I had a issue regarding my credit card, I called to helpline num and was thinking that he or she agent can solve it.
Please please check and listen that recorded call.
Very bad experience and I am gonna block my card now.
Ur agent actually represents your bank and if you pay them salary and they behaved good or bad after seeing credit limit that if limit was in million then behave well and if was not then behave rude.
I called right now.
And please listen that call.
And see behaviour of ur staff.
They actually need training...!
