Banggood customer service

Customer service does nothing but repeats the same thing and ask for you to provide pictures and videos of the issues you are having with your items altho you provide them with every response then they run the clock out on you so nothing will ever be done about it.

I suggest paying a little more and shopping on home soil and say screw china and at least get some sort of customer service because whoever else you shop with will at least care somewhat and probably help more in the eventuality of an issue

R/sir every time I order on your website my order go to back order mode after submitting a complaint I received every time a email that products are out of stock. But at the time of order product shown on your website available stock. Its a very bad thing for your website repotation. I also run a local ecommerce website in pakistan. Banggood handling of returned goods and communication through email of website

A few weeks ago I received my order [protected] - three pair of shoes. Since neither of these were fitting properly or were not in the colour I wanted, I wish to return all three of them. After many attempts to send an email or to fill in a form i have given up. There was no way I could reach or connect with your customer service. This is yet another attempt to reach you and to get a refund - but first I need to know how to send the shoes back to you. Do I need to fill in a form and enclose it in the package and to which address do I send it?

Banggood realacc backpack hard shell case bag turtle shell waterproof for dji phantom 3, does not fit dji p3se and the controller.

So my DJI P3SE and the controller do not fit in the backpack.

The backpack does not have enough space for the camera and gimbal. The gimbal/camera mount is bending when I try to fit it in the back pack.

And the controller does not fit either.
When I put the controller vertically the antenna does not let me close the bag and the thumbstick is bent to the side, and when I put it horizontally, again the antenna and the phone/tab holder do not fit in the backpack.

I would like if they can provide me the interior of the backpack that could fit my DJI Phantom 3 and the controller.

Banggood products not received this is the third time

one package should have been shipped to Texas but was delivered to Virginia, Banggood would do nothing, they offered a 2 dollar coupon, when I told them I wouldn't ever buy from them again.
In the time span of the resolution process of this first issue, which I lost 40 USD I ordered two more items on separate orders the orders were placed 1/2/2018 and 1/3 2018 respectfully for 25 USD and 119 USD and they have tracked as being somewhere in new York for 3 weeks now. it only takes 2 days for a package to come from New York to Texas Bangood will do nothing. so I am out 189 USD and have nothing from Banggood. Banggood is a crooked company and I will continue on social media getting the message to as many people as I can

Banggood umidigi crystal

Actually I losted my money and time for this mobile. I ordered Umidigi Crystal 2GB version on sep 10, 2017 and I got my mobile on Nov 18, 2017. Also I need to pay 3200 Rs as custom duty so I totaly paid 10000 Rs for that mobile.On the 5th day its display had flicked and just turned off. I tried to turn ON the phone, but no result...I AM SO anger about UMIDIGI and BANGGOOD...

Banggood unqualified customer agent - did not refund expedited shipping money

You left the following comment: Gave me wrong info, have no idea about how to check someone's shipping info, have no idea about customer support service, kept telling me my order was shipped from Singapore in 6 days instead of 24 hours because of the holiday in China. Has no work ethic and does not how to help customers. The worst customer support experience I've ever had.

Banggood missing parcels

We get parcels contract delivered to Limerick, SK. Last year my small gifts I purchased from Banggood arrived THREE MONTHS after Christmas, that is, it took four months from purchase time in late November to get to here. Banggood shipped the parcels within days of me ordering them. They sat, and sat, and sat at some post office terminal (Moose Jaw?) because the contractor could not be bothered with the smaller packets I assume. The large boxes arrived ok, the small stuff was either lost, or fell to the bottom of the bin/triwall that the contractor is supposed to unload every day. Now, this year, same deal. I got a few of the packets from Banggood right away, the rest have vanished, again. It's not Banggood, and it's not customs because the value of the items is just a few bucks each. I want to know why the bins are not emptied, totally emptied, each day, and not left until they fill up some smaller container or whatever the excuse is. A few days ago their truck broke down, then it was the weather, now it's probably because they are either too lazy or the truck is way too small. Two months should be plenty of time for the small packets to arrive here, even at Christmas.

Banggood stay away

Many good and bad things are said about this website and the way they do their job. Some people were lucky to be nicely treated, but some were like me :)
My issue is not new and is widespread. My order was never delivered. I have been waiting for three months, and it's too much even for a Chinese website.
Their customer support speaks English poorly, so I never got any answer to my questions. The only words they say are: don't worry, your items are on your way.
To the question: where are they exactly? they answer: I will email this tracking number in a minute.
But they never emailed anything. Oh well, I know that probably I will not get my items, just wrote this complaint to warn you to stay away.

Banggood horrible support; stay away from this cheaters

I ordered items from them several times and everything was well. It started after I paid for it. My package arrived in a month and I got wrong items.
I spent over 2 weeks on this situation clarifying. Called them, wrote long emails, send pictures with wrong items. Their answers had nothing to do with my issue. And one day they just stopped answering me. Maybe they blocked me or what, I have no idea. The issue hasn't fixed yet. I'm waiting for someone from you to contact me.

I purchased a remote dog training shock collar and when it arrived the collar wouldn't work. I made the purchase from the United States warehouse. My sister-in-law bought the same collar at the same time and her collar didn't work also. I contacted Banggood and requested a return label so the product could be returned, they flat refused unless I produced a video and sent it to them first. I filed a dispute with paypal.com. Banggood offered ma a $3 refund if I would close the dispute? I paid $17 for the collar. (I know, it was cheap, should have expected junk)

They admitted to paypal.com that they refuse to refund the money to me, so I won the dispute. But I have to ship back to China, NOT to the place I purchased the collar from in the United States ( COMPTON, CA 90220 ) - It would cost me more than the collar, so I guess I am just screwed. But I am going to be sure to spread the word about the treatment you can expect from there company.

How can the technicians can't get an accurate diagnosis of a problem without physically inspecting & testing the product.

I don't have the ability to produce a video and upload to your system. SO I AM JUST OUT MY MONEY.

You demand a video or no refund? You can send a return label like most online shops and when you receive the item back you will see the item is defective.

You obviously make these types of demands so that you don't have to take returns.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Banggood squishies

I ordered several squishy's online for my daughter. Instead of receiving the squishy's I received cheap plastic propeller wings. The invoice even stated that it was squishy's in the package. I have attempted to call the company several times but no one answers. How do I get a refund or get the products that I ordered. We also had to wait over two weeks for the product to arrive. I am extremely upset little girl.

Banggood order quality and terrible customer service

Order #[protected] was made to buy a dual system Cube iWork tab for $170.00. An the beginning the charging cable was bad and not charging which I had to replace.

The main problem now is the Android system stopped working and I can't get all my work on that system.

I submitted 4 messages through online form without any respond.
I don't know what should i do or where should i go to resolve this concern.

This is the worst customer service experience i had with my online purchase ever.
Please stay away from this seller for valuable items and don't believe the rating posted for any item.

If any one who reads my words can help me with an address for them.

Banggood poor quality bag

I bought a bag from Banggood only because I found their prices more reasonable and I highly regret I didn't read the reviews!
So, when my bag arrived it looked nothing like pictures and was of a very poor quality. It was also made from very thin material, which was not the one mentioned in description.
I contacted Banggood and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back and after I explained again that I wasn't happy with my order they said that the only thing they can do is give me a small discount on my next order and of course I wasn't satisfied with that. I contacted them few more times and gave up. I will not buy from Banggood ever again!

Banggood my horrible experience

I sent a defective product back and they promised me a replacement but I did not receive it. Later someone from Banggood contacted me and said that my item was no longer in stock so they were not able to give me a replacement. They promised I'll get a full refund but strange thing was that they were not able to tell me the exact date. They said that it depends on how fast my bank works and told that it can take up to 7 week! Are you kidding me?
I'm still waiting for my money and for some reason they stopped replying. I think something really bad is going on. I would not recommend Banggood to anyone.

Banggood my experience with banggood was horrible!

My experience with Banggood was horrible!
I purchased two items from them in November. I was hoping to get my order before Christmas because those were presents for my family.
Order did not show up and no matter what I tried I wasn't able to reach anyone from Banggood. Recently I received a message stating that both my item were no longer available. That's all what was in the message. There was nothing said about refund. I replied and asked for a refund. I hope I'll get a reply soon.
I'm extremely disappointed with this store and would not recommend it to an enemy. There is no service, customer support doesn't seem to exist. Avoid!

Banggood bad business practice!

Ordered a batch of items worth about $100 to be drop-shipped. Went through all details prior to ordering and verified all info. Once ordered was received suddenly the shipping address changed. "That is OK! likely I missed it somewhere" So I tried to contact them after seconds of the order was made. After some time waiting in cue, I was able to chat with customer service. She said they can not do anything about it but to cancel it and replace another order. So I waited for order cancellation. Only one item got cancel worth $2. The rest did not! The next day I had to go through the same process again. This time I made sure the whole thing was cancelled. I got credited to my account after a week. So I thought to give it one more shot. I place a different order with slightly different items this time. Everything seemed alright for the first few days. A week later I started receiving emails that they are out of stock on some items and they asked my reply . I went to their website and tried to remove that item so the whole shipment wouldn't be delayed by it. Their "Order Status" page is completely rubbish! There was discrepancies in what I was getting from customer service through emails. It indicated I had canceled the new items yet I received emails that they were shipped! A lot of these things went on for weeks. Finally, after nearly two months time from the first order, on item was received (worth less than $2). In the weeks ahead some items arrived as well which were broken and not functioning (Flashlight) . Items were reported extremely cheap and of bad quality. And only less than a third of all items have been received as indicated. I have requested full refund from them and I will dispute their charges as scam! This has been by far the worst shopping experience for me! I would stay as far as possible form buying anything from China again!

Banggood product not working but will not provide full refund

I bought a drone at a cost close to 365 Euros from them and 2 weeks later it arrived with the US cables which do not work in EU (which makes you wonder what logic do they use when they are making their shipments to an EU country!) When I managed to get some adapters from a friend in order to be able to test the product, it was only to find out that it didn't work. I contacted their customer service, and after a lot of mails back and forth and sending them videos that are live in YouTube they asked me to return the product at my own cost. However, when I checked their Product Warranty policy that they have published on their website: http://www.banggood.com/Toy-and-Hobbies-Return-Policy_hi591 they clearly say that for products defective on arrival: "We will be in charge of all of the return shipping fees" so, either their Customer Service lied to me in order to get more money from me or their warranty policy is a cheat. I confronted them and told them I would not pay for the return shipment. Instead, I referred them to their own warranty policy and sent them an estimation of the return shipping cost so they would know in advance how much it would cost them (I wanted to give them the transparency they did not offer to me) They then refused to pay. Instead they "generously" offered me a 50% refund. Now, why would any reliable, legitimate business make me pay 180 Euros (almost 200 dollars!) for something that does not work!. It is useless, so all I can do is throw the whole thing to the garbage. Why does their warranty policy publicly talk about full refund when they do not do such thing? Why would they ask a customer to pay for returns while advertising they pay for them fully? Only real trustworthy companies follow through their promises. Banggood is not one of them. If you do not want to be cheated out of your money DO NOT SHOP THERE. They are not trust worthy and do not comply with what they advertise. Instead, THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU.
