BannerGrams.com Charged me but never sent product

I placed an order for a banner on October 10, 2017. It was a Welcome Home banner to hang out of my window for my husband who was returning after a year in Iraq. This site seemed to have better selection than most other sites. I even had a friend who ordered a paper banner from them and actually received it. I was charged almost immediately for my order, yet over two months later, I have no banner. My husband has now been home for over a month. I tried e-mailing the company several times, but I never heard back. They have no phone number or even an address listed on their web-site.

The claim they are rated #1 by Google and Yahoo, but that has to be a lie. This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Please warn anyone you know looking for a banner to stay away from these guys.

I have place a request ordering a banner for my son's 1st birthday on April 11, 2017. I was billed a total of $87.00 and was credited right away to my credit card. My order banner was supposedly be delivered in 5-9 days, but i never receive any banner until now.

My son's banner supposedly be there with me before my son's birthday on May 26th 2017. I been check my email everyday but didn't see any from you. So will you please email me if there something wrong with anything.

They advertise a "24 hour turnaround on most orders." I ordered a banner from them to welcome my husband home from Iraq. The order was made on 8/24. My credit card was charged for everything (including shipping) on 8/25.

On 8/31 I checked the status of my order. It had not even been sent for processing. So, I sent an email to their cancellations department (which is listed on their website). I also attempted to call their 281 number that I found online (not on their website -- they do not provide the telephone number readily), but it said that the line is not receiving calls. I let them know that I wanted them to cancel my order, since it had been SEVEN days since I originally sent it in, and it had yet to be processed at all. My order was just sitting there.

I never heard back from the cancellations line.

Cue to today, 9/13 -- I receive a banner in the mail. I had ordered it expedited 3 day shipping. So, if you do the math, my banner was SENT 10 days after I requested that they cancel it. Does it take 10 days to complete a banner? Does it take 10 days for them to get it from their design to their shipping department? No. because it was sent from their design department. So that tells me that someone disregarded my cancellation request, since they'd charged my credit card already, and went ahead and made this banner and sent it to me.

Do not use them. Their processes and procedures are suspect, to say the least. I should have realized when my card was charged for the full amount (including shipping) before the sign had even been made, not even shipped. Most places do not charge until the product is made or sent. Bad, bad.

21 days total to get a sign created and shipped. Even after I attempted to cancel it. And, no, your "one hour notice on cancellations" doesn't count as a warning, since you clearly state that the reason for the 1 hour rule is due to the fast processing. This obviously was NOT the case. Someone could have cancelled this order. But someone had already charged me and did not want to lose out on the $90 they got for a piece of paper.

I also order a welcome home banner for my husband in October of 2017. To date I have yet to receive the banner. I e-mailed and called and never received as much as a "go to hell" from their company. I initiated a reversal of funds from my bank and was told that they are a legitimate company and for that reason I had to wait. I knew that meant that they covered all their bates and the longer it took, the greater the chances are I wouldn't see that money anymore. It is a disgrace that someone would be that dishonest. Especially knowing that so many of us are ordering posters for the troops that have risked their lives for these people to steal their money. The BBB is the only option that I believe can even begin to make a difference.

BannerGrams.com BannerGrams.com website is scam!

I placed an order for a personalized banner plus paid for 3 to 4 day delivery and I still have not received anything. They charged my credit card on July 11th for $74.95. I have emailed them 12 times since July 12th and finally through your website and another complaint found a phone number for them. I have left numerous messages and no one has returned my call. Their website says that they will get back to you within 24 hours but it has been 8 days. What should I due other than try to dispute it with my credit card. Have you heard of this company? Hopefully, you can let the public know that this website seems to be a scam!

I also spent $70.95 for a graduation banner and have not seen anything. No banner or refund. I have called, emailed and filed a complaint with the BBB.

BannerGrams.com Never received any banner

Hi there!
I have placed a request ordering a personalized banner for my husband's 30th Birthday on July 12, 2006. I was billed a total of $51.00 and was credited right away to my credit card. My order banner was supposedly be delivered in 2-3days, but I never received any banner until now. I have called so many times and left them so many messages, but no response. I also sent them so many e-mails and same thing I got no response.

People who do use internet to buy stuff, be aware of this website: BANNERGRAMS.COM. THEIR CONTACT NO. IS [protected]. Please help us on finding out where we can direct our complaints so that the company BANNERGRAMS.COM Can be investigated and be accounted to their SCAMS...

I ordered a banner through them over 3 weeks ago, they wont return my emails or phone calls, I just tried calling again and their mailbox is full! My order just says in process. They charged my card $46.00. I am contacting the BBB and filing a complaint! At this point I feel they have stolen from me and its considered theft! I order online from companies all the time and never once has this happened, I guess there is a 1st for everything.

I ordered a banner, 7 days later it still wasn't sent I tried canceling it never received a conformation back I also left 4 emails, 4 voicemails and 2 faxs no return call and of course my card has already been charge

I think I have gotten scammed to. I ordered a banner on August 23, 2011 for a family reunion held on Labor Day and they arent returning my emails. It cost me $97.00. I called and the mail box is full. I will be reporting them to BBB. Please do not get scammed. Do Not use Bannergrams.com.

Never received my banner. No answer to emails, never answered their phone. Of course, I was charged right away. Total fraud!

OMG this happened to me too! my mom ordered me a banner a week ago for my graduation that was YESTERDAY and it has never been shipped and we've tried calling and emailing them and no one responds and the call never rings and then says they are busy and to leave a message but they don't respond! my mom should be able to cancel the order and get her money back and me and my mom have put on facebook that this site is a rip off! they falsely advertise, don't respond to anyone and take peoples money without giving a product! they should be sued and shut down for doing this to people!

I just had this happen to me. I wish I had looked up their company information beforehand. I actually received my product, but I received it 21 days after my card had been charged, and 10 days after I had given up and asked them to please cancel the order. I made the order on 8/24, looked at the order status on 8/31 (it was still not even processing), sent an email to cancel on 8/31, attempted to call the 281 number (it just said that they are not "currently receiving calls). I never heard back from the cancellation line. On 9/13, a banner comes in the mail. It was sent 3 day expedited, so it was shipped on 9/10. So I attempted to cancel on 8/31, they ignored it and created the sign (I can only assume, since they had already charged me for it, they decided they would just ignore the cancellation) and shipped it on 9/10. Horrible company. No emails returned, and when I attempted to contact them via Facebook, I was promptly deleted from their page and BLOCKED. I only asked for a customer service phone number, and let them know that the number I found did not work.

I ordered a banner for my father in laws 60th birthday. It was supposed to be here in 7 days, they sent it out the 7th day or so the email said. I kept checking with ups and there was a shipping order but no movement. I have emailed them and tried calling but their Voicemail is full. I even wrote a complaint on their facebook wall which they deleted in less than a minute.

I had a similar experience! Ordered a banner, immediately charged, never received it, no response to emails or phone calls. What a fraudulent company!

i also order from this company and my order was cancelled after they took my money out of my account but its has been 15 days since it was cancelled and they have yet to give me my money back i have emailed then and called everyday but now the phone is disconected and they have yet to respond to my emails

Bannergrams overcharged us for shipping. They have refused to respond to five emails and voicemails over the past month in our attempt to resolve the issue. I have just filed a complaint with the Texas attorney general.

Do NOT deal with this company!
