My order number is [protected]. I was charged for a cookbook I ordered back in June of this year and I never received an email confirmation that it was shipped. I am requesting a refund for my order. I have contacted customer service three times and no one has been able to process my refund. They are denying my refund because it has been past 30 days from the time I purchased the item.
