Barclay / Unfairly closed my good standing account
Although I have been paying my statements on time I found out trying to use my card that my account had been closed
when contacting customer service I was told a group at the barclay board had reviewed my credit score and decided to close my account ...well not only was I not notify of the decision before hand I also feel discriminated against based solely on profiling.
I requested a letter of apology and a full reinstatement of my account, this two months ago.
I have received numerous phone calls from Barclay which I refuse to return until I receive a written letter of apology and the full reinstatement of my account
