very pathetic customer service
This is total scam, none of the orders delivered on the time, I order the flowers for mother day in a advance, but till now the flowers are not delivered. When called the customer service very rude answer from them. They are not ready to cancel the order and when I tried to reach the customer service they have blocked my number. Worst service never place any order with them
Pissed off. They did not deliver the item. Not even responding
My sister order a rakhi for 29th August, 2015 assuming that it would be delivered on promised date. She ordered on 27th August and the website promised to deliver within 1-2 business day. But it is now 1st September yet no one called me (recipient) or sender to inform the status.
However, I asked them to cancel the order by writing an email to Bangaloreonlineflorists.com on 31st August. I am waiting for their response since from 24 hours. I also tried to reach them on #[protected] but it never connected. i guess they deliver 50/100 orders and steel the remaining orders money. May be this is the latest fraud formula of Bangaloreonlineflorists.com and Indiafloristnetwork.com.
Guys, Please choose a website where they can refund the money for undelivered orders.
Never choose above two sites they are like 50% Fraud 50% Real. I guess 10th class fail students are managing these sites.

Non delivery of Rakhi after more than 5 days
Ordered Rakhi on 26th of Aug. 2015 for delivery before Saturday, 29th of Aug., got fooled by their claims of 24 hr. delivery, guaranteed delivery, same day delivery etc.. Chose them since my order was to be delivered in B'lore, its now 1st of Sept. and nothing has been delivered, emailed every day since Friday evening...finally they respond...
"This is to inform you that as per FEDEX updation your order will get deliver today. For courier item we cannot commit any particular date of delivery the order."
It still didn't and no they are not responsible for anything.

I had ordered as OSIM Massage pen for my father in law on September 30th (Order id BOF-[protected]). This was not delivered till now (Dec 12th). I have called multiple times and luckily if I get a Customer Executive they tell me it will be delivered within a Week. They do not have any regard for customers. I also called and told them to cancel the order and give me a refund which has not happened. I believe I have spent more time and money by calling them compared to the gift itself. I am not hopeful that any action will be taken with this complaint but if someone does read this please do not use this website for ordering

Scam service. Not a real store!
This is a HUGE SCAM service that claims to be a delivery store. They charge your credit card and take the money, and claim to have delivered the flowers. Terrible customer service that accuses the customer of Lying and not being patient, BUT Nothing ever shows up. Just a fronted website setup to Cheat you. Beware!!
