Bank Of Western Massachusetts / Poor Customer Service
My business entered into a loan with this Bank 2 years ago and have received the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I have made inquiries regrading our account and have either not received a response, not received a timely response or in some cases have received false information. Responses also lacked any personal touch (emails sent with no salutation or reference to me by my last name only) and were very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend staying away from this Bank !!!
