Banner Mattress and Furniture Bed, pillows and sheets

I have been a customer for over 14 years at the Cathedral City store. My In-Laws visited us from Long Beach and slept in our bed. They really liked it and wanted to buy one for themselves. I took them to Banner Mattress in Cathedral City where they purchased a bed on November 25, 2016. They paid extra to have the bed delivered to their home in Long Beach California.

The bed came with 2 pillows and they bought sheets. The bed arrived with no pillows or sheets. After several calls to the salesman Roger Clark this issue still has not been resolved. He has given them every excuse in the book and is downright rude about it. It's like he is doing them a favor by selling this to them. I work out of town or I would personally get to the bottom of this very frustrating problem. After all, I am the one who recommended you to them.

The pillows were only part of the deal if my Mother-In-Law "liked" them on facebook or some other social media site.

I need this resolved as I am preparing to go to small claims with this and get them satisfaction. I am truly sad that this has not been dealt with in a business like manner and I enjoyed buying from you and recommending your store.

Banner Mattress and Furniture Defective product

My family and I made the mistake of taking our hard earn money, and furnished all our bedrooms from Banner Mattress. A few months later the box spring to my expensive bed has broken due to defected product. I have been calling, and requesting the "proper" warranty form. It has been over 3 months, and still have not received the form, and continue to get the run around, each time I call. You would think that with the quantity of money that was spent at your company. Not to mention being a valued customer Banner Mattress would take pride in maintaining and restoring mistakes that they have made. I will never purchase any item from them again. In addition strongly advise NO ONE ELSE DOES!

Banner Mattress and Furniture Iron clad warranty

Paid over $2700 for their high-line mattress set in cash in 2009. Both sides...the edges seem to sag. It doesn't matter what is wrong with anyones purchase or complaint, because the complaint goes thru a process that is just absolutely crazy. Jorge will send you the warranty forms to fill out and then the next step is to PAY $89 EACH WAY to have the matteress sent to the factory in Colton so they can open it up and decide if it needs repairing or replacement. Why shud the customer pay for the mattress to go back to them?! And why would I want the mattress back?! I talked to the District Manager, Jon Stephenson, and he could care less and sticks to the iron clad and very strict policy...no leeway whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No compassion for their customers at all. I tried to call Lisa Scorzel (Vice President) and got her voicemail. The recorded message says not to leave any messages because they won't be answered. Who ever heard of such a thing! By the way...they don't have a President and they don't have ANY store managers! What kind of a business is this?!
All we want is some kind of a credit so we can replace the mattress. My husband is legally blind, has Parkinsons Dease and is diabetic and needs to have a decent bed. I would suggest that no one buy from Banner Mattress! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

What a disgrace this company is.
I have read so many complaints about Banner Mattress.
Something goes wrong ..they have you talk to Jorge. He tells you there is nothing he can do.
Then you are given to Mr. Stephensen. He cannot help you.
YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE MATTRESS BACK...RIDICULOUS.
For all the money it will cost you to return or have something fixed..you should just go to Macy's. They are reputable in returns .
Lisa with the voicemail that tells you not to leave a message seems to think she is someone famous.
She certainly does need a stylist.
If you should buy a mattress from Banner then be prepared to do battle with the help. They have no customer service and they and Lisa do not care.!
Call KMIR and they will make it right and Banner will then be on TV...and without Lisa.

Banner Mattress and Furniture Low area

My mattress was purchased in Jan. 2007 and the firts mattress was returned on 4-2007 do to body impression were I am sleepnig mattress care used as shown in customer information,
A new mattress and box spring was purchased at the same time.
At present the body impression is getting worse. Just seem to sleep in that area alonely. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
