Bargain Seats Online Harry Styles tickets

I bought ticket for Dublin Harry styles concert in January. I didn't receive it yet! The concert is today, we are in Dublin travelling from Italy and you didn't send them to me. Are you able to imagine how Many money I have wasted for your fault? Let me know when I will receive my tickets or the refound.

If you won't contact me before Friday morning I will denunce you to Italian autorithy and thought my bank.

And of course there won't be place in the whole internet where I won't put my bad opinion for your web page.

Waiting for your feedback.

Bargain Seats Online Concert cancelled covid no customer service for info on refund

Hi, no customer service response for my acct. Blake sheldon personally cancelled concert by instagram on 08/12/2020 and no plans to reschedule. I would like refund for order #[protected] minus delivery fee $8.95 (purchased insurance). I tried to email on 08/12/2020 and got no response and call hold for 40min on 08/17/2020.
Would greatly appreciate some answer to whether if anyone else can get through for this issue.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

Bargain Seats Online scam, outrageous fees added on!

The tickets were slightly cheaper than elsewhere so I thought I'd be saving a few bucks. WRONG! In the very last step of purchasing, right as I was clicking submit, I noticed an extra whopping $60 SERVICE CHARGE, for a $193 ticket. That's absolute highway robbery. I immediately contacted them to cancel my order, and they refuse. I'm now in the process of trying to cancel it via my credit card company.

Bargain Seats Online Sold out tickets

I have a horrible experience with BargainSeatsOnline and I'm very disappointed with this company. I've ordered two tickets for an event in advance. Everything seemed fine, but two days before the even they contacted me and said that all seats were sold out and that they had some kind of error in their system so they did not know that there were no more tickets available. They gave me back my money but that doesn't mean anything. Me and my wife really wanted to see the concert and it was already impossible to find any tickets. If we had known about that before we would still had a chance to get to the concert.

Bargain Seats Online Fees

I decided to order a ticket from BargainSeatsOnline because of heir cheap prices. I thought I was saving a lot of money by ordering from this site but I was wrong! After I paid for the ticket itself they started charging extra money for who knows what! They added so many extra fees that in the end my $100 ticket cost me over $500! How was that even possible!?
Later I was also told that I have to pay $15 for the delivery. It's all about the money here, these people do not care about their customers!

Bargain Seats Online They sell personal info to the third parties

I bought tickets to the concert of Linkin Park from the website www.bargainseatsonline.com. After that it turned out that these ### sold my card info to the third parties and these jerks started to steal from me. I have no idea how to stop this ###, so I thought maybe someone had the same problems and could help me. Please, post your comments and reviews about this company.

Bargain Seats Online Scam artists at their best

Be warned ... this company will sell your credit card information to a third party vendor and then wash their hands of you when something goes wrong! After being denied entrance because my tickets "were already used" Bargain Seats Online told me they couldn't help me because they were not the ones who charged my card. I was directed to a number where, ironically, the voice mail box was full. These people are scam artists at their fullest, spend the few extra dollars and get your tickets through a valid site.

Stay away! the tickets i purchased never arrived, we missed the show & customer service says no refunds apply. I am baffled how this company continues to do business when a customer complains that the product they purchased was never received, and their response is to blame Fedex. Do not use this company if you hope to actually receive the product!

Bargain Seats Online Overcharge

This company will over charge you for your tickets and their 100% satisfaction guaranteed is ###! I purchase tickets from this company thinking I was getting a bargain like their name states and I realized that They charged me over $80 more per ticket than if I would have bought them from Ticketmaster. I purchase 6 tickets for a total of $1, 525.32 and was considering buying more as a Mothers day gift for my mom, sisters, and my employess but decided not to purchase them from this site when I realized there over priced. There a 3rd party seller so DON'T buy from them you will get ripped off and they don't care if your %100 satisfied at all. Big BS. I will nerver buy from them again and I will make sure that all my clients, family, and friends never do either.

Bargain Seats Online This website is THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF THE CENTURY

This website is THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF THE CENTURY! Do NOT use them. Learned a HUGE lesson. Only buy from the primary venue, NOT a "secondary" market as this. Basically they are a big company of scalpers and all their little employees all over the world, buy a package of tickets from the primary venue (ex. The Benedum in Pgh) and then turn around and resell them through Bargain Seats. THEY ARE NOT BARGAINS PEOPLE AND THEY LIE! They only guarentee you a seat in the general vicinity (anywhere from row M to row W). I purchased 2, $56 dollar tickets, plus paid a per ticket service fee and a $15 shipping fee (total $147 for 2 tickets). When my tickets arrived, which were Christmas gift to my daughters, they ticket price said $26! and they are in the LAST ROW of the highest tier of the theater, in other words the worst seats in the house. After being on hold for 1 hour, they said all their salespeople tell customers at the time of buying that all tickets are equal or LESS than the actual value! HELLO! Why would anyone agree to pay $56 for a $26 ticket? They would do NOTHING. The main venue also can do nothing because they have no way of knowing who is going to resell their tickets. WE NEED LAWS ON TICKET SCALPERS! Contact your Attorney General in your state and lets put immoral people like this OUT OF BUSINESS!

Bargain Seats Online Run, Run, Run away from this site

Run, Run, Run away from this site. This is my first negative review on anything, but I feel that this is very well deserved.Please know that on several occasions that I did try to work this out with Rob in Customer Service and he did recommend a resolution in which I accepted only to have him afterwards not acknowledge the emails or to follow through with the resolution. I STRONGLY recommend for no one to use this site. The fees are ridiculous and the total cost is not revealed to you until you receive the email after you have submitted the order. And for their convince, All Sales Are Final.

Bargain Seats Online Ordered tickets and did not receive the tickets we ordered

Ordered tickets and did not receive the tickets we ordered. Were told they were the same seats after the reno at the Phoenix Raceway. Called the track and were told the seats were never renovated. Called rep several times and only got the run around. People tell friends and family to use social media and spread the news to close this business down!

Bargain Seats Online I would not recommend this site to anyone

I would not recommend this site to anyone. I ordered tickets for my son and dtrinlaw. and were told the tickets would arrive the following day. I was told over the phone that the tickets would be at the box office for them. Then I received an email indicating the tickets would be sent to their home. I phoned and spoke with Joel, the same person I had spoken with initially, and he was rude and obnoxious. He could not understand my concern, and berated me for calling. On the day of the concert a business card arrived from Fed Ex (for $40.00 shipping charge). We were very concerned that the tickets would not be there. However they were at the box office, although there was some reluctance on the part of the box office to release them to my son since he did not have the same credit card that was on the initial order. They did get their tickets and really enjoyed the concert, however there was much distress and consternation leading up to it which made one question whether they were going to get the tickets.

I feel absolutely gouged. Don't use these guys. It is really unclear what you are paying for. I purchased 6 concert tickets for $123 each. Upon getting my tickets, I found that the face value was $55 and on top of that they charged $25 fees per ticket and then shipping and handling. The tickets were not issued in my name but the name of one of their employees. Upon calling customer service, after going through the automated loop, I was hung up on 3 times before talking to someone and getting a secret number. After talking to a person, they were unwilling to refund the purchase. These guys are userous and unethical. Do not user Bargain Seats Online, they are a ripoff.

Bargain Seats Online Please beware people

Totally Scammed! Sold tickets via the good ole' "We will sell the same item to more than one buyer" and refused to honor their assurance that if tickets weren't delivered, they would replace with comparable ones, in fact I was told 30 mins before the concert that my ticket purchase (and, yes I paid for them too) would not be honored in any way AND they want 7-14 days to return $$$...excuse me ~ But WTH! When I told rep Alex "hey you guys have other tickets on the site" all I received was "well the tickets you got were from yet another reseller and the ones we have still on the site are private party sellers" ~ Uhhhhh EXCUSE ME! YOU GOT MY $$$ IN YOUR HANDS AND YOU WON'T HONOR YOUR OWN GUARANTEE BECAUSE THE OTHER TICKETS ARE FROM PRIVATE HANDS? Please beware people...I wouldn't buy cat food from these jerks knowing what I know now, and I have a super disappointed teen & her friend that missed out on seeing One Direction!

Stay away from this site and other sites that they operate. Epic seats Inc. is the con operation behind it. They charge you incredible fees that are non-refundable. It is incredible that they even exist in our day and age. The business model itself is border line criminal. The tickets they resell are from ticketmaster.

Bargain Seats Online Totally hosed by these guys - they are crooks

They listed tickets for Book of Mormon. Spent over $200 extra per seat to get seats in a better section - the seats were listed as being available instantly. Took 4 hours for the download to arrive. Lo and behold, they were for a section that was normally much less expensive, but by the time I discovered this, there were no other tickets left.

Totally hosed by these guys - they are crooks.

I am not at all happy w/ the tickets you provided to me for the Joe Bonamassa concert in Denver, at the Paramount Theater ! I placed the order on or around 12-5-11, the show not even close to being sold out, and you stick me in the very last row of the balcony. Granted, I did order balcony seats, but are you telling me that those were the only seats left as of 12-5-11 ? Come on ! I can live w/ the exuberant prices of the tickets, but I thought I would have gotten a little better seat than the last row ! 12-5-11 ! Yes, I received your survey, and called to speak w/ someone about my disappointment, and all they could say is, that I was given the best seats available at that time. Not happy !

Bargain Seats Online Misleading overcharging

Ridiculous overcharging of fees that are incredibly unclear. Be careful!

I have e-mails where you are unable to see the extra fees on the first screen. Only after scrolling down does one see the fees. Over $100 in extra fees for 3 tickets.

While checking out the fees were similarly unclear. I called moments aftrer placing the order and was told there are no cancellations. I waited on the phone for an hour and got no support and the run around.

Service Fee: Cost per ticket associated with SITE operation, customer service center operation, and other costs associated with the fulfillment of USER'S ticket request.

Delivery: Costs associated with the Delivery Method chosen by USER and the SITE'S arrangement of USER'S ticket delivery by the FULFILLER.

Bargain Seats Online The 100% Ticket Guarantee is total bull$#*

The 100% Ticket Guarantee is total bull$#*! I called and was told by the customer service rep that the tickets were guaranteed, so I bought two tix to the Stanley Cup Finals for Game 3. Guess what, now there is a problem with my order and now I get "sorry sir this rarely happens". So the site should say something like "100% Ticket Guarantee Most of the Time".

This is after I called twice trying to get my tracking # and was told "you will have an email with the tracking # tomorrow". So I had to call them to learn I was SOL on my tix. The BBB shall hear from me about this company.

Bargain Seats Online I still don't know if I will get tickets or not

Ordered tickets for Dallas "Wicked". Charged my credit card and even sent a FedEX tracking number. But more than 2 weeks later - no tickets, FedEX took off the delivery date and no one at BargainSeatsOnline will respond to my repeated email inquiries. Buy from someone else. I still don't know if I will get tickets or not!

These guys are as crooked as they come. Ordered tickets and were never sent. Everytime we called they had a new excuse why. They work with BS like a master works with oils or clay. Fighting with them for a refund has been even more amusing. I suspect they have a scripted playbook they follow to try and get customers they have defrauded to give up. It you do purchase anything from them, be sure to use your credit card, because you will have to contact the bank to get them to reverse the fraudulent change
