercial has to go!
They have thousands of friends and so on...
Do you really think you need to progress to the new fandangl tacky with the rest of the liberal dumbies? Is this really what you want to teach your children? Garbage! Garbage! Garbage!
My people... and we know how many...
And I will not frequent your store until you take the garbage down!

Baskin-Robbins the mini size cup for kids shakes

I frequent baskin Robbins several times a week n usually with kids who all get a mini shake. Not only is price point right but the amount is perfect today I was told it was no longer available. So I paid 6 bucks for a small shake that will not be finished because it's too much. Why would tgat item be taken away to force us consumers to purchase a higher priced item.

Baskin-Robbins abusing victims of sexual violence

About three days ago, Baskin robbins Korea has used a phrase that assailant had used to the victim of sexual harrassment as a marketing in their instagram. This sexual abusing issue is one of the biggest issue in South Korea because the assailant has suicided. This is how serious we are taking this issues.
You will easily find this by searching "Korea me too" and a lot of victims are telling there experience of being abused and it is drawing attention from everyone in Korea. However, the Baskin Robbins Korea has used this phrase as a "Buzzword" for their marketing. Since most of the people were very mad they have apoligised officially and removed the post however no one is taking the reponsibility of secondary victimisation.
Lot of people are asking Baskin Robbins Korea to take responsibility by firing the person who was in charge but they think the issue is over as soon as they apologise in few sentences.
Therefore, I am requesting the head office to punish the Baskin Robbins Korea with making a such embarrassing issues in the name of your company. The photo I attached is the one which raised the problem.
The circle part is the phrase that the assailant sent to the victim and they have used the "exact" same words.

Baskin-Robbins inventory

The baskin robbins at 4025 Hempstead turnpike in Bethpage, NY never has any inventory. I understand things run out but this has happened on 5 occasions back to back. They have menus listed of what they offer and yet they never have the ingredients needed to make what they claim to offer. They NEVER have bananas but list banana royals on their menu. This is my daughters favorite and I can never get it for her because they simply don't stock bananas. Then today I went in and not only do they not have bananas as usual but they had no nuts to make a regular Sunday. To make matters worse they didn't even have the peanut butter sauce for the peanut butter sundae they claim to have! How is it possible for a store to carry the name baskin Robbins which is a family favorite and they carry nothing to make any of the specialty items the franchise is known to make? Quite disappointing to say the least

I go to Baskins Robbins to get ice cream every single day! Seriously everyday! The owner is extremely disrespectful. He refuse to make my shake and ice cream the way I want it. He always gives me problems! His workers are great they make things however I want it with no attitude or problems. But today I go to get ice cream and the owner has told his worker to refuse my service. I'm so disappointed, shocked and angry! Because I really didn't do anything but order a freaking weird combination of ice cream!

On January 1st of 2018, I went to a Baskin Robin Establishment with my 2 kids.One of the staff members saw us come in and left saying i hate my job.When she attended us 10 minutes later, she did not care a single bit.The service was horendus and when we asked for a 1 scoop, she gave us a littl.e more than half scoop and charged us a 1 scoop.The staff also took 20 minutes to charge us causing a big long line

Baskin-Robbins staff not in well standard

I am regular customer at kolhapur dy patilmall outlet in bask in robbin I had visit outlet 2 days before and yesterday also but I am aware that the staff working in that outlet is damm disguisting as he is standing and serving customer with having alcohol as this happen twice in a 2 days which no one aware and no manager and how he is working God knows, is this the way to serve customer as they are spoiling the brand, pull that [censor] guy and remove him asap which will affect to all

Baskin-Robbins employee

I just came back from the baskin robbins and I am extremely displeased and angry about the customer service there. An old man was taking my order and I ad asked for two scoops with Oreo toppings since I hadn't known that toppings are only for sundaes. He tells me this and I say never mind about the Oreos then. He goes to give me two scoops of my selected flavor and I ask again to clarify that it's not possible to have Oreos as toppings. He looks at me with disdain an says "why do you keep changing your mind about the order? You're supposed to think about what you want before you order". I respond by shaking my hands and my head and say that I don't want Oreos then and to just have the two scoops. He proceeds to DUMP OUT THE SCOOPS, and use a small scooper to give me two small scoops an Oreos on top. During the entirety of this encounter, never does he smile nor does he say anything nicely. He was extremely rude and I am very VERY unhappy with this entire thing. I can't belive that someone could hire someone else who treats customers so meanly.
I shouldn't have paid for such unpleasant treatment, but I am not one who can stand up for myself. I ended up having HALF as much ice cream as I would've if I had gotten the two scoops and had still paid the same amount.
Never going back to that place. Quite possibly never going to another baskin Robbins because if they slow people of this nature to serve customers, I can't imagine what other things they allow.
