Bank of America - loan modification fraud

I was injured in 2008 and kept working til March 2009 when I had to go on Workmans Comp, I contacted my then Mortgage holder Countrywide and they gave me a 2 month grace on my home loan. Unfortunately my Dr told me I would be disabled probably for the rest of my life. I again contacted Countrywide and they offered me a Loan Modification on my First Mortgage. The process was moving along fine and countrywide told me to start making the agreed on payments while the loan processing completed. I received the agreement from Countrywide and signed and had it notarized, fedexing the agreement back to the company. Then Bank of America bought out countrywide, my payments were being shown as insufficient but when I spoke with BOA on the phone at first they said it was just confusion during the acquisition to keep making payments and things would sort themselves out. September 2009 I received a notice of intent to accelerate from BOA this time when I called they told me that the modification I'd made with Countrywide was not finished when BOA took over and that I was a couple of thousand dollars behind in my mortgage. I explained my hardship to the BOA rep and they referred me to their Loan Modification group. From September 2009 until September 2010 BOA told me that "someone" was working on my loan modification, I was never allowed to speak to whoever it was. During that time frame I still could not afford to pay my original loan amount and BOA reps just said to pay what I could. By Sept 2010 the shortages in my payments had accumulated to over eight thousand dollars and BOA told me they were starting Foreclosure proceedings. I also had to declare Bankruptcy which delayed the Sherrif's sale from Nov 2010 to April 2011. BOA never mentioned the loan modification and they foreclosed. My redemption period was from April 2011 to April 2012 and BOA still didn't communicate anything about the loan modification. The day before yesterday I received the Eviction or Letter, I've got 4 options, do a cash for keys in June and geet 3 thousand, do it in July and get 2 thousand, Contact the Law Firm representing the property owner and workout a month to month lease, or do nothing and in 10 days they start the eviction process.
