Very poor customer service, staff make the mistake and customer has to suffer. Very bad experience with the bank. No value for us in bank or our complains. Standard recorded messages from all staff in branch and customer service. "your request is on process". I request bank to look into complains logged and delay and take action on staff for there negligence
