Barneys confused orders

Dear Barneys representatives, tell me, please, do you see the difference between a dress and a tote? I think the difference is very obvious.
Yesterday I received a tote from you even though I ordered a dress (Contrast-Trimmed Lace Minidress)... Does it often happen in your company?
I am writing this complaint because no one answers me via email and I no one picks up the phone. I am ready to send this tote back at your expense (because this situation was caused by you) and to receive the right order.

Barneys No help from customer service

Ordered twice from www.barneys.com and my last order was a real nightmare. First time I ordered a jacket and was very satisfied with my order. Last time I've ordered a dress and it was way too small and tiny. When I contacted customer service and asked for a refund they refused and claimed they do not accept returns. What a terrible company to deal with. In case of any issues these clowns will never help you, avoid at all costs!

Barneys Terrible customer service

I called this store to inquire about a pair of shoes in my size. They indicated that the size I was interested in was not available in their location. When I asked them to call another location to see if the size was available elsewhere, the person I spoke with said "We generally don't do that for sale merchandise". Not sure why, because even on sale, the shoes were over $100. But I suppose for Barneys, that "trivial amount" is not worth their time? Anyway, the clerk I spoke with took my name and number and promised to call me back. She never called, I called two days later and she said, "Yeah, I didn't check". Excuse me? No apology. So, I wrote a disgruntled e-mail to Barneys explaining my bad experience. No response. Not one to give up easily, I wrote another e-mail. Yet again, no response. Terrible, especially since they are positioned as such a "high-end" luxury retailer.

Bought some bluchers from the site and when the order arrived, the shoe box was almost torn in half and unusable. This was supposed to be a gift, now what am I supposed to do. Are you guys BLIND!? My local salvation army store has better standards than this.
