Banggood very unhappy

I ordered a beautiful coat from this website in early December. I was so excited about my purchase and could not wait for it to arrive. Their website stated that shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Month later I received nothing, so I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Only then they finally shipped it. When I received the coat it was very small and did not fit. I contacted their customer service, sent pictures, but received no answer yet. This company is a fraud. Avoid Banggood!

Banggood disappointed

I made an order and bought lovely boots from Banggood website. When I received them there was two left boots and no right. Unfortunately I don't have two left feet. I tried to contact their customer service many times, sent them messages and even tried to call, but received no response. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. I'm so disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews about Banggood before ordering. I hope I'll get my money back.

Banggood completely ridiculous!

I purchased a product from Banggood website and paid via PayPal. Only later, when I finally received the order, I found out that they sent me a completely different model. I contacted customer service and was told that item I ordered was out of stock, so they decided to send me something similar. What a joke! I said that I want my money back and they told that returns are possible, but return shipping will be at my expense. And they are located in China! So it actually makes no sense, because that will cost quite a lot. So now I am stuck with worthless product and out of money. These people are thieves, I really hate Banggood! I'll never order anything from them again!

Banggood avoid this company!

I am still attempting to deal with company with no success. I contacted Banggood support team many times now and their replies mean no sense. In some cases I received computer generated responses written in Chinglish. I guess it is done on purpose to make customers believe a real person wrote them. In my case I purchased three products from back in November. It is now February and still nothing. I did receive a payment confirmation email, but never got a tracking number. Their support is ridiculous, they don't know nothing and cannot provide any help. I asked for a refund, but they ignored me. These people just stole my money. Avoid Banggood at all costs!

Banggood nasty business.

I am still attempting to deal with company with no success. I ordered some items and those were split into several shipments. I received only one item, but it looked nothing like the pictures on their website. The other two items were never delivered. So I contacted Banggood customer service but it was just a waste of time. Their replies were just computer generated responses written in bad English, so I could not understand a thing. Their main strategy seems to be to wear the customer down so they go away rather than to attempt to solve a problem. I contacted them and asked for help, but since they are doing nothing it is now my problem. Not to mention that I never even received a tracking number! Horrible company! Don't order anything from Banggood, better save your money and time.

Banggood horrible company!

I ordered some items from Banggood and paid over $100. When I received the package and opened it I saw completely wrong items not what I've ordered. They have sent me completely different things which were totally useless for me. So I contacted Banggood customer support and complained about it. I also sent them photos and asked for a refund.They have refused to return my money and even did not explain the reason. These thieves basically steal money from people. Their customer support completely useless and unprofessional. You can't even leave a negative feedback because they will not publish it. Don't deal with Banggood and save your money from these thieves!

Banggood absolutely horrible service and products

I purchased two batteries from Banggood. When I received I was very disappointed since the batteries were damaged and did not work. Also they were smaller than my original batteries. I contacted customer service and was told to send pictures. I did as they said and they offered me a refund. But that was too good to be true. Several days later I received a message from them stating that they had refunded my money. Yes, they actually did, but they only refunded one battery. I contacted them and asked why they refunded only one batterie, but received no answer. Well, that's better than nothing, but I'm still very disappointed. I'll never order anything from Banggood again!

Banggood fraud

I had a horrible experience with Banggood. I made a simple order and purchased only one hat from them. I made an order and received my tracking number. It was almost a month ago and their tracking systems still says that my order is in China. If I'll not receive anything in few weeks, I will contact Paypal and will open a fraud investigation against this company. I give them 14 days to resolve the problem, otherwise they'll pay for it. And I'm not joking. If they actually care they will respond. But I doubt that these thieves care about anything except money. Their customer service is disgusting and they refused to fix this situation. These people are real criminals!

I have never experienced a more horrible customer service group then the one at BangGood. Three days after we received a Jacket I ordered for my wife, I contacted customer service, via e-mail, and informed them the jacket was 3XLL. My wife wears a medium in all her clothes. I ask for a RMA# and wanted a credit. My wife did not like the Jacket and to the fact it was 3X's too big, I asked for a refund upon return of the Jacket. CS replied with an offer to give me $19 and we keep the Jacket. By this time I am so disappointed I asked if I was dealing with CS or a Salesperson. I repeated once again I wanted to return the Jacket for full credit. I also stated I was going to start complaining about the treatment I was receiving.
The next email response was in Chinese and I could not convert to English. All emails from them were somehow erased and I have never heard from them since. What a sick company that sells stuff online to good paying customers.

I ordered several items from banggood on September 12, 2016 order #'s 1869354, 1070528, where supposed to be sent/ delivered the next next business day, i have yet to receive them. I also ordered #1084857 which it said I would receive by October 22 .2016. Now it is saying it won't be shipped until November 22.2016. Also my grandmother paid for these items, so she needs it credited to her account.
I want my money refunded or send the items (PRONTO) Also my grandmother paid for these items, so

Banggood terrible company

Banggood customer service has very bad behaviour and service. I bought an expensive phone and it costed me almost $300. When it arrived it was damaged and not usable at all. I contacted Banggood customer service and sent them pictures demonstrating these damages. I asked for a replacement or for total refund. They refused and offered a partial refund (50%). I said that paid $300 and I want a working phone! I also discovered that my negative review on their website was deleted! I made a little research and found out that this company can't be trusted. So I contacted them again and said that I'll accept their offer, but they told that it was already too late. Very disappointed.

Banggood terrible

Please, don't purchase anything from Banggood. Few months ago I made an order and bought something from this company. Things I ordered had some problems and they were defective. So I contacted Banggood customer service immediately and explained what happened. But they refused to give any refunds or take back any returns. I checked their website again and could not find any bad reviews. I tried to post a bad review, but they deleted it. The only way to leave a bad review is to give it 5 stars and then write it. This company is impolite and disrespectful towards its customers.

Banggood most useless customer support ever!

Customer service is completely useless! I made and order and put the correct shipping address. Later I received an order confirmation email. I checked it very carefully and it was all correct. Few days later, I received the shipping confirmation and the address was wrong. I contacted customer service immediately, but received a response three days later! Their agent told that they didn't had time to read my message and there is nothing they can do, because my order was already shipped. Explanation of what happened was described multiple times and they insist on checking and asking me for screenshots, which I also sent them multiple times. I haven't received anything yet! And Banggood does nothing to help!

Banggood faulty wltoys f949 3ch 2.4g cessna 182 micro rc airplane rtf

I've bought a RC controlled Airplane that came with an faulty servo motor. After a long email exchange where I've sent a video showing the problem with the airplane, they agreed to send me a replacement part. After some time the part arrive, but it was the wrong one... Now they clame that it was a bad interpretation on my side and do not assume the error. They don't want to send the correct part. The customer service was really poor and revealed bad faith

Banggood bad product, bad customer service

I have ordered a number of articles from Banngood China. Most were OK, cosidering the low price. Just normal China quality. When I had a problem it was usually dealt with adequately by their customer service.
But now this is not the case: I bought a quadrocopter, waited for 6 weeks because it was "out of stock". When I got it, I could use it for about 8 minutes, then one of the motors blocked, seems to have had a meltdown. I contacted customer service immedieately, with pictures an videos, but they refuse to give me the refund or replacement they describe as "3-day-warranty" on their website. I have to try and get my refund through Paupal conflict now.
In addition, it has turned out that another function of the copter, the gimbal that carries the camera, is also not working as described in the product description. They have no solution for this at all, just give me stupid words.
So, overall: Beware of this shop. The experience can be a nightmare.

Sent an email on 30 September to query order and another on 3 October requesting response, ...and no response received at all. Chat online service been down for 5 days and managed to get through on online chat today finally. Spoke to Anny and requested order to be cancelled due to misleading information on website, who firstly asked me to do this myself ?, and then after asking why she could not do this said she can and has cancelled the order. Order still not cancelled and no confirmation of cancellation received. Very bad to mislead and ignore customer queries and requests.

Banggood broken products, missing packages

Out of my last 4 orders, all had at least one problem. Missing stuff, no instructions, damaged items, packages not arriving at all.
Unfortunately, I placed all the orders a few days apart since I know in the past this company was OK. Well, things went bad. I am still waiting on on order from mid-september. Other problems is I ordered universal remotes that do not work. Instructions were not sent and Banggood will not send them. I have emailed them over a dozen times. They ask for pictures, then a video, then want the order number again, then the product SKU number again, they just keeping asking for stuff til you give up.

I am still getting run around on a missing order. They have me drive to the PO, ask my delivery person, ask for order number a few dozen times, it is just a way to stall until you give up.

If you order from them, make sure it is small and do not order a second time until your first order arrives and is complete and works. I am finished with them, ripoff!

Customer service has stalling down to a science. they will ask for order number, then SKU, then ask for a picture of broken product, then ask for a video of product, then they start over and ask for Order number again, then SKU number again, until you give up. If you play the game and send them everything over and over, they just stop replying. BEWARE!

Banggood this company continually rips off people

This company continually rips off people. I've waited 21 days for 1 tablet and 1 keyboard case. They claim shipping is 7-15 days which a complete lie. The customer service are either robots are just plain incompetent. The answer to everything is please wait because we are lairs and just want your money I am claiming a charge-back and getting my money back. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT THAT WILL NEVER ARRIVE.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from them which i loved. Never received this one pair of shoes, but immediately charged. They said it was shipped, but i'm still waiting patiently one month later.

At "08/May/2018" I have ordered 9 electric wires through BANGGOOD.com with Order Number: [protected] and I paid 107.36 AED. As they mentioned, it could take time from 5 to 35 working days to receive the items, but now it is ""4"" months and I did not receive my order. I have followed with the site through online service, they said it has been returned, and we are not responsible ! and ask your post office in your city to know the reason ! They suggested if you want the wires you should pay for the shipping, so we will send it to you, if not you lose your money !
I would like to ask you please help me to solve this issue, I am a student and I need the wires for my experimental study,
During this time no one called me and no one sent me an email, so I believe they are responsible on it, and they should send me the item as soon as possible. I am not sure you will help me or not, but I wish you can help me.
I really appreciate your help

Banggood no warranty

I had a Hi-8 phone but the power/phones connector broke so I sent it back. Well over a year ago, but they didn't repair or replace it ;-(
