Bandals / I'm very disappointed
I have made multiple orders with this company and never had any problems. I was always satisfied with delivery and the orders received were correct. In autumn 2015 Bandals had a sale on their merchandise and I made two separate orders. The first order was placed on September 25th and I received it within 7 days as it was promised. The second order was placed on November 3rd. I received a message from the company stating they got my payment and order was processed. That was the last message from them. I never received the second package. I asked a refund, but they ignored all my emails. I contacted the costumer support many times, but received no response. I'm very disappointed, because I was a customer for a long time now.
