Gilaa hampir 10 tahun pake bca platinum baru kali ini saya di kecewakan habis”an sekali … posisi saya di luar negri dan kartu saya di blokir sepihak karna katanya kartu saya belum chip dan hrus ganti kartu sementara tidak ada notifikasi sama sekali dan katanya semenjak desember rules ini berlaku?! Tetapi kenapa dari januari sampai mei kemarin saya masih bisa pakai?.. Sekarang posisi saya di luar negri tidak bisa access uang saya sama sekali?!?! Kalo ada pemberitahuan jelas kan pasti saya urus sebelum saya ke luar negri agar saya tidak terlantar di negara orang tanpa uang saya?!?! Dan ketika saya telfon halo bca dan cabang tengku umar bali, mereka bilang saya tidak bisa meng unblokir dari luar negri, harus datang ke cabang…. Sekarang bagaimana cara saya mau pulang ke indonesia kalo uang tidak ada karna kartu saya kalian blokir? Semua uang saya di kartu bca saya? Terus saya mau gimana di luar negri tanpa uang?! Ini parah banget sih, sungguh mengecewakan. Do something about it! I have been your customer for a long time and that is my money youre holding on freeze.
Desired outcome: Un block my card so i can use my m banking and transfer the money to my other account

Halo, saya adalah salah satu nasabah dari cabang indonesia, tanjung pinang kepulauan riau. Maksud dan tujuan saya untuk mengajukan feedback ini adalah saya tidak mengerti cara kerja customer service di indonesia, alangkah baiknya untuk kedepannya agar bisa dikasih solusi. Saya nasabah bank bca mungkin sudah 10 tahunan dan posisi saya sekarang lagi diluar negeri dan disini gak ada mesin atm bca. Singkat cerita key bca saya batrenya udh mau habis jadi saya call ke customer centre jakarta untuk mencari solusi tp solusinya adalah saya harus langsung datang ke cabang😅 halo mbak/bapak customer service udh diinfokan klo saya gak diindo, mungkin kah saya beli tiket pulang indo trs ke cabang terus balik lagi? Gak mungkin dong, saya call customer care dengan niat bisa dibantu permasalahannya, malah yang ada makin gak logis jawabannya.. Okay gak masalah, saya minta orang tua saya dengan membawa kartu keluarga sebagai tanda bukti klo saya adalah anaknya pergi ke bank bca yang ada ditanjungpinang, dikarenakan orang tua saya kurang mengerti jadi saya ditelpon lalu ngomong langsung ke customer servicenya, dan jawabannya sama saya harus langsung datang ke cabang untuk proses, sekarang yang jadi pertanyaan saya, buat apa pada saat pembukaan account ditanya nama orang tua? Orang tua saya sudah datang membawa kk tp tetap saja gak bisa proses… okay klo misalkan dr pihak bank harus proses surat kuasa dan harus diatas materai, gpp langsung bakalan saya okein tetapi kenapa gak dari awal ngomongnya pada saat buka account? Sekarang key bca saya batrenya mati dan saya gak punya mbanking terus solusinya gimana? Terus saya mau transaksi uang gimana dong? Sekarang lagi covid mau pulang ke indo pun gak gampang, klo saya lagi diindo udh auto ke cabang buat proses gak perlu saya habisin duit pulsa telpon marah marah ke customer service yang ujungnya bukannya ngebantu nasabah malah repotin nasabah😅😅

International debit card
I used BCA ATM to withdraw money, it was a International debit card, issued by RBL Bank India. The machine took the card, on the same day (08 July) I made a Service about the card, they raised a Service request and Provided me the no and asked me to wait, so they will let me know, when to collect the card, July Last week, I called the customer care and they told me due to Lock down, we are not able to get the card, and asked me to wait.
today I had a chat with BCA person, in the website and they told me to wait and they will inform the party to get the card earliest.
Earlier I sent a mail to BCA, I received a reply saying my card was Destroyed on 09 July itself.
They made me to run behind them and fooled me asking me to wait almost 1 month, I do no what happened to the card, I paid 70 USD to get the international card, even after raising the request they have destroyed it,
what is the use of the Service request,
why you made me to run behind you
Is it how you play with the customer
Wasted lot of money calling customer care,
Why did the customer care and in the chat they asked me to wait and they are still waiting for the party.
