Dear Barneys representatives, tell me, please, do you see the difference between a dress and a tote? I think the difference is very obvious.
Yesterday I received a tote from you even though I ordered a dress (Contrast-Trimmed Lace Minidress)... Does it often happen in your company?
I am writing this complaint because no one answers me via email and I no one picks up the phone. I am ready to send this tote back at your expense (because this situation was caused by you) and to receive the right order.
